Quick find. We are starting to get worried about snakes but good so far. Thanks for the hide
A sunny friday afternoon with a day of ment that a day cachng was in order. I was hoping to finish of the cats and dogs series I started last weekend and, hopefully, puck up a few more caches around McLaren Vale. Unfortunetly a 4 O'CLock dentist appointment ment that I had to finish early than I would have liked. Despite this a good caching day was had.

Tftc! Breaking the geocaching drought on the way to plant trees at Ashbourne. Took nothing, left nothing
Lovely vegetation but a shame the hide is so close to the neighbours refuse collection point. SL TFTC
Another TDU checked off. Think I still have a few more till I complete them. After gps wanted me in the fence line I looked around and found the cache, cache is a little brittle.

Mr Tardis and Mini Tardis were on a caching run this morning down south. We parked in a safe location close by and walked to GZ. Mini Tardis was most excited to find the cache in the first place he looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
Lots of bikes in Willunga today, but none had made it up here that we saw.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache bregor.

Pulled up next to something dead. Found the cache and the smell was still lingering until the next change... Hajj the sweet perfume of the Australian bush. Thanks Bregor for another nice cache
Came back from my find the day before after accidentally skipping this one. Was starting to warm up and straight away I thought I knew where it was and how badly I don't want to be sticking my hands around there with snakes starting to come out so I gave the co-ords a good look and thankfully I was wrong, much nicer spot than first though!
Thanks and sorry for the late logging.

We were on our way home from a birthday party in Mount Compass & decided to take the scenic route & grab a couple of caches on the way. The drive for this cache made a great alternate route down Willunga Hill. Quick & easy grab. Thanks heaps Bregor!
CPWanderer & I were out and about at Meadows.
Having just completed the Are You Kidding series in the Kuitpo Forest.
As CP had previous found this one, he pointed me in the right direction.
A lovely stretch of native vegetation along this road.
Thanks for the cache bregor.

Very scenic out this way - unfortunately took us well out the way for where we were originally going - still we go there in the end
Lovely scenery dogs and brother disappeared though. Worth a laugh or two as they chase each other. Took TB
Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring South Australia.
Currently camped with our Caravan at Kuitpo, we had a late start to the day but decided to head out and keep our fingers crossed that the rain didn't get too heavy.
Managed to visit Willunga and we were very impressed with this lovely town. Even managed to grab a late lunch at a cafe, which was really really yummy. Hope to revisit next week.
Of course we grabbed a few smilies whilst here and loved the history and views shared with us today.

TFTC
Out for the day with the x-trailers and 3LG headed for Victor.
Unfortunately we got side tracked with so many caches showing up on our gps we had not done.

Noticed this hadn't been found for ages and we were out for a drive day and of course a geocache day also. Added a spinning top to the collection of swaps signed the log and tucked the cache in for the next. Thanks for the cache bregor.
A nice quick find on cold wet day, with intermittent hail.
We're slowly making our way through the TDU series, only a few to go now.
This is the first time we've been up this road, and enjoyed the drive.
Thanks bregor.

Found by Mary & David at 1410. Interested to hear about this race. The Fleurieu has always been so special to us since we 'discovered' it so many years ago. We can imagine the delight of riders on such a picturesque ride (if they have time to look). Our thanks to bregor.
Nice easy find and it has got me wondering what the trails are behind GZ (I'm a mad MTB rider)

Today we did a huge challange and achieved 178 caches in a 24 hour period starting at gawler on a bicycle at midnight and finishing at the mclaren vale in a car 24 hours later. Sweat, blood and laughter was part and parcel to find a cache every 8 minutes for 24 hours. We found this cache and thankyou for making our challange possible. We were assisted in our challange by emily~angel & dennisC52, Thanks guys you did a fantastic job. We had a ball and were very tired in the end, maybe I'll not cache tommorow hahaha.TFTCSL TNLN you should see our track from the GPS 320km driven in total for the day with 185 caches visited.
Find 169 of 178 for the day. Started at Midnight this morning with the Nxy challenge, and continued till midnight tonight in a 24 hour caching hunt with McKee Clan on our bikes, and then joined at 3:30am by Emily~Angel, swapping our bikes for a 4WD, and finishing at Maclaren Vale with 178 finds for the day for McKee Clan and I, and about 120 for Emily~Angel. Had a ball, but was glad to hug the pillow in the end. See the McKee Clan log for more info.
