Hope you all had fun and got it all on video. Sorry we couldn't make it. Cheers, let's do the time warp again.

Woke up to rain on the roof, briefly this morning. But it quickly cleared.
Got to GZ a bit early and spied several groups in vacinity.
3 minutes to go, don the wig - whoops Zorgon did not recognise me!
1 minute to go, start heading back to GZ and the crowd appeared!
Logs handed out, filled in and back into the bucket.
Lineup and face webcam - too many hits, it crashed! - still we did not know that.
Music on, Time Warp perform in our unique manner.
Bus driver passing, hanging out the window staring at us. Weird looks from passerbys.
Time warp over - pass out pathtags. Group photo time (Thanks Mrs Geocooley!)
Disperse! Thanks too, pschyrn who video'd the event too.
Onto cafe - enjoyed company. Then the rain arrived again!
Blessed with good weather, good humour and a great team - let's do it again next year!

Some of us were a little challenged in the time warp coordination department but that is probably why we go geocaching rather than dancing on a typical Saturday. Good fun though and those that dressed up looked great. Thanks Butterfly Lady and RadioNut for organising.
First geocaching event ever, was a little thrown off by it all, but was good to put names to faces.
Thanks for the great event
Thanks for the great event
Thanks for organising the event, even tho most of us are fairly secretive creatures.
I was there, catching up on all my cache logs. Was very enjoyable doing the the Time Warp. Caught up with lots of people and friends.
Thanks great event.
Thanks great event.
#2200!!!!
Our 2200th find and our first Flash Mob Event, thanks BFL and RN for organising this and bringing out your favourite CD for us all to enjoy, Mr RadioNut looked far too comfortable in that attire, he must have spent multiple hours practising the moves, well done, us on the other hand should have practiced a little more as the moves were a little rusty!! Most enjoyable, especially for us out of towners who wont have to bump into any of the local passer by's. lol.
Took Pathtag, Left signed bit of paper. TFTWWFM!!!!!

Great fun. Wife tried to watch from home, but camera was overloaded. wolfy has video of everyone doing the timewarp though and we'll get that up on youtube soon.
Crazy fun! Little disappointed about the lack of wheelchair parking but otherwise well organised.
[:o)] [:o)] We were both happy to be clowning around warpping in the Tron. Love this event and pleased to see old and new friends. Thanks to Butterfly_lady and Radionut50, organisors.
What a cool event, just a little shame the Web Cam couldn't handle all the traffic and stopped refreshing. S managed to get one screen shot.
Some scary looking wigs and costumes...well done.
Thanks for organizing Team Butternuts.
Cheers M+S [:O)] (1585)

A good gathering and some from much further away than we thought likely. Well organized by Butterfly Lady.
Our first flash mob event - very different from crashing though the bush trying to find a little plastic container !
Thanks for the cache - and great to meet up with you all.

4460 We thoroughly enjoyed our 15mins of fame with the mob... Flashed off a few fancy dance steps, then time warped ourselves outa there. Had lots of laughs, many thanks for the fun Allan and Linda. YuGeo4’s Belted Kingfisher GC flashed thru... too.
10:03 After waiting a while for coffees across the road and waving to some friends we recognised, it was a surprise to see a group of mad hatters doing the time warp... Not sure what happened to the Butterfly Lady but the hippie sure got us rockin' & rollin'... Many thanks for the event... Cheers, GC
Timed our arrival perfectly (whew, thought we might be late). Fun to see the crowd converging on the statue area. Plenty of familiar faces, and nice to put somes faces to familiar names. Then it was time for that dance. How embarassing! A good thing the webcam crashed! Thanks for the fun.

hey guys awesome turn out must be time for a mega event in hamilton soon?? great time thanks!!!
Well planned and executed - we thought we wouldn't make it in time having left Auckland a bit late, but we just got there (after a few wrong turns in Hamilton thanks to the GPS having a bit of a spat) with 5 minutes to spare before it started. Half of us danced while the other half filmed, so we'll get that onto youtube at some stage after a bit of editing. Thanks butterflylady and radionut for a fun event!
Bugger. I was gutted after having to miss the last event in Vegas, and now I can't make this one either - Omagosh has got a soccer game in Cambridge then unfortunately. Will have to save the fishnets for another day
I have a small job to do just down the road so will fit this in.
See you there.
Cheers M+S [:O)]

Should be fun but not looking forward to seeing the Gerbil in his fish net stockings
I might possibly come up- sounds like fun!
Link to the other cache doesn't work, I think because some of the text in the link has been repeated.
Should be http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=77d97400-6ebf-4821-8c0b-48a4091654d7

What a great idea!!
Will certainly be there if I can. What's the dress code??
This brings back memories - I've done the time warp a number of times in my mis-spent youth. I think the last time was about 20 years ago when my wife-to-be & I both got dressed up in full drag (fish net stockings, heels, makeup etc) and walked around Leicester Square on our way to the live version playing at the time in London one evening. However no taxis were prepared to stop to pick me up afterwards and I had to hide whilst the girlfriend waved one down! Must dredge out a photo sometime...
