5743 + 591 = 6334. Day 9 and the last of my week-ish long visit to the New Zealand South Island for the NZ Mega 2012 event along with Sol de Lune, Zsazsa7, Winglen. We left RexTrex here in his home town.

Today we drove from Cromwell to Queenstown doing some caches and heading up the Gondola. After all that we went to the airport and flew home. The end of another Mega trip !!

First of a short day - quick find. This seems like an interesting series - pity we just didnt have the time to do them all.

Thanks again phiki614 !

Cheers....

#1319 Found on a recent holiday to the beautiful South Island. It was one of many that we found in our most enjoyable 2 weeks there. My travelling companions enjoyed a cuppa here while I found the cache - had to finish the arvo tea in the car as a rain squall came in across this lovely lake. Thanks for the cache phiki614.

NZ12. The rain had returned, but with not far to go I slid down the steps and started poking around. The grass was pretty wet and thick and it took a bit longer than I hoped. Thanks.
