Ok I was not expecting a gadget cache at the GZ. Tracking down some archived caches after cleaning out an area in Ravansbourne rd and not too worried about the full view of searching for this cache. Climbed the fence to have a better look and PVC prison was in hand when I thought 'what if?' when trying to figure out the hint and had noted a 200ml in my PQ. By the weight of the cache, it was full of water but the original logbook and contents were still floating in the holed glad baggy. Removed the cache and holder from the GZ but left the clip attached to the fence timber. To any peeps passing the GZ it looked like I was carrying a pipe bomb wheep! Back at the residence tools soon had the goods undone to discover the seals had perished and rough handling by the previous cacheri had holed the log bag. The More FM pen was still there but rusty and the putty logbook got flicked. Thanks for the cache Snilos, a good idea for a cache but not much community luv kept the GZ a going concern.
GZ now cacheless having cito'd the putty remains.

No time to deal with this now. I'll archive it for the time while and leave it as-is for another week or two if anyone wants to take it over feel free.
Interesting cache, but it is extremely wet. We couldn't figure out how it got so wet in its location, which appears to be waterproof. However, log almost impossible to write in now. Like the last two finders, suggest owner maintenance.
The log book is somehow soaked through and leaves a rather unpleasant smell on your hands, recommend owner maintenance.

I didnt get the connection with the hint... Clever cache though! TFTC
Log is wet and stinky!

TFTC. A little wet inside but quite a professional looking cache with a couple of small items left. I contributed my More FM pen as the current didn't work
I still haven't figured out the clue, but it didn't take Yukifu long to figure out where the cache was hidden. Clever disguise. Kia ora and thanks for the cache
found it on the way to Long Beach. great cache, thanks. Log book and cache content is pretty wet.
The dakotacats decided to bike from one end of the bike route to the other and back. We stopped off here and dropped off a TB, also picked up the one we left in here last November.
T, O and S all found it at the same time at the second time of looking. It turns out that we had walked past it a couple of times when we were looking for it the first time!!! [^]
I was beginning to think this cache was child proof! Was too embarrassed to log the number of times I've looked for it (it's down the road from my home!) Great cache! TFTC SB
On a half days caching to drop off some of the (too) many TB's we picked up at the Mega Event. The clue didn't give anything away, it was the container that did it for us! Also the geotrail is hard to miss. We left two trackables behind! TFTC Snilos.
Easy find. No pencil and for once didn't bring one with us. Left TB as proof of our visit.
In Dunedin from Whangarei with flowernz for the MEGA having a great time finding some of the south caches. Really enjoying the locations the caches are taking us to. Doing a trip out to Aromoana today with Riser5 as well. Caching along the way of course. Nice cache hide....didn't spot it at first but Riser5 found. TFTC
Homeward bound with Karma Reprint from the MEGA. Another good one, took a bit but success. TNLN Thanks.
A quick find in a howling southerly squawl. Thanks.
The return journey home to Christchurch with Kiwi Moose after the NZMEGA in Dunedin. Thanks for hide.

Today tikitour and I have teamed up with Riser5 - another Whangarei cacher - and with 'youth' on his side he makes so many of our finds look easy...
Yep another sussed out by Riser5 - cool camo too

Was very confused about the clue when I found the cache. Small search and a nice hide. Got to be able to access from both sides.
Spotted a suspicious as object from across the road, so when crossing, made a bee line straight for it!
And what do you know, but I was right! As soon as I touched it, I knew, and we were signing our names all over it! (well not literally, but yeah... )
Well hidden, and if I hadn't found a few of these similar camo's before, this would have been a pretty tough one!
TFTC!!

Well we parked up close by, and took the path along to GZ, we quickly spotted the cache trail, and then spotted cache. Quickly signed and carried on, as we had a lot of caches to cover today before half of the team headed back to Auckland.

Ghostgums, gunnie69, Ozibags, thefourbees, Kaisho53 and MrMeccano were on a 6 day escapade to Dunedin to attend the mega and this was thebeginning of our second day. After a bit of a wet & windy day 1, day 2 looked more promising. We had set our sights on a drive out to Port Chalmers and back.
With a bit of teamwork from gunnie and ozibags they had the cache in hand in no time at all. I could get used to this.

Caching with Ghostgums, Mr Meccano. Gunnie69, kaisho53 and fourbees while attending the NZ Mega. Gunnie69 spotted this cache and I retrieved it. TFTC Snilos.
Heh - 'May I start' is rather apt today, as we're aiming for NZ MEGA 2012 setup to start at 12. Nice hide. Cheers Gav
Ozibags spotted this one, quite a nice little hide by the side of the road!
Day 2 on our caching trip to Dunedin for the NZ MEGA 2012 event with Gunnie69, Kaisho53, Ozibags, fourbees and MrMeccano. Today we headed out through Ravensbourne to Port Chalmers, to Doctors Point and back caching around the northern suburbs of North Dunedin and Opoho.

Another great find on the Emvy_Us / Waiiti20 mega tour of the Southern South Island. Hint had us scratching our heads. TFTC
We parked over the road and took a stroll in from the East. Quite a busy road for early in the morning but we got across and moved in toward GZ. On approach, I spotted something remarkably like a couple of caches I have seen around Brisbane and pointed it out to Ozibags who moved in for the successful retrieval... [^]
There was a geotrail straight to the location so there should be no trouble finding it...
Found with fellow Queensland hunters Kaisho53, OziBags, TheFourBees, Ghostgums and Mr Meccano during our six day visit to Dunedin.
Cheers Snilos.

Had a bit of a problem looking for this one as there were plenty of inviting hiding places.
After a while I stood back and had a good look. Then I tumbled to it !! of course. Gave the 'dog' a pat and was on my way. Nice one Snilos.

Cool cash. Log is a bit mouldy. Could use a new pen too. Nice location n cool container
Log book a bit damp and mouldy, have replaced plastic bag and hope this keeps it drier. Found with debsnz
Second time around and found reasonably quickly. Great hide! Found with Aoraki Sheep
Nice. Had to look disinterested as plenty of muggles around on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Nicely labled
TFTC. Nice work on all the cache on the trail. Last one before the snow settles.
Night grab so apart from traffic quiet. Nice effort with the hide, a bit different than the usual.
Cache a dit damp so replaced zip lock bag, as the old one was knackered, and left a small blue 'biner (Not for climbing kids! ).
