The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. Amazing views from here. What a lovely place to stretch the legs. Had a brief look where I thought out might be but so many muggles kept pulling up, so couldn't have a proper look. Maybe next time.

03-Jan-12
This cache needs to be removed. Cache owner doesn't seem to be interested in any maintenance. Pity - a very lovely spot.

30-Dec-11
6 of us spent about 15-20 mins looking for this cache. No luck.

06-Dec-11

All we found was a nest of angry ants so we beat a hasty retreat.

My first cache for my little trip up from Tassie.
Bit of drama at the airport when there wasnt a hire car to be seen but I overcame that hurdle by getting a train to Woolongong then walking to Hertz and getting a car from there. Once that problem was sorted I could begin my caching trip down the coast. Loved the view from here !! Absolutely spectacular .. Thanks Team Casho

16-Aug-11
After deciding to leave 'Highway' early I don't know why I stopped here as it really was starting to freeze my nips off on the motorbike. In any case it didn't matter as a cyclist was sitting at (or at least very near) GZ. I waited for a little while but he seemed content on the phone with no sign of wrapping the conversation up. In the end it was a DNLook, but I travel past here regularly and have no doubt I'll get it next time.

Quick find. Safely placed back just seconds before the muggles arrived! Took bilby the TB. SL TFTC Smile

We are spending Easter with family in Dapto, and were headed down to Mollymook for lunch at the Golf Club, so decided to do some caching on the way. We enjoyed the views from here and took a few photos before looking for the cache. There were two possible hiding places - I looked at one and Marco looked at the other and he was the one who came up trumps. TNLNSL TFTC

We decided that this weekend was a good time to test out the bed (just made and installed by Black bunny) in our recently acquired camper van called Vicky.
Sadly, I wasn't well, the dogs got wet and tramped in and out and in and out, and Jenna ended up on the bed with us, and there just isn't room.
Added to that, it started to rain in the night, and we had the windows open, and things got wet.
We gave up and came home first thing after breakfast.

A couple of little geocachers tracks near GZ. Took us a bit of stomping around in long, damp grass - snakes be damned - before Kasperlina reached in and found it. A damp day but we're headed down to Batemans Bay for a day of sightseeing with USNees in tow. TNLN SL TFTC Cheers..........Gaztek

Operation : Geocaching NSW Nowra Invasion Event 2010

Cache Hunter: Zalgariath of Sydney
Supporting Officers: Richary & Spindoc Bob
ICD^ Location Number: 091010#2/25
Mission Status: SUCCESS
Hunt Time: 10mins
Muggle Factor: 1 (Very Low)
GAFF^^: 1 (Unassisted)

Report: After tasting success up the road at Sneaky Sparky, this was target 2 of the attack run into Nowra for the Invasion Event. Spindoc stood this one out as he had found it before, Richary made the grab while I claiming the nearby Trig for a GCA find. Took a little while to locate as we kept getting distracted by the great views. Took some pics then back on the road towards the Primary Objective. Report Ends.

Like others a quick find on the way to the invasion. No couple canoodling, but there was a couple having a picnic lunch. Maybe fluffyfish got here a little after me.
I wonder what they thought about all the interruptions?

09-Oct-10
First photoed the nearby trigpoint, then into the bush. GPS led us to a couple of likely spots before I made the find in company with Zalgariath and Spindoctors. Nice outlook from here, many many years the family I boarded with when I first came to Sydney had a holiday house at Werri Beach so the place holds a few memories. Thanks TEAM CASHO.

Bubba Bear and I were travelling to the event in Nowra and identified this as a good place to cache. Right we were. Great views! There was a couple canoodling right near GZ but I don't think they were thinking about geocaching...... Bubba Bear and I went down for the find, out of sight of the love birds. It is nice to have quick finds with Bubba. Thanks for putting a cache in here.

A popular spot. I had to sit in the car for a while and then at a picnic table whilst people drove in and out. Finally I had the chance to explore further, grabbed the cache then headed out again before more arrivals. A beautiful spot. I'm so glad I was enticed to stop. TFTC

Will try again when less tourists around.

08-Sep-10
Well it goes to show that even the owners need a gps to locate there own caches sometimes. Maybe there has been a little cache travel from where I thought I put it or I was looking where I was going to put it. The place looks a little different since the clean up.
Anyway it seems it is still there for the finding so happy hunting and we will keep an eye on the logs.

23-Aug-10
Fear not as the cache is safe and well in its lair... [^] Down from Brisbane for a couple of days, I arrived at GZ at 0545 and seached by torchlight. I must admit to thinking my chances were slim after recent DNFs and the lack of light but, after about 10 minutes and putting faith in the GPS, I found the container in a neat little hidey hole... Wink

Not much of a view at this time of the morning but, I was happy enough with my name in the log... Big Grin

Cheers Team Casho.

20-Aug-10
We were past here during the week and seen they have done a clean up around the area along with the cache we think.
We will have a better look and if not ae to locate will replace shortly if it is missing.

I actually have stopped here before many years ago BC (before Geocaching), but the GZ was a bit out but after we expanded the search I surprised myself with a find for a change, being the driver I mostly arrive after the find, but a great view and a bonus GCA trig to capture too. found with Tankengine, Marcus V, Agent Basil and Fitzy

Reperio at 1620. The ACT invaders stopped by this spot on the way back to Nowra for the night, and yet again, we were teated to some fantastic views.

18th for the day, part of the Canberra invasion of Nowra. Fantastic views but was getting cooler and my warm clothes were in the other car.

16-Jun-10
A beautiful clear winter’s day and the view southbound was stunning. TNLN thanks.

13-Jun-10
Staying in Kiama, we did look for this briefly on Saturday night, but it was pitch black with a freezing southerly, and we had no idea what was over there - was it just grass or a straight drop? This morning was a different matter, and we soon fetched the cache from where we had stood the night before. TNLN, but thanks for a good cache just off the highway, makes it easy for us travellers.

12-Jun-10
Stopped on our way to Nowra.
Removed a cigarett and a lighter from the cache, since we do not agree with this kind of swaps in Geocaching.
Left a pin 'No Drugs'.

2312 - A caching long weekend around the Shellharbour region...

The rain was coming down by this time - time for a quick sign and we were on our way - thanks again guys !!

TNLN - TFTC !!

Cheers....

Arrived just in time to see Sol de Lune coming up from GZ. He had seen it was me and had logged it for me as well.
A heavy rain shower had just started as we arrived and could see from the lookout it was only going to get worse, so we didn't hang about! Thanks for the cache.

25-Apr-10
Found.....just as the rain started to get very heavy. With that and the wind it was time to move on as quickly as possible. As I was completing the log, Canberra Bushwalker drive in, so to save him getting soaked, as I was, I added his name. For us, this was the second to last stop before heading home.

The views were pretty, not that I got to check them out for very long.

Thanks for the cache.

Mr 4 and I made this find quickly. Great reception for my gps helped

Coordinates put us in the middle of the grass. Not having a hint meant there was a really wide search area and we were short on time.

Cache run on the way from Auckland to the Megga Event in Wagga. Quick find on the way south T4TC.

A quick find on my way home after an unsuccessful visit to another nearby cache - not a DNF, just couldn't get close thanks to the big swell sweeping over the rock platform. Always a good view, and It usually means I'm nearly home. Thanks for the cache Team Casho

Had to take this afternoon off to move the No 1daughter to UOW. Some people think we kicked her out because she wont participate in this “nerdy past timeâ€, there is no proof that that is true!

We stop here to swap drivers often but this time though great we get to try for a cache, hmmm no GPSr I remember reading a log that mentioned a path being worn to GZ, and within 10 minutes of arrival Geo daughter No.2, the one who enjoys caching and coincidentally the one we kept, had it in hand. Well done Hannah.

our first find for the week away

We set out on a mission to try and find ten mystery caches today but only managed four. So we thought we might as well get this one on the way home to make up for our pathetic effort for the rest of the day.

We have come past here hundreds of times but never stopped. Great view but was a bit obscured by the rain (that followed us everywhere today!).

Nice easy find, there is a little path developing to GZ.

L - Lollipop lip gloss
