There were many a place it could have been,
But none of them it was ....
There were quite a few people around, so could only have a quick look where I think the hint said, but no luck.

Was over here for the Qld Mega event - found many, many caches whilst here, but the geogods weren't smiling on us - the weather spoiled it a bit, with only the one day not marred by the rain. But we still found most of the caches we searched for, catching up with old friends and making new ones whilst out on the trail. Time to head back to Brisbane now though - flying back to Perth tonight. Quick find here this morning. Thanks Team Robins

Found on the home from the Mega, but there were so many distractions, it took me nearly all day to leave Stanthorpe! And this cafe was the main culprit - they have the best gelato outside of Italy!
TFTC Team Robins, wish I'd found this on Friday and not on my last day in Stanthorpe!

Heading home from a great long Easter weekend spending time with like minded folks for the Qld Mega event Had a fabulous time and a little sad to leave, but life goes on so homeward bound we must be! Super easy find... took TB to move along (why not hey)

Great Attraction
Visiting QLD from Central Coast NSW, and attending the Stanthorpe MEGA EVENT for about a week. Camping at the showground, caching days done mainly with SpikeyMikey, meeting up with members of CCG, HAVOC, and others from all over Australia.
Many thanks to all responsible for a smooth operating event, my first Mega, and first visit to Stanthorpe. Plenty of reasons for a near future visit
Whilest it did rain and drizzle almost every day, I much preferred this over hot days, which is what I encounted on the Gold Coast return journey, as well as a repeated bout of coughing with the flu on the long drive home.
Great Puzzles, Power Trails, landscapes, History, Apples!, and company. Politeness and respect by all
Many Personal records smashed this weekend First MEGA, Finds per day, Altitude, etc

Early morning on the drizzle meant no muggles around here. Grabbed the cache and took the customary "big thing" photo - I'm kinda addicted to these big things so a cache at a big thing was an awesome Easter Sunday gift!
Out with Tough mothers for the day to reach our 200 in one day. It wasn't easy with having to do it in the morning with the rain and get back out after dinner but we got there in the end.
Found while in Queensland for the Mega with Team Crackers and Micaparamedic, we enjoyed visiting all the locations.

I found this cache while visiting Australia from New Zealand and while staying in Stanthorpe for several days for the 2015 Mega Event. Today I joined forces with fellow kiwis Cats&Dragons, Alpenmilch80, Vamber and Yorkshirekiwi83 (signing our logs as "CAVVY" to save time and log space.) Today we headed North of Stanthorpe again, to do the Fruit Run series and other caches in the area. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best today, so it was a very wet days caching! Apologies for the copy and paste logs, but its hard to remember them all! TFTC!

A great days caching on a road trip toward Oz Mega 2015 with Team Crackers and The Coffees. Many differing experiences, some where I walked right to the cache and others where I needed to hunt around a bit. As usual I have enjoyed the various challenges set by the CO's and the fact that I get to cache with friends and am outside in the great outdoors.
Many thanks Team Robins for placing this cache .

Out caching up a storm as CAVVY in the company of Alpenmilch80, Vistra, Vamber & YorkshireKiwi83, What a great way to be spending a rainy day than caching with friends
Thank you to all the cache owners that put these together for us to enjoy while at the OZ MEGA 2015, as NZer's we certainly did appreciate them.

Yet another big chunk of fruit in the great land of Oz BIG things. An easy find in the pouring rain. Wasn't well covered so made sure it was when I left. Out with micaparamedic. TFTC
Day 3 of the Mega was another early start to meet up with some other fellow kiwis, (vistra, yokshirekiwi83, Cats&Dragons and alpenmilch80) to complete some more of the trails around Stanthorpe. Another fun day of some super power caching in the area, juggling the dodgy parking (sometimes creative) on these busy country roads with two cars. Signed the logs as C.A.V.V.Y. to save time and space. Thanks for all the caches!
#1025 @ 8:56 am. A geocaching Easter long weekend away at the QLD 2015 Stanthorpe Mega-Event collecting smilies and memories. Stopped for a picture with spinna76 on our way into town this morning. And grabbed a smiley at the same time. TFTC Team Robins!

Mega day 2, and it's my first full day of caching. The plan was to see how many I could do in a single day, with a mix of puzzles, power trails and everything else the region has to offer. Up at Kookaburra's call (yes, they really were that loud!), and I managed to slip out early at 0600. This was a quick find thankfully, loads of muggles loading up with apples I presume TFTC
This morning while at the mega I went out for a bit of a caching run and picked up 50 finds and 2 DNFs before I had to head back for lunch (and the phone was going flat and needed a recharge as well!). So it was a bit of a numbers run this morning and with not a lot to say about most locations I am afraid it will be a bit of a generic log, however with the number of logs expected on most caches around here this weekend I suspect the COs won't be reading them all anyway . Thanks Team Robins.
Couldn't resist this one and took a photo here too. Nice red one here. Mary made the find. TFTC Team Robins.
Found on the third day that Pheltern, Gonefishen07 and Maccamob and I had cached together prior to the MEGA event. Another great day's caching with only one DNF.
Visiting the QLD Mega and apologies for the generic log. Wonderful area and a great variety of caches found. Generally, all had excellent coords and were well stocked with large log books. Many thanks to all the locals involved in setting up the mega and providing lots of challenges for us Southerners. Pity about the rain.
