out for a stroll in the area after breakfast.. didnt realise till we got home i had loaded the standard pattern for caches that i would use when placing.. so that included all disabled caches... - no wonder we had no luck... gps took us to the road edge.. but we also found another potential location in the gardens.. but neither seemed to have any thing attachable...
Was out with some caching friends for the morning and decided to head out this way.
No joy today

No luck for us today, but the group of guys sitting in a car watching is didn't help much!
Had a good search, no luck. Railing recently painted and garden barked, maybe missing? Next DNF should log a needs maintenance
My second trip here and this time no-one else was around. However after searching both areas that comply with the hint, I couldn't find anything
People sitting in a parked car right at GZ prevented me from searching. I'll be back!
Had our lunch here and looks like a few others chose to do the same in their cars. By the time we had finished, they had all gone so I set off to find the cache. Turns out I didn't really need to bother to wait. Wandered over to gz for a quick find. TFTC

Sailing only on the streets for now. In a car.
No problems finding the cache - that was super-easy. And tonight, the gates were open!
Thanks for the cache!

TFTC. The rain had gone and the sun out. What to do? Cache of course.
I spent some time admiring the efforts of the novice wind surfers then returned back up the path to sign the log. Thanks 10centcoin for placing the cache.

#430 Was wanting to walk GeoDog down in Western Springs today but all the car parks near where closed off due to ACDC concert taking place tonight. The last time I tried to collect this Geocache, someone had parked themselves in front of it so I moved on. Today I had no such issue. A quick retrieve and maybe I will walk GeoDog on Mt Albert today.

Parked up at the carpark with our fish n chips and watched the kite surfers while we ate our dinner. After dinner, i headed over to locate this one. Cache quickly found and log signed. Just enough time for a couple more before heading for home, TFTC!
Came by this way today and the wind is up, high tide too and there are 10 plus windsurfers all vieing for an area of the sea to practice their craft. Hence the carpark full. Luckily for me the cache is away from all that activitiy and hence was an easy find. Thanks for that. I didnt bother with the webcam approach.
My 54th caches & 1st cache in Point Chevalier area. Leaving mt Albert and decide to take around route via Point Chevalier. Been look for another caches around Meola but first time in Pt. Chevalier.

Somebody decided to park right where I wanted to look! Went for a walk along the beach and searched when I got back. TFTC
A nice afternoon to spend at the beach. A quick walk to this spot and soon had the cache. TFTC.
In the district to take my nieces wedding service. Thanks for the cache. Great place to visit.
I was out and about this morning so thought I'd grab a couple of caches while I was at it. I managed to park right next to this one without meaning to, so a nice quick find which was rewarded with a yummy icecream from the dairy just up the road. Just what was needed on a hot summer's day!
#494. Should have parked at the other carpark but had nice views down below of the harbour. Had only one obvious area to search but it still took a while to pin it down as cars were parked all along the search area. Once in the hand it was a quick sign, back in its hiding place and away. TFTC
That's was a good find lucky no one was around while I was crawling in the trees nice cache thanks :3
No-one around when I arrived so quick retrieve to sign log. Not so easy to return it as a guy arrived with his car and proceeded to photograph it from 20 different angles right in front of cache location. Eventually he left and I was able to return cache. TFTC!
The ultimate park and grab, I think we could've almost grabbed it from the car! TFTC.
At Pt Chev beach for the afternoon. Me and my boys couldn't resist to see if any caches in the area and sure enough a couple by An easy find Tftc and bringing us here a new place ventured Added some more paper

Parked in the shade in the lower carpark and enjoyed the sea breeze on a nice Summer's Day. No problem tracking the cache, but needed to find a water fountain for the cache kids to re-hydrate, so didn't do the webcam challenge. Nice day for a cache
Out on a solo caching trip and walk between appointments. Awesome weather..watching the parasailing while I sit here with the cache in hand. Spend too much time here it makes you want to take up sailing..which wouldn't be good for seasick me! Thanks!

almost slipped down the hill on all the leaves..! nice area nonetheless. tyftc.
Unbelievable. We went straight to it. Any other time and we would have been at least a short distance away, but not this time.
Thanks our first find. Loom band bracelet inside. We had nothing to trade. Lots of fun. Off to the next one.
Found the cache once we started looking in the right area. Log book is a bit damp and may need drying. Thanks.
Quick find for Dad this rainy Saturday who had been here before for a Funeral Reception.
