New cache placed, old one was still there but lost all it's camo so newly created cache a lot better.
Updated cache description and hint.
Updated cache description and hint.
Nice and easy here as per the hint and coordinates and replaced as found.
(Full) day 2 and a meet up with Ed and his partner and the kids at Mair Park. We'd not been there before so was a nice new place to explore and we had a picnic lunch afterwards whilst the kids enjoyed the park facilities. Not too hot, and not too cold. Just like the Goldilocks' porridge, just right (for caching)
A long weekend in Northland and a nice catch up with our son and his family. We had 4 days and 3 nights staying at Ngunguru in the works bach and although caching wasn't high on the list we still had a couple of trips out and found a few, thanks to all COs. It's been a couple of months since we last saw little Hayes, our 16tth grandchild, so was good to see how much he'd grown.

Took us a while, we were looking around the wrong tree then when we were about to give up we spotted the tree
Needed the hint as my phone/GPS didn't like the tree cover, but still an easy find. TFTC
I'm up in Whangarei for a few days, and headed a short way up this trail after I had finished work for the day. After reading carefully, I made a nice quick find, before heading back, cheers
This one has been avenged after several years and alot more experience this was an easy find
2nd find of the day! The description made a huge difference in helping us find it l! Was able to get in and out undetected by mugglers near by!
Arrived here today after a huge Nye party at Northern Bass. Out doing more traditional things apart from dancing the night away.

Nice walk, great hint. Hoped to leave a Tb that we picked up in USA, but cache too small.
Found it after awhile bit found some ratpoison first. Not very nice for my 6 year old ️
The weather wasn't much fun, but the cache was an easy find (thanks to the hint). No muggles here today. Thank you very much for leading us here.
After rummaging through the forest floor and the GPS bouncing everywhere, it was eventually found by little miss Zoey. TFTC!
Mr P and I took some time before driving back to Auckland to walk in this reserve. Lovely. Just made it before the rain. T4tc
Took us a while to find, but once we widened our search and went for the most obvious large tree we found the cache. Nice walk by the river. TFTC
The gps went funny but the Great tip sent us to the right place. Dropping TB in the cache.
A drizzly day for some geocaching. Nice day find TFTC. Some webs protecting the cache.
Enjoyed some time in Mair Park today and made my way across the bridge to find this cache. Found all the right clues but saw a few two trunked trees around GZ. Looked for a bit in the direction the GPS said it should be and then put it away and used some logic.... oh there it is! Lots of muggles around today but everybody was minding their own business which made signing the log super easy. TFTC
Out for a walk along the river tonight, so just had to stop off for this handy one to keep my streak going. With the good hint, the cache was soon located and the nice dry replacement log signed. TFTC
Replaced soggy log with waterproof paper and cleaned out container.Learning that these Sistema containers are not exactly the be all and end when it comes to waterproofness.Original bark camo a bit sad too.
Just like everyone else has mentioned, this cache is very wet inside and the log is unsignable. A quick find at GZ. Took a photo of the cache as proof of finding, TFTC!
Cache found but log was soaking wet - was unable to write in log so provided a fresh paper to log on - needs maintenance.
i found that cache but it was so wet it would have been impossible to sign. The container also needs good dry out as well.
Nice walk along here this afternoon. Found the cache and emptied the water out of it. We tried to dry it out as best we could. Log was too wet to sign and unfortunately we had no replacement paper with us.
