Found it after searching for a while at the wrong rocks. Looks like a place a spider would enjoy, I said to myself when I grabbed the container. And what do you know, a big one at the other side of it! Quickly dropped it and the spider ran away. No native aussie so no idea if it was a dangerous one or not. Either way, an adventure Tftc!
JimmyDave and I were out in a nearby local area for some caching today after the rain yesterday. a quick find in a lovely part of sydney.
Lovely wander to Lillipilly waterfall with a cache en route. Couldn't ask for more. TFTC
Tftc it was a very good hiding spot and quick to find found with duckbox_official

Today was the last day of my visit from Brisbane and I had a couple of caches I wanted to find on the Greenwich Peninsula so did a walk of 12km around here and Berry Island from Wollstonecraft Station.
A few metres out but went straight to the obvious rock. Hid it a bit better after signing the log. Tftc

Picton & Penrith Canberra Day weekend Invasion. Day 5. After a fun few days with a large group of cachers, I spent this rainy day driving around Sydney seeking out a few caches in as many counties of those I have not cached in before as I can. As ever, doing anything in Sydney seems to take a long time and I think I managed seven counties today. Some caches were in busy public areas and some were in nice tucked away spots that seemed a bit secret. It was a difficult day, but all in all very satisfying. I will have to come back to finish off the last few counties in the future. I did not go all the way home but stopped the night in Marulan for some caching there in the morning.
With the heavy rain beginning to ease, I though I would check out this trail. A steep slippery set of steps to get down to the river side trail. The hint helped a lot to narrow down the search locations and I was really happy to find the cache and get back up to the car.
Thanks for the cache AAEAS

It looks like this cache had been discovered by muggles. We couldn't write in the log. Great to find such a long lasting cache but probably needs a bit of TLC. TFTC!
Geocaching day out with coach on his visit from Melbourne.
Started the day with the coach getting a virtual in Central Station. After some caching in Surry Hills with Sharanyaexpress in tow, and lunch in St Leonards, we head towards the Greenwich peninsula 'hotspot' via the cemetery.
The raindoctor found this one without a logbook.
Thanks AAEAS.

I found it in about 5 mins of looking. Good spot and the geocache location is quite accurate.
Visited by accident. Saw a good looking hiding spot and a trail and lo and behind a cache. Of course I had already found it and forgotten.
Lots and lots of steps the way we entered the park but the cache was an easy find. TFTC
TFTC. Quick find. Geodog Atlas was not with us today. I'm sure he would've liked the walk though.

After attending the GCNSW GIFF event I decided to grab a few smileys nearby.
A quick find along the lovely track. All quiet, just the birds. I didn't have my geopup but I did have a banana earlier. It might only be a T2, but walking back up to the top felt like a T4! TFTC
