Today the Fat Lady has sung on these caches.
These caches have been the centre of many stories and entertainment over the years. There have been over 40 Favourite points on all 5 caches combined.
By coincidence I was in the area today and decided to pickup the containers. Couldn't resist 4WD'ing out of #2 for maybe the last time. Wow that area has changed.
To all the people that found them, thanks for your logs and the stories you had to share. We hope that they didn't cause you too much stress while solving.

The third pick up in this series but perhaps this cache should be called "riddled with sharp things which ripped a big hole in Buckleysbabe's trackies" They were an old pair, but they've seen a lot of service...oh the sacrifices!!! But at least the log was signed and there will be another smiley on the map
Thanks Team PacketStorm!!!
Thanks Team PacketStorm!!!
We were staying in Wurdiboluc for the weekend and there wasn't going to be much time for caching but as we had solved these and they are going to be archived we snuck off for a couple of hours.
No trouble with this one - love those containers

I had solved all 5 a couple of months ago and had been meaning to go retrieve them, but notification that the whole series will be archived in a couple of weeks prompted me to do them all today.
By this stage I was getting a little better at solving puzzles and quickly deduced the "code".
With military precision, I planned the operation and went from #1 to #5 in 1 hour - all doable with no special equipment and in a 2WD euro-hatch.
Almost a quick drive-by on this one to retrieve the cache - although somehow I still wanted to climb!

It is with great regret that I will need to archive this series of puzzle caches. Unfortunatly there has been a crime wave pass over Freshwater Creek and some of these caches have been caught up in it.
There have been many great stories regarding these caches over the last 4 years. What fun they have been!
It is not the end of the cache containers as these will be reused again one day in another puzzle series?
If you wish to find these caches before they are archived I will help you significantly in finding the answers.
As number #1 is not actually out there, if you can email me the correct answers you will be allowed to log it.
I will also have it with me on the night of the Geelong event in Fyansford.
We hope that you enjoyed the time and effort that went into this series.
The caches will be unavailable from the 17th of June 2013.
Cheers,
Team PacketStorm

As relatively newcomers to this activity, it was quite exciting nutting out this series without having to resort to any hints (although we were close to seeking help) TFTC
Dropped past this series today to check that all was in order.
Safe to say that everything is in order.
Watch out along Hendy Main Road as the police are all through this area!
These caches are all good to go!
Have fun!

I had solved this cache quite some time ago, during a quiet period at work. Today I had had a truly awful day at work, followed by a drive to Geelong to a meeting which I had been given the wrong address for, then after finding the right address, giving a presentation on a project which isn't finished, isn't mine and I don’t care that much about. Oh and I missed lunch. As the meeting finished a bit early and these cache weren't too far out of town and I really would enjoy picking them up, and I DID!
I had picked up #1 and #4, failed on #2 and was keen to make a success of this one. The access was made a little more challenging because of the hide loosing a branch recently, but I soon had the cache in hand and the log signed.
Thanks for the cache and the puzzle Team PacketStorm.

Bogonghazy solved this one before we headed out on a days caching out to Torquay, and around and up and across and down all the roads in between. He was also quick to grab the cache at GZ. Thanks to Team PacketStorm for the cache.
Found with Sully1 today on our trip to Geelong and surrounds.
This was the only puzzle I was able to solve of yours, got halfway through
a couple but met dead-ends. Luckily I like cryptic crossies, as this was simple.
Nice big cache at GZ too, thanks again Team PacketStorm

I got this clue straight away, and the cache wasn't too difficult to locate, either. I can't believe that this little dirt road is ever busy, though! TFTC
Time to reap the rewards of our work in solving the puzzles. Lots of nice country lanes around here.
found @ 11:40 with mum and dad (ross47)
Didn't take long to find.
Only one muggle went past, we were all out of the car at the time..
Found my favourite type of TB in the cache. So...
Took: Duck TB
Left: Nothing
Thanks.

A quick find @ 11:40 in the company of the geowife and emeraldflame. I'm sure the passing muggles wondered what on earth we were doing!

Sorted out the clues for this one yesterday, had it sorted in seconds. Doing all those cryptic crosswords paid off. I was going to make a swoop and grab the whole series in one hit. BUT I can't work out # 2 so I gotta settle for three out of four for now. Thanks PacketStorm4 for placing the cache and for giving me a few hints on # 2. I will keep working on it and come back for the final another day. Awesome series and an easy to find cache once I got to GZ. Left parratrooper took KLM badge. Dropped off duck tb. Thanks again.
This cache was an easy find but like all the caches the hard part was solving the puzzles. TFTC
8044 Solved the puzzles in order but somehow grabbed them out of order. Nice cache that was riddled with lots of bugs.

Found on the way to Torquay, we are enjoying the series. Left a geocoin that I've been holding onto for a while..TFTC
We had no problems with this one and were relieved when we picked it up. Another part of the puzzle worked out.TFTC
Fortunately there were more creepy crawlies on the description page rather than the cache location. Not much traffic around here today so we could easily get out and make the find without raising too much suspicion. TFTC

I solved these puzzles quite some time ago and picked up the final last year, today I had a little more time and grabbed the other four.
Thanks for the puzzles and the hunt

Staying in Bellbrae for the week and liked the look of this series of puzzle caches. Sat down this morning and nutted them out. Nice and satisfying to solve this one. Again, obvious when you sit back and take a look. We passed a road on the way here that we wondered if the muffin man lived down?
We really enjoyed the theme of this series including the puzzles, containers and swaps. We also appreciate the time and effort that went in to the creation.
GeoJnr and GeoTilly enjoyed the tour around the country side complete with bumpy roads, sheep and cows. TFTC PacketStorm4. Well done.

Loved it.... another fun puzzle to solve and an adventure to retrieve the cache. Great stuff...TFTH
Having 'completed' the series last time I was down in Geelong, I thought I had better 'complete' the series on this trip . A bit of puzzle solving in the interim and I was on my way this afternoon following this morning's Try-athalon. This was first of the quartet and I quickly had the stash in hand at 13:55 on this glorious afternoon .

I pulled up beside gz and the local wheat crop is now ripe for harvesting.
The cache was a quick easy find.
Another great puzzle in the series.

Found in the company of PrincessDiala and Landau351. The terrain for this cache was much easier than we had expected. A quick find, and off we went to go for #5. TFTC and the puzzle!
Out of the four preliminary puzzles this one was the easiest to solve!
I went off to hide a gnome, and the others found this with no problems.
Thanks again PacketStorm4 for this puzzle and cache.

A fun puzzle and another great hiding spot. Another Geocoin and a travel bug were left here.
Now this was a puzzle that I was familiar with, so the answer was easy to find.
It was a warm day but we didn't see any of your wildlife at GZ.
Thanks, Robmc.

I think this was the first one of the series that I solved which gave me the impetus to complete the rest.
The day was already warm and humid and with storms no doubt on the horizon we thought these dirt roads would be best tackled early in the day.
A nice easy find
Thanks

Found this one second in a quick dash on the way between picking up the junior clammers from school and getting home to start the evenings rituals, homework, tea etc. trying to do all five in about an hour, which will probably turn into a caching hour ( 2-5hrs). This was the easiest clue in an awesome series..TFTC. TNLN.
Found today by Mr Emu & Demon Boy @ 10.40 a.m., GAFF1 http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/GAFF .
We had some initial reservations about this (original) puzzle, but thankfully this turned out to be the easiest one to solve. We continued our "sunny Saturday drive" around the local area and soon found the hiding spot for this cache. The substantial covering material had been pushed aside and the cache container was exposed. I suspect that this hiding spot has a resident who likes to make themselves comfortable. Fortunately, even when exposed the cache is well out of the way of the public eye. Thanks for the cache PacketStorm4.

#105 for us, found today at 17:20. After figuring out the 4 puzzles in this series, we had to wait for the weather to clear, floods to receed, soccer finals to be played (and lost ) before we could get out to actually make the finds. While Mrs Juc and juc_jr#1 soaked in the spa, juc_jr#2 and I went on an impromptu caching trip. We hoped to grab the Ring Road - At Ring Road's End cache, but who knew surveyors worked on Saturday afternoon ? The intersection was infested with hi-vis jackets, lollipop men, tripods and hi-tech measuring devices. A quick back-track and pulled off down a side road to consult the map. Entered the previously worked coordinates and we were off again. A quick find was made, the log was signed and the TB admired. TNLN, SL. ANother great hide PacketStorm4 !
Found this one easily with PacketStorm4 and RHPS present as PS4 was making his rounds to check the recent flood waters.

By this time the old ute was covered in orange mud from all the off roads that I had been on but has been a lot of fun. This cache was an easy find but like all the caches the hard part was solving the puzzles but when you think about them they make sense.
Once again a very good container with another inside so the log should stay dry.
Well four down and one to go!

We had solved all the puzzles and completed the calculations for #5 in the series at about 17:00. Knowing Doheng was in the area we asked them if they like to come with us for the hunt.
After two DNF’s at other GZ’s for associated caches, we were wondering if the evenings activity might be a fruitless. But no, this cache was found quickly by P-P, log signed and we were on our way to the last location - #5.
Thanks for a great mind stimulating series.
