Found this guy with no lid and the contents all over the ground. Have put it together but couldn’t find the lid so have put a rock to secure. Great spot TFTC
This is why we love Geocaching. Great views and exciting spots. Tftc.

Spending the night in Lithgow, on my weekend road trip. Finally got see Hassans Wall and couldn't forego a chance to find another Rogerw3 cache. As always a stunning location. A little slippery in parts thanks to yesterdays snow but beautiful spot. Of course I had to suck in a bit to get to GZ but made it in one piece. Took the GC. Thanks for a fantastic hide.

Over from Perth on work, so while in Bathurst I've spent a bit of time each day grabbing a couple of caches.
Last morning in town before heading to Sydney airport this evening.
Quick find here, great views. TFTC

We camped at the Wallace Lakes rest area with the caravan, found a spot where we would not get bogged in with the copious rain we had experienced. This morning dawned foggy but with signs the sun would make an appearance. We started early and loved the scenery as we travelled the area. We were visiting this particular area as we had maintenance to do on our nearby cache. Loved the walk and views and worthy of a fav point. Thanks to rogerw3 for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Another great place discovered at Hassans Walls. I didn't know these old lookouts existed. Thanks for bringing me here rogerw3.
Next up on me tour of the walls,
I headed for the Pagoda
A stroll along the road found me the start of a forgotten walking track that headed the right way
There is an olde lookout at the end of the track,
but GZ was located a bit before then.
Time for some quality rock hopping
And it wasn't long before I was standing in front of the pagoda
Up we go !!
And before you could say "Look at the GPS stupid",
I was standing on top
Then I looked at the GPS,
and headed back down a bit for an easy cache find [^]
TFTC.
Fave dance time on the edge of a drop !!
Pity this cache doesn't get more visits.
It's not as tough as the terrain rating suggests

A nice LO. A short narrow spot was squeezed through before reaching the cache. TFTC and the lovely walk and scenery.
A quick stop during my caching in the Blue Mountains! I really like the whole area here a bit further away from the busy Katoomba. Had some really asome views today and been to a lot of locations I had not been before!

What a awesome spot. Found the cache and the headed to the old lookout. Those cracks a testament to the power of mine subsidence! Obviously not recent movement as the concrete paths are intact. Thanks for the forgotten lookout! Favpoint added.
Hunting around with Riblit, was a bit of a challenge for me but I decided Up was a better fit.... Thanks for an excellent hide!
Found at 2:46:00 PM:
This popped up on the frogmobile satnav device as we travelling. I told Swampgecko that it was just off the road and there was a track to it to get him to visit. We followed the track down and across and clambered around the rocks near GZ before venturing where the GPSr kept pointing.
There are a few ways to get to GZ, grippy hiking boots are an advantage on the high road. The cache location is easy to spot when in the right place. I had it open and the log signed while waiting for the not so sure footed lizard to make his way in.
Thanks for the experience rogerw3

Glad I lost weight...my butt only just squeezed thru the gap thanks for the adventures!
Find number 1 along a 9 day hike through the Bluies. Passing through Lithgow, Hartley, the Engineers Track, Grose Valley/Blue Gum Forest, Lockley's Pylon, Katoomba, Kanagra, Jenolan Caves and then back along the Six Foot Track, all up a few K's on the shoes!
Being a little later than expected due to some earlier complications, I was in a little rush. However, there was still a bit of time for some exploration! What a great little spot! Shame lookouts like this get closed, but thats just the way NP are. On searching for the cache, I slipped and almost had a nasty fall that would have ended the trip right there. Cache found easily once I had looked around a bit. TFTC!!!!

While near Lithgow for an Event I thought I would have a go at finding (or, refinding) some trigs and caches. Great views up on the plateau. I hadn't read any logs, so when I got down 'the track' and found a pile of rubbish, I went back to the car and grabbed a CITO bag and almost filled it up - leaving it there for the return walk. Not much of a track to follow most of the way, but got to GZ easily enough.
Found @ 1530, GAFF1; good coordinates, so left a Correct Site Marker - surgical marking pen.

Not much of a parking space here anymore. I noticed the concrete arm remains of a bench seat at the start of the faint trail, and then a heap of rubbish scattered down the top of the track.
It wasn't until I found the carved stairs that I read the description of what the area used to be. Though I didn't check out the old lookout, I thought the area around GZ was good enough to take many photos of the rock formations around the place.
A superb place to visit. Thanks for the cache.

We are spending a week in the Lithgow area for the September School holidays, staying at the Lithgow Caravan Park. This was our 8th find of the day, 14th find of the holiday.
Doing an afternoon drive around the Hassan's Walls loop and picking up a few caches along the way. Pulled off to the side of the road for this one and tucked the geomobile into one of those grader made drainage ways. Found a faint track leading in the general direction of the cache, and passing the remains of an old concrete based bench seat (timber slats long since rotted away), so looked like we were on the right track.
Followed this faint track down past some old steps cut into the sandstone, and all the way to GZ. At GZ, or what I thought was GZ, I found nothing. Found an obvious hiding spot, but alas it was empty, so started to do a bit of climbing and "squeezing" to get to a much harder to get to location. Here is where I finally had CIH. Yep, it's at least a T3.5 alright ! TNLNSL. TFTC.

Please be careful around this cache. Deep cracks in the rocks you could very easily fall into.
Great cache. Definitely pays to be skinny.

The walk down was quite easy, track is a little overgrown with little use these days . Great rock formations and some scary cracks in the ground. Hang on to valuables lol. Is definitely a plus to be skinny and tall for this one. I too thought I had found it straight up but nope took a bit more searching and squeezing and climbing and wallaaah there it was!!!! Great spot, lived here all my life and never new this used to be a lookout. Learn something new every day tftc
Sent Geokid 2 in to retrieve this one while I geomum stayed in the car with the geotwins. Tftc
Took a bit of a scramble to zero in on the cache but I found it easily enough.
This must have been the place to be in times past. I took a walk around to the nearby lookout. Slatless seats, steps cut into rocks, foot-ways formed over cracks in the rock, and now decrepit handrails and fence lines all attesting to the effort spent on making this area accessible at some time in the past.

We were headed to Newnes for the weekend, but stopped in Lithgow for bikerbuddy to find a couple of new ones in the town centre. He spotted Bracey's Voyager on his GPS & suggested we look for it before heading out. Once we were enroute, we realised we would be driving past a couple of other caches.
We spotted a little track in to this one, and were soon out at the pagoda & enjoying the views. Bikerbuddy went to one spot & thought he had found signs of a muggled cache, with scattered rocks. Luckily he then read some previous logs, pressed on further & made an easy find.
Thanks for a great cache roger

We were in Lithgow for some easy caches in the town centre before heading off to Newnes. But I thought we might find "Bracey's Voyager" before we left. I didn't realise that our route would take us close to a few other caches, some of which we looked for. This was one of them. We thought we knew where the cache was as we approached, but we found nothing. Then I found what I thought was a muggled cache hide. I retreated and read the last few logs, and I realised that we were on the right track. So Toriaz and I delved a little further and then made an easy cache find. Thanks once again Roger!
This is an excellent series. I just wish we could stay and visit some more of these stunning locations. TFTC.
Found on a an adventure through this area, with whitemushroom, was seriously amazed by the cracks in the rock around here! Sreiously thought this one was muggled (then thought .....how many muggles would come out here) so ventured further..... THanks Roger Great cache !
A cache on agenda to do alone, but on a seek with All Strung Out. Down past some amazing rock crack formations to the 'hide' and a false 'muggled'. Back to alone, doubtful whitemushroom would have pushed his aging carcass to the 'find' so kudos goes to All Strung Out (a Zombies released bravado?).
Thanks, once more, to rogerw3 for a great location (the rock formations were an eye to behold!) TFTC

bits of rock. Thank you rogerw3.
An easy find in the end. The kids were handy to get in tight spaces. TFTC Found with freebob and pills123.
Found where i thought it would be should have gone a bit further last time. Had a good day out with squik and his geo kids and pills123.TFTC.
You did us this time rogerw3. I crawled around like a two year old but no good will have to go back
Against the recomendations I did this oin the dark and mist. Rocks were wet at GZ so made it a bit more thrilling looking down into the abys from above. Great location and well worth the effort. Thanks for placing the cache.
Realised there was a track here previously, obviously not enough geocachers heading to this one. Top spot, TFTC
After seeing some stunning views around the area, I was getting a bit dizzy at the thought of all those huge drops all around me! We took an nice easy walk to this spot and the rocks were really amazing. There are so many different shapes and sizes sculpted out by the elements. There's quite a lot of evidence of movement in the ground with a number of huge rock formations having hairline cracks through them - it'll be pretty huge when one of the cracks opens up and drops tons of rocks in to the valley below!
But back to the cache! A nice easy walk, great rock formations and a comfy spot for a blossom* to sit while the braver men retrieved the cache for her This used to be an official lookout but it's a quite little spot today and very peaceful

Found together with rogerw3, blossom* and strike-a-light during an all-day geocaching expedition around the Lithgow area.
Some weeks ago I had seen the remarkable 'Pagoda' from afar, while on another geocaching adventure, so looked forward to seeing it up close.
And up close it was! I managed to squeeze through a likely-looking place and immediately found what I was looking for . . .
You have to be a bit careful in this location but the wonderful views are worth it and the rock formations are incredible.
The cache container and contents were exemplary, as we've come to expect in rogerw3 caches, and all was nice and dry. TNLNSL.
Many thanks to rogerw3 for the cache and for his assistance as a guide throughout the day! We had a great time!

Reperio at 1000. Wow! What a fantastic rock formation. Walking down to GZ you would never know what landscape lies beyond the trees. Did have to crawl in, on and around GZ before finally after 10 mins or so before the cache was spotted, but had a lot of fun doing it.

Let me just say this, this is an awesome spot for a cache, wish I had thought of this spot myself LOL Sadly some green cache munching loose decided to play unfair and remove the previous one.
The sun was fast getting ready to set, lunch in the park was cold, the temp was dropping fast, and the wind was starting to induce a ball tearing cold to the procedings!!
We walked down the now, really well defined track, down the old stone steps to a familure location, my god, it's damn cold!!
Found it eventually, even in there we were not sheltered from the cold wind!
Dropped a trackable and we hightailed it back to the warmer car. Glad to see this location has a cache once more!
Cheers

Seeing as we were driving past and this is the only one up here we haven't done, it couldn't be left. The track in is easy and we were soon at GZ.
Seeing as it is in the same location as another (now archived) cache, we checked where it was hidden first. Coming up empty we kept looking and soon found the loot just meters away.
Thanks for bringing us back to this nice part of the world and TFTC.

Was out and about today so what better reason then to do a cache. It wasn't that long ago that I did another cache down hee and the first place to look was the cupboard. Great old walking trail that will give you somewhere peaceful to have some time out. A great day to be out and about and look forward to even more top caches been placed out along the top of the Walls area. There is plenty of room for some history and views up here.

took the path out to visit the Zombie and a new cache was to be found...if you think it might have been muggled, look a little further
We love coming up here, and it's even better when we have an excuse to. This is a spot we visited very early in our geoing days and it's great to see it hasn't changed. A nice easy find after a nice walk along the track from where we parked the geotruck.
Had a little time before going back to work so I thought why not. Found it pretty easy and I love coming up here as the views are spectacular. And being new to this was wrapped to be the third to sign the log. Thank you for bringing me here again, well worth it.
Beware, the spirit of a long gone Zombie may yet still be roaming this area waiting for a chance to avenge his demise.
When we saw this one pop up we had to just sit and watch to see if we were going to be lucky enough to get a FTF or whether someone else will sneak in and take the spoils. In the end the latter applies but no matter this cache is located in a lovely part of the world which we visit quite often to take in the views.
It is nice to see another cache located almost at the exact site of our very first geocache find, Lithgows Zombie. If you listen closely you may even hear the ghost of Lithgow Zombie still haunting its very nearby hidey hole
Thanks for another great cache in a great spot.

Don't you love new caches showing up when you're in the area for work!
