Missing in action. Had plenty of time to hunt this one out but nothing there.
Approcahing GZ we clearly see where to look but we searched the whole "thing" and found nothing.
Parked nearby and walked across to GZ. The park was a little busy but GZ was clear. I swept the area and initially missed the cache. However, it was quickly located on my way back. Nicely tucked away. TFTC.
Took a while to find but got there evenutally with slimthedestroyer. Having two people definitely helps. TFTC
First visit to this park which I have driven past on numerous occasions. While there were lots of people and traffic about managed to find it without attracting attention. TFTC
Out for a lovely stroll and made this find along the way.

Quick find on New Years' Eve, with fireworks going off in the background. The bay looks beautiful tonight. TFTC
Rain has started but close parking spot.
A hunt had cache in hand. Enough for today. TFTC.

Found at 9:19 AM GAFF3. This took us longer than it should have to locate as we were put off by the Munzee, thinking that the cache would be right next to it for some reason.
It started to rain and didn't stop all morning, so our plan to explore the west coast of Auckland was shelved and we basically went to the airport and got ourselves organised to fly back to Australia after 4 weeks in NZ - thanks all for a wonderful time and the wonderful scenery.
Thanks 10centcoin

A nice quick easy find while in the area. Motoring muggles on one side and tennis muggles on the other. However, the location makes it really easy to be discrete. TFTC.
Found eventually, log was missing, just a laundrette receipt as a temporary log, tftc
Found while cycling around Herne Bay after picking up Marathon race pack. Found container but only contained a receipt with one log entry and no pencil so couldn't sign....

We spent the morning car caching on the west side of the CBD and managed to visit a number of caches in the area that I’ve been meaning to get to for some time. This place is pretty much empty on a cool, windy Sunday morning, but still had to time it right between all the sets of runners and cyclists. As there was no log book in the cache, I used what I had on hand, which was the top bit of a receipt, for a temporary substitute.
Quick find in super blustery conditions coming from the previous cache, but as previously noted the cache was empty.
Found the cache as previously stated. Unfortunately we didn't know about its state prior to our visit or we would have brought a logbook for it. TFTC!
Now I know why I didn't find it last time. Its been muggled i'm afraid. I found the container and the lid on the ground below where it was probably hidden. No log book either, will notify owner.
Motorists must have wondered what I was up to with my head in the flax. I wouldn't have cared if I had found it, but sadly I didn't.
I was collecting some caches in the nearby park yesterday and didn't get a chance to sweep past this one. Although I don't usually get to this part of the city, for some reason I was driving past so I decided to give this one a quick try. Noting that the previous two logs were DNFs I wasn't that confident about finding it. However, there weren't many muggles around and a quick search came up with the results. Although it was quite where I was expecting the cache based on similar clues and locations.
BTW the log book is full and should be replaced. Unfortunately I didn't have a replacement log on me.

Not easy to look for without being obvious. Tennis courts and busy road nearby. We gave up
Searched all possible hiding places, but couldn't find. Gave up as a tennis game in progress, and didn't want to look too suspicious.
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
Out for an evening geocaching to take part in the 29th Feb geocaching record, took Clan McPherson with us.
Lots of tennis players in the evening, especially Wednesdays, club night according to the sign. None the less we soon had the cache in hand, large bushes made finding cache out of sight possible.

Found it with Phasevisitor on an after work caching spree for leap day. Had to lurk suspiciously for a while by the hordes of Tennis players but managed to get it eventually. TFTC

After a couple of false attemps, I gave the GPSr time to settle - then found Co-ords spot on. TFTC
Final stop on my Ponsonby detour home. Thanks for the hint because it might have been a much longer search without it. As it was it took a bit of searching to find it thanks to the density of the brush. However, persistence paid off and I was soon hunting for a page to sign. The log is just about full, but I managed to find a spot. TFTC!
We are on our second caching holiday in New Zealand, and today was to break our record of most caches found in a day – 35 found today! Beautiful views of the bay here this morning. There was heaps of traffic coming by but we eventually found a break in the traffic and were able to find the hide. There is only one page left in the log book. TNLNSL TFTC
This is a high profile cache! Like others we had to look twice and there it was. TFTC
Took a little longer to find this than expected but found eventually on a cold and dreary day...#100 for the day!
This one was quite an easy find. Had to wait for a muggle to go past, reached in, and sure enough, there it was!

Out for a few cache finds with Indiana Jill, Kayaknkiwi and BookwormMum. Sorry for the delay in logging this cache -- I discovered a few caches that hadn't been logged from my paper log book! TFTC!
Out with the girls. Nice area, few laughs were had along the way. Thanks for the adventure. TFTC!
Sunny day for caching with friends. Plenty rugby muggles. None at tennis. Lovely views.
Had to be quick here as there were plenty of muggles running or walking past.
Cheers for the cache.

I'm afraid that I have to admit that this is not my first attempt at this cache. I don't know how I missed it the other time(s). Today I managed to walk straight up to it and put my hand exactly where it needed to be. Whew... Relief... TFTC, Biggles.
With no work scheduled until this evening. there was an opportunity to squeeze some caching in this afternoon. I hatched a simple plan, catch a bus out too Richmond Road and then stroll around the local parks and foreshore collecting caches. While the plan worked out in the end, the distances covered where much larger than I initially anticipated. While I am feeling all virtuous from the completing the strenous exercise, I sure am feeling it now!
First up on my afternoon jaunt was this Coxs Bay cache. What a lovely spot. Snapped a quick picture. Cache was an easy find. I anticipated both the GZ and cache container for this hide on approach. Thanks for showing me this lovely area!

Pulled up right along side cache on the bike, made the find and off to the next one in less than a minute!! Still, a great spot for a cache! Thanks =)
Tidy looking facilities and nice beach area. Gps zeroed out perfectly and after a few minutes I spotted the cache. Thanks
Had a pretty good look around this morning. Lots of muggle traffic and dodging rain drops was needed so decided to come back another time
I knew where this one had to be but it took a minute to get the right spot. Then a quick dash back to the car as the showers picked up. Was interested in the container as the ones in Australia are smaller than this. TFTC!
A quick find in the rain but surprising number of muggles out and about. Even a pair playing tennis. Guess with all the rain we've been having people are suffering from cabin fever. NINO TFTC
Care needed here as tennis court nearby very popular and main road very busy with traffic and pedestrians
Hid in here to sign logbook
Neat hide!
Thx TFC!
