As there's been no cache to find for some time, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Found cache on the ground with no magnet. Took home so I will attach a magnet to it and replace tomorrow after work. TFTC
I found the cache on the ground - not sure if it was meant to have a magnet, but it wouldn't "stick" for me. I couldn't resist the flying fox & even tried out the hamster wheel (although that got a little scary when I felt like I was going out of control!).
TFTC & all the fun - it certainly livened up my day - strangely there was no-one else about today either.

Had to leave it on the ground....needs urgent attention before it goes missing altogether.
Checked through log notes: Been like this since Feb.11. As owner isn't responding, perhaps someone else could pick it up before it disappears.

Did you hear?....MAGNET NEEDS ATTENTION. In fact there is no magnet at all. We found it on the ground and had to replace it in the same way, at the base. Won't stay there long, you need to check it quickly. TFTC.
Easy find this morning just before the muggles arrived. Magnet definitely not working. TFTC
Out on a small cache run with Gadget-Tron.
Magnet doesn't appear to be working anymore.

Looked in the obvious spots first with no luck. Sat down for a rest and quickly had the cache. As normal the difficult part is replacing the log.TFTC
Sixth find of seven while biking the local walkway/cycleway this morning. Spotted this quickly, no trouble to retrieve. Had icecreams before moving on.
1703 Nice quick find, what an awesome park. We had to drag ourselves away, could have stayed all day and played! TFTC
Loved the location! Haven't been on a playground this awesome since they tore down the rickety one at primary school. Thanks for the cache
Second time here, this time few muggles and none at the GZ so after re-tying shoelaces, cache was found and replaced quickly.
Far too many muggles here today, each time we checked they were right in the place we wanted to be. Waited for a while, but they weren't in a hurry to move on so we'll have to claim this another day.
TFTC. A great spot to bring the kids! Log book is now COMPLETELY full....we managed to sign it, but I doubt anyone else would manage to squeeze their names in at all until it is replaced. (should have read the previous logs before we headed out for this one )
Having read the last few logs for this cache, I took my own pen and paper, but my small piece of paper was too large for the cache.
Neat placement , but the logsheet does need replacing. It is overfull.

Went to the spot only to find someone sitting right above the cache. turned out to be wicked weasel. so signed my name on the overflowing log book and had abit of a chat. t.f.t.c
Handy to have a kid along today to make the find while I had a rest. The "hamster" wheel is very cool.
Managed to find a tiny bit of space on the log to sign.
Many thanks

Went out with some friends to show them caching this evening, and this was the first one we did. I found it fairly easily, but it took them a little longer. Quite a few muggles about, but with numbers we managed to pull it off Cheers Gav [4858]
Nice park here, the round overgrown barrel looked like fun! Log chocker, had to squeeze name in! TFTC Cheers Muzy Man!

Yahoo, Muggle central. Bit of key fumbling and retrieving got the cache undetected.

Felt a little uneasy. Man along in park full of kids, but found easily enough. Found some space on log at start, but space is pretty limited. SL TFTC
Windy overcast morning so few junior muggles about. Quick grab and off to watch microLP on the flying fox. TFTC
The Phantom In Out Undetected Again
Quick find, although we were surrounded by the enemy!!!
Dropped my watch so I had a reason to go down.
One of my favourite parks.

Yay!!! Mousewheel park...as it is known amongst the kids.
No worries here, absolutely packed but we blended in just fine.
Made the retreive and replacement using distraction techniques.
Signed in after Yugeo4..so that makes a full log..
Been following Yugeo4 all day today.

GZ was swarming with junior muggles and their minders... managed the grab while eyes were looking elsewhere. TFTC.

#284. We managed to make a quick find, my son was with me but not much use as camo now that he is 17, taller than me, and not keen on the swings. Once we'd signed the log there were only two spaces left.
Plenty of families enjoying the park today. Managed to retrieve and replace the log without attracting attention. TFTC.

The Freezer Mice strike again!!!
Have never really been a fan of caches in parks, really because it just looks odd being there without any children, but today there were so many muggles around it was just the perfect camo that we needed.
A couple of discreet foot scratches and cache was in hand.

Mrs B availed herself of the facilities so I ended up being the suspicious character loitering around a playground. My normal cover, two young kids, were with Grandma, so I sat down and waited for Mrs B to join in before causing a police call-out TFTC
All those bushes around the park and you have to place it in a playground. Consider cachers without children, they look really out of place. Playgound occupied but somehow Tramper Ted and myself managed this one with only a few sly looks.
Agree with Sp8s, dodgy without children. A great park, just crying out for a decent sized cache. Thanks.
Nice quick find, it's a great playground with lots of fun for the little ones. TFTC
Xmas day find with Shane, easy to find and just across the park from my own cache.

I couldn't believe it when the only other two people in the park started to play on the closest childs' plaything to the cache! For a while I sat and waited, then thought 'I wonder if they're geocachers waiting for ME to go away?' Whatever, they finally wandered off (gave up?) and allowed me to pounce. Take care removing the log from the nano. The tiny magnet is loose and may easily fall out and be lost. TFTC

Took a detour this morning, determine to find this after a DNF on Saturday
Approached this spot to discover some Gerbils running around in vertical circles!
And a princess lying down for the ride! Looked a little like oversized mices.
Cache find easy - fortunately two seats away from the mother's group this morning.

What a cool playground! The kids were goggle eyed when they saw this place - and with a genuine gerbil-wheel as well! Had a lot of fun in that one needless to say
Lots of people around today, but no problem retrieving the cache unnoticed. What should have been a quick drive-by turned out to be quite a long stay. The flying fox is pretty cool too!
Nice to bump into BL & RN down there - I understand you two play down there quite often!

well we sat down and had a think about it, either it's so small we overlooked it or it's gone
It was a task not looking too guilty while all the kids played, although we used our kids as a distraction!

Easy find, but due to high muggle density had to wait and look inconspicuous until eyes weren't watching.

We were stealth ... and with ninja like abilities we swooped and retrieved. Great spot for such a tiny cache. T4TC =)
Found with S&G - very busy today, tricky for four adults to not look dodgy in a playground!!
Very busy out today with kids and families in the park, but I manaed to stealthily grab and return cache without prying eyes spotting me!

Stealth was needed quite badly today as the area was quite busy. Being in a group of four made it slightly less dodgy I think. Found with Skweak, Jillopy & Return2nai, TFTC
Easy find at 6am. Saw this one come up last night at work but thought I'd leave till this am. High risk here in Hamilton but paid off. FTF #141
Got here at 6.15am to see footprints in the wet grass. Best time as there were no kids about TFTC
