Dammit!! Spent 20 minutes looking but never found it. The water has been high in that area perhaps its been washed away?
We had 2 cracks at this one while we holidayed at Cooly for a week; firstly with Virga13 and GeoJen and then for our second go we brought Froggy along to see if his eyes could spy the prize. But alas no! We were stumped, still stumped and stayed stumped! TFTC and a good excuse to come back!
Reluctant to admit it, but this one had us stumped. It was a warm summery day and almost had to use the nearby beach shower to cool off.
Was in company with an interstate group of geocachers and they too could not locate the thing. Maybe we were too trusting of the hint!
Did find a wayward fishing knife though, which was put into the park rubbish bin when we left.

Great spot & interesting history. TFTC

Found it after a quick poke around. Left Koala Geocoin. I think he wants to go west now
Found this one pretty quickly while Christmas Caching with StevieTRZ500, but a really good yet obvious hid. Love it
Well after trudging up the hill realized we had headed completely the wrong
way though we did get to stare at the two neatly laid out towels in the very secluded little spot and wondered what we had disturbed??? Madmoo found it as we dodged sufers though I am sure our two teenagers were ogling
more than a bit!!! Also got to watch some fairly intense filming of some
men singing whilst standing on the rocks out on the rock wall - many cameras etc maybe
new film clip pity we had NO idea who they were!!! Thanks for the cache and showing us this
great spot! There was no Travel bug in the cache though

#663 - A nice quick find on a wander around Tweed Heads. Had a bit of a wait while a guy was adjusting his bike.
After the find we enjoyed watching several dolphins playing in the river.

Easy find went for some night caching by myself so no muggles and this is the first one I have found on my own
Quick find on a rainy afternoon. Nothing like rain for getting the place to yourself.
took the long walk to this cache, and what an enjoyable walk it was. Arrived at GZ spotted the caches hidey hole, that was the easy part, someone decided to use the shower then a muggle with a dog muggle. But grabbed the cache and signed the log , darn more muggles.
Thanks For The Cache
found this one while on a Geo-Trek Caching holiday with TeamBooo, Booo's Dad and Booo Booo to Queensland

Hi cleverly hidden. It took a while to find. There were many muggles around. Took nothing left nothing. TFTC
My first cache found ever! I left a 'geogift' and had heaps of fun. Picturesque scenery all around, Thank you kingys.
TFTC easily found, but a nice long walk from the beach.
Found by GeoGrandand while on holiday

Enjoyed the walk in. Lots of muggles so we had to be quick! Great location for a picnic and a swim. TFTC. Evidence band in, TB out.
Found at 12.27pm. Trackable still in cache, but didn't take up the mission. Surfer spot and lovely views of the tide. Easy find and was nice to sit under the shade of the tree whilst we completed the log.

We'd been forced to 'bug out' of our house while the floor tiles were laid. So since we staying in town, pretending to be on holiday but having to go to work during the day we decided to go caching in the evening.
It was one of those perfect spring evening when we found the cache. As with the the Snapper Cache it was a great spot to reminince porpoise pool and the legacy that Jack Evans left.
Picked up the Gary Travels North TB. Know exactly where we are going to leave him.
Thanks the cache.

Found the cache and another nice place for fishing!!! Easy find and excellent location. Left TB and GC.
I was working close by today, so decided to grab this cache. There weren’t too many muggles around, so I could search in peace. I found the cache quickly, and signed the log. I left a wire puzzle and bag of crystal mud. This is such a great little part of the gold coast. I haven’t been down this way since I was a kid. It’s interesting to see this history of the place – and such a shame the opening of Sea World was the beginning of the end to Jack Evans Pet Porpoise Pool. Thanks to Kingys for an excuse to come back to the well-manicured lawns and golden sand.
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
Nice quick find in another beautiful spot in this part of the world. Thanks once again for the cache kingys, we completed a number of yours today.
nice spot for a few caches! water looked amazing but was a bit cold and windy for a swim. left penguin tool fish TFTC
Another quick find today with Bundybluedog. Cache was a little exposed so tried to hide it a bit better. Great views around here! SL, TFTH
Very quick find today, cache was a bit too obvious so SL and Covered it up better. TFTC
Great location, some history here. Would be great if the cache container was upgraded to something a little more sturdy, waterproof and had some cammo
I think I went to the Porpoise Pool when I was little! Nice walk and a fun play on the beach. There was a huge fish head on the beach that the kids thought was very interesting. Thanks kingys.
Rated: for Overall Experience
Picked this one up in between muggles.
Great spot for a cache.
Signed the Log and then off we went to
take some photos of the surfers.

A quick find on the way to the airport to fly back to SA. Wanted to find a NSW cache while I was here. This is situated in a beautiful place. TFTC
Turned out to be an easy find as an articulted fish marked the spot; we popped him back into the cache. We believe this is our first find in QLD but maybe its in NSW? Traded coin and tb left pathtag (jandalfan heart NZ beaches - but it's been so rainy we're hoping to prefer yours for a week!). What a great spot and thanks for telling us the history. Surfers were out in numbers just around the corner. GTPIGTO TFTC
Nice history lesson. Found at dusk so no muggles about. First to sign new log. TFTC
Container replaced. Cache in great condition considering the elements. Swell up, sun is out. Enjoy the geocaching experience.
Nice spot! I liked the hide, we managed to play it cool around the muggles by posing for photos. Nearly got to see some poor girl take an unexpected shower while trying to wash her feet in the beach shower, ha ha. Cache in good condition. SL, TN, left NI GC. TFTC!
The dolphins and a turtle welcomed your arrival on the shores of our Tweed Coast. We hope you injoy your time in the most beautiful area in Australia. May the locals make you feel welcome and show you around...plenty to see...beautiful beaches, rainforests, theme parks, wineries, rugged hinterland...but best of all our wonderful climate...beautiful one day...perfect the next. Enjoy your stay.
I was surprised to see the cache was okay in this location. Someone had left rubbish at the GZ and there are lots of people walking by. It's a beautiful spot so I was pleased to fnd it. Gotta love Geocaching for that....

TB FRANKE the Camel came and swam with the dolphins on his was to Bethlehem. Certainly won't call him Flippa!
Great spot watched some surfers early this morning. Thanks for bringing us here.
Nice spot TFTC. Brings back happy memories of this area when the water slides and the Aquatic Club were nearby.
Wonderful spot for kids to rummage about looking for the cache. Replaced "strawberry" and will add it to a cache further afield.

I remember this one after 2 years ago with muff1 we did this one now i am a member we did this off the top of my head TFTC
Nice spot for a walk today. Had forgotten about this lovely little part of our local area. Still plenty of people around so kids enjoyed the fun of a stealth move in uncovering & putting back the cache. Thanks for this one Kingys. Good fun!
Beautiful weather today so lots of muggles, had out grandson with us (school holidays) and had a great time.
Nice easy find. Brought back memories of family vacations as a child, I have a photo of my mum in exactly the same pose with Jack Evans.
I can still remember it as a great show.

Nice little spot. Plenty of passing muggles today. Hint made it a walk up and grab.
I think I remember visiting the old porpoise pools when we visited here many years ago. Thanks for the history lesson.

Found with Ms Wig, Great piece of local history, and a fantastic location!!
Thanks Kingsy

Having just returned from SA and picked up the car from the airport we couldn't resist doing a cache on the way home fantastic location - stopped to admire the view for awhile TFTC
Lots of muggles, went back on dusk. Bit confused about the location of the porpoise pool. Thought it was at Snapper Rocks.
Really nice location - even a heavy shower of rain passing as I arrived didn't dampen my spirits! Soon had the cache found. SL TFTC
We did this cache and then went for a snorkle. It has been quite a few years since we lived at the Tweed, since the sand pumping has started the river and this little bay has lost the beautiful corals, octopus, small reef fish etc from here. T ? L Octopus TFTC
Easy find on our morning walk from Coolangatta while on holiday from NZ. Thanks very much kingys
Spotted GZ easily from a distance, but the close proximity to a public shower and walking path made it impossible to go up and have a look around without looking suspicious on a hot Sunday afternoon, so I didn't attempt this one. I'll be back though!
Found with the extended Geofamily. Geokid's enjoyed the treasure hunt at GZ. Very nostalgic look at the area for the father in law who came here on a school football trip. The experience was enjoyed by all. TFTC!
[^] Found cache rather damp and replaced both container and log. The wet weather has made little difference to the air or water temperature so regardless of the moisture enjoy a swim whilst your here. [^]
Awesome beach here. Massive waves around the point. A few muggles about but no-one paying any attention to what we were doing. Our first cache in a foreign land. TFTC.
Would love to have seen this spot in days gone by
Had to wait while a swimmer had a shower before we could retrieve this one
Log very wet needs replacing
Placed it in a lock bag but this will not dry it only stop it from getting wetter
Thanks for bringing us to this lovely spot on the coast

On a caching weekend with Mr & Mrs Mischievous Maverick, and Mr & Mrs Rastas000. Great Fun. Thank you!
On a caching weekend away with Rastas000, Mrs Rastas, The Green Geckos (Both of them), my wife and I had a marvellous time. Oh, and we got some caching done, too!
With all the discussion of the very same porpoise pool over the UHF on the way to this cache, we were shocked to see the state in which all the jetty work was in. It's a shame really.
There were plenty of muggles in the park, having a game of cricket, some fishing off the nearby jetty (not catching anything) but it was the muggle who didn't realise he'd lost his car key that was most appreciative of us being there.

It is amazing to think you can be in QLD one minute and in NSW with only driving a few streets across to Tweed Heads. This was any easy find once I realized that I had walked straight past the location that I needed. Managed to avoid some muggles and the showering rain. After signing log book went for a quick walk out to the point to enjoy the view. It was quite breezy out on the point. The view was amazing and would probably not gone their if not for the caching. It was well worth the trip. No swaps done. TFTC.
My first find outside of Queensland! OK so it's only just over the border but it's still the first This place brought back memories of holidays in the area as a child. I used to go fishing within a stones throw of this very spot, usually didn't catch much but it didn't seem to matter. TFTC kingys
Back into QLD for a sec, before driving back into NSW towards the Tweed breakwater. This one didnt take long to find, but we were suprised it hadnt been muggled given the paper and rubbish stuffed into the joining crevives. Saw a bush turkey and a few snorkellers around the GZ. TFTC
Quick easy find on a great day considering all the rain and floods we have had in the last couple of weeks. Tftc.
