After many attempts over the years finally found it. A bit out from location and cache needs replacing
Difficult one. Need to get right into the scrub. Water logged and muddy, container clip broken needs replacing
Agree with last poster the coordinates were a bit out. Screenshot attached from phone GPS with location at GZ versus target.
Also one clip was broken with container lid open and it was full of water/mud. No log page so replaced with new sheet inside a bag and reattached lid as well as I could and put back in place. Would probably need maintenance. TFTC

Thanks for bringing me to the spot. I never would have come here if it weren't for geocaching. SL TNLN.
Returned to this DNF site after a recent find showed what we should be looking for, and a hint of where. After combing through similar-looking trees for about 20 minutes, we extended the radius of our search beyond 10m of GZ and finally found the tree we were looking for. I don’t know whether it was our iPhone’s GPS, but final reading was about 16m away from GZ. Cache was wet and full of meat ants - so no chance of signing the log. But left a green toy in container. Overall, difficult find but impressive short climb. TFTC.
DNF for me little freaky kept eye on surrounds so heart wasn't in it will try again another time
Spent a lot of time combing through bush behind noisy generator where GZ supposedly was, but no luck. There are quite a few large trees that have recently crashed down in recent storms, and overgrown grass has obscured some typical hidey holes. Would love to know if cache is still here.
After finding the GC78DN0_train-loop cache, I noted this cache was up the nearby hill. I took a chance that I could get to this cache from the train loop. Sure enough, after a little bush bashing, I found a path that wound its way to this cache site.
The GPS led to bush site behind a phone tower site, however looking all around the site, no cache was found!

Super hard to find I spent 30-40 mins looking for it Can I please have some help from your guys is it behind the tower and up the hill on in the bushes
Been twice looking for this one. Beat me again. I'll be back but without the geokids
Hard to get an accurate fix under the trees, but eventually found it. Finally saw what the clue meant on the way home - nice one!
Found with a bit of effort. Cache and log very wet. Dried out the bag and added a dry sheet of paper. Needs more
Ground was very over grown.
Didn't find it. Wasnt linking to gps well.
Hard hot steep walk

Man that was a slog up that hill. I never knew that was roads that with that steep. But the view was well worth it. That is if you still got lungs left to enjoyed.
Log is totally soaked impossible to sign.

Lots of overgrown areas ivo GZ, bu unable to locate the sucker. Hint didn't help me
2nd visit, gps was playing up something fierce but got a hit 30m off and just went looking!
It appears this cache has gone walkabout. A new container will be in its place by the weekend : )
Scoured the area for an hour. Either there has been some massive cache creep or it is gone.
No good. Had a good look for half an hour. Quite overgrown in the area holding the cache. Not sure if it's still findable.
Ran into Bluejackal at the entry point to the cache. Given the late hour the walk up the hill seemed harder than it should have been
Nice walk and a good hide, thanks for that. Don't feel so guilty about my Maccas breakfast now

Very steep climb to cache but rewarding views of the greenery and a nice downhill canter back to the car

My 100th cache! Woooooo!!! Managed to open it, but contents are wet and I didn't have time to clean it up this afternoon. Great spot though! SL TNLN Thank you
I was jogging at first time on my holiday. Felt good after numberous of lazy days. Container's lid was stuck and I couldnt open it. Needs maintenance. Thank you for the cache.
Nice view, hot and sweaty walk this time of year up north... left spare pen in cache. i actually forgot what else i left by the time i got back to the car.. left something though and took TB.

Upwards and onwards along a well sealed track to the GZ, A very robust container but things are a bit damp, replaced the zip lock bags to prevent further moisture but didn't have a spare pen, signed the log and left a TB, took nothing. TFTC
We found this cache after coming through some woodland and crossing the train track. The climb was less steep, at first!
Great cache, though on hearing something that sounded big in the trees, I did hurry up!!

Good hide, I got all the way there to find my pen was out of ink...next time I'm there I sign the Cache. Cheers
Yes, it was steep but much shorter than some of the other "uphill" caches around Cairns. And unlike many of the previous finders, and this is unusual for me, I went straight to it. My GPS today was being very accurate. TNLNSL TFTC
It was a hot invigorating walk up to this cache today. It took a bit more searching than we were expecting but we got there in the end.
The cache had a bit of water in it and we dried it as best we could but perhaps the CO could check
Thanks for the cache.

The walk gets the heart pumping! Drained thw water out and log nice and dry in sealed bag TFTC TNLGecko TB
Was visiting friend nearby so invited him along to find this one. Walk was steep but OK as rain had eased off (for a change) but still overcast. Not a soul around and not too hot for us old folks. Perfect caching conditions. Some moisture in container (you'd wonder how!!) but logbook dry. Friend enjoyed the outing and may be a convert. TFTC TNLN.
The path in just seemed to go on forever......level off and than upwards again. The extra clues provided in the description proved helpful in locating the cache.
Log signed, but TNLN.

Good job L_L!! a great cache. particularlyb enjoyed the walk in. Cache was well hidden and we enjoyed finding it TNLN TFTC
Interesting walk from Robb Road. Steep muddy track in places but nice alternative. Nice hot tropical day but worth the walk! Exchanged a pink pig for the Guitar Geocoin.
found it again.
Decided to visit this geocache again with the youngest Nettlie.
love the view.
Took Space Shuttle travel bug and left guitar geocoin

Nice walk up the hill to be found by the beady eyes of the youngest Scurvy Rascals. Grabbed the German TravelCoin and will drop to central Cairns location to hopefully grab an easy flight to Europe. Left the Spooky Space Kook as figured it would like the alien looking tower and being closer to the star. Took a car, left a car. TFTC
Seems a few of the local motorbikers like this area fortunately they werent up near the cache so retrieval was much easier than the walk! LOL
Found with Geodash and kids. Almost hit by trail bikes on way down. Left Aussie Wanderer which had travelled from Imbil to Broome via the Gibb River Road and back across to Cairns. Happy Travels.
Well, I passed here on my adventurous walk up the steep mountain range. I found it is really possible to go over the ridges until coming to the Smith Track and going down to Stoney Creek passing "Somewhere over the Railway". It is very tough though. Therefore I would not recommend it.

Nice walk for the dogs to a 'new place'. Just missed seeing the train as it screeched round the corners....
Seems I selected all the caches that involve steep uphill walking for today . Third one of it's kind. Good way to get rid of the ice cream from the evening before.
"behind that which stands tall & roars" - good one!

Beaut climb was going to place a cache here a while back. Thanks for taking the time
09:00 Excellent exercise, location and view. top marks. easy find. first I could not make sense of the hint. knowing now the area better, it all became clear. +/-0. T4TC.
My first find for 2010. Dropped the kids off at school nearby and headed up to this one. Great workout for bum and thighs. heart rate going , rewarded with a great view of the valley. great hide.
The clouds had come over, so the hike to GZ was very pleasant but the views were not much good.
Found the cache and performed the swaps.
On the way back down the hill I spotted a track off to the north. Me being me, I just had to see where it went.
It takes you down to the railway line at the start of the Jungara Loop, where I was just in time to see one of those railway inspection Landcruisers trundle on by. Shame I didn't have the camera.
T. Nothing.

Had forgotten my key so we had to leave the car at the bottom. Great walk up the hill, little miss2 walked the while way we were surprised as she did not want any help. Cache was a bit deeper into the forest than we expected but easily found. managed to find enough cover to rehide the cache. Left a croc.
Decided to get the kids out of the house and had a fair idea where it was from the clues
Took small ring and swapped with a bracelet.
Apart from the pouring rain and wind, we had good time
You actualy beat us to placing a cache in this area, we are new to caching and was thinking about this spot as a good hiding place
Thank you for the cache.

The morning views over the valley as the sun rose were magnificent.
A great spot for a cache. A quick find and back home in time for breakfast.
