Alas this cache has been seriously muggled, with the contents found today scattered over Foard's Hill. Will hopefully relocate to a location close by soon.

While I left the others to hit the Target (which was actually closed Surprised but that's a story for another day), I thought I'd try for this one. The find was nice and quick at least and I filled in the log sheet at 12:35 while looking out at the views from the nearby seat. Sensational!!

The surrounds of the container are, shall we say, very moist indeed but the container is holding up well at least.

TNLNSL. Thanks The Coights.

1/9 for the Crusaders eastern road trip today.

In a word - no I could not afford to live there (how much would you pay for these views in somewhere like inner city?[B)])

Another great day for wildlife with a gazillion bats hanging around the tress on the banks of the river - noisy buggers!

Thanks to The Coights for the hunt and the rest.

In Bairnsdale for a few days, we took time out to look for this one, and made an easy find. Later we met a lady who used to work at Foards and said Mr Foard was a very kind employer.
Took nothing and left Juicy Green Kiwi fruit NZ Geocoin. TRECAZ TRAKKIE dropped by for a visit.

Easily found but the contents were saturated (the log book was safe - yay for snap-lock bags!) we made some swaps (see Anderka's log) and dried the GZ out as much as we could. And like all the others, sat a moment and enjoyed our surrounds.
TFTC!

2728. Would you believe that CoolAid - born in Bairnsdale refused to get out of the car to assist with this cache? When I got back in the car I told him that we could see the house we lived in (across the river) when he was born and he still wasn't interested. I guess 3 caching days in a row is 3 too many. Didn't even look at the river that flooded when he was due.

TFTC and the memories.
