So this was a fairly full-on solo geocaching day for me today, and I wanted to make the most of the terrific weather that had the right temperature, sun out and blue sky. The plan was to head south to tackle some of the power trails / series, and for the most part, that was achieved. My day started at Seaford, and then it was a run along the creek finding the *Real Aliens* series. I then diverted towards the ocean, to find a nemesis oldie and enjoy a run along Moana's cliffs. A selection of the *Cats and Dogs* series were detoured past, before a break at Aldinga's bakery. Next was the *Forty Winks* series, and then back towards the ocean to enjoy a few caches at Sellicks Beach. It was getting to late afternoon by the time I drove through Myponga, and targeted a few hiking geocaches around there, and back towards Sellicks Hill. By this time, it was dark, and so made my way home, having utilised this great weather as best as I could.
I thought I had a pretty decent search today, despite other logs mentioning how hard this hide is? Anyway after 10 min of looking, I had to leave disappointed. There were plenty of possible hiding spots for this cache, but it was hard to believe that this difficulty could only be a 1.5 then? Thanks anyway bregor.

Nice day to be out here, watching the small planes doing flips and tricks in the sky from the airport next to us
Another lovely day visiting the area and we managed to explore more places, our muggle driver is getting used to us telling him to stop here, go there, just a little detour and that looks like a good place to park lol, TFTC and the fun
Out and about with LiB and kkrafter on a day caching that was a little cool and damp with patches of sunshine...
Took way too long to spot this one...then OMG! there it is moment...

The last on our trip home from camping. Our new record; 11 in one day! This was another tricky one, signing the log equally tricky. Also the first I've forgotten to take a photo of, oh well! The nearby abandoned building made for great photos.

Wasted some time at work on Wednesday planning a caching trip for this afternoon. Had forgotten one of our cars was being serviced today so had to drive the geohusband home. Once that was done it was way too late to head out on my original trip. So wrote up a list of 15 caches down South to clear off the Christmas letterbox caches. Had a lovely drive in the cool rain and all hides were found. I didn’t find the 8 multis I had hoped for but still had a lovely afternoon out.
After a dnf here last time made light work of it today and found it pretty quickly. Although it still wasn’t in the first places I checked! TFTC

Find # 7640
Found while on the annual Trip to South Aurstalia for the Tour Down Under Bike race.
All week I've been travelling with Tyred n Cranky, but today I dropped them off in Myponga, as they were participating in the "Challenge Tour" with over 3000 other riders.
As every year, when I drop them off, it starts a caching day for me.
This year I had the 40 series on the GPSr ready to go, and a few others around the area and on the way to Strathalbyn, where Tyred n Cranky would be crossing the Finish line and where I had to pick them up.
While doing the 40 I came across another cachers log, wow they were from Horsham, and after a few messages, it turnec out we were doing the same thing. The dropp off of family members, caching the area, picking up family members. A weird coincidence so far from home.
Sorry for the generic log. All caches were found safe n healthy unless otherwise stated.

It’s still there but my phone at me at 6m. Only saw it by chance when my torch glinted off, a tricky hide! TFTC
Nice quick find, was a Kangaroo crossing the road up ahead, unfortunately I didn't get a photo of it.

Down at victor harbour today for a visit, managed to stop in here on the way home to adelaide TFTC
Sharp little eyes to find this one. Cool that so many have found it and that this cache has been there for so long.
Grabbed this one on the way to a day's outing dog walking around Second Valley Forest. Took 3 of us about 5 mins to find (the geodaughters sharp eyes found this one) - blends in well. Signed log
Owl was in Victor to deliver a sermon and took the opportunity to make a long, slow drive home via unnecessary cache maintenance and random caches. Almost missed this one - it blends in really well.
Cleaing up the geomap down south with Purrfect Di,
cached down under too... sneaky little cache.

A desolate she'd over the fence, most of the vale is harvesting grapes at present.

We are in South Australia for a one week holiday at the Lady Bay Resort at the golf club near Normanville. Day 5 - around Aldinga for the Forty Winks Series and a few more.
At eight o'clock at night, the cache was glistening away n the fading sunlight, making it so easy to spot today.
Log signed & replaced again. Found at 8.00pm on 29th November, 2016. TFTC

Found number 17 of 62 on a geocaching Sunday. Found it on the way back from the Sellicks Hill giant Buddha statue (Guan Yin statue) of Nanhai Putuo Temple in Sellicks Beach, SA.
We searched for a while and almost gave up. Before we moved on, I had a final check, and lucky found it. Quickly signed and placed it back.
Thank you, bregor, for creating the TDU series caches.

Sneaky sneaky found with sevzmc tftc what a beautiful day for a adventure in the hills
Had to go back to the car to get a certain tool as the lid would not unscrew off! Looks like some work is happening at the nearby vacant building as there was some heavy machinery on site, another TDU checked off.

Cache found on ground this morning, placed it back in it's correct position so it's now hanging about waiting to be found.,
Came out of hibernation on a magic sunny day and headed down the coast.
Found this one to kick off a little caching run. Thanks for the cache bregor

That geochash was absolutely tiny no bigger then a shot gun shell but grear hidibg spot
Took a while was about to give up when we spied the glint of the cache so obvious once you know where it is, our final cache in this series TFTC bregor
Very random when not associated with TDU but still hanging in there and predominantly muggle free with not much else around.
Our first ever Geocache! It was tiny and fun to search for as a family. Cool views, some interesting amber roundabouts.
Was about to give up when the shiny (tiny) container caught our eye. Stuffed penguin in neighbouring tree a decoy?! TFTC
