Looked for ages but no luck. Maybe a pic would help if someone finds it in the future
Had a pretty good look for this one but to no avail. Staying in Hokitika we decided to ride south on the West Coast Wilderness Trail returning via Ruatapu and SH6. Some drizzle but a great day with stunning vistas of snow on the tops. TFTC
Here overnight after riding Wilderness Trail. Found as described although took a few minutes.thanks
On our trip from the glaciers to Greymouth we found this cache. We didn't hear any bellbirds. TFTC!
It was time to head south into new territory for me to cache.
This is a very nice area. Must remember next time I am down this way to park up with the caravan. Though I must stay well clear of the bush lawyer.
Cheers for the cache.

We did a round of caches prior to leaving, this one was pretty soggy on the inside, the log was basically pulp.
Cheers and thanks,

At the Lake Mahinapua we have today stopped. It was very nice. How it at the Lake was many years ago, I can imagine. My wife rested in the Sun. I made a hike to search geocaches. This was well found, content very wet.

Indeed it was a delightful short flat stroll through lovely bush - and a cache halfway to add to the pleasure!
We had the great chance to travel around New Zealand during six weeks and were able to see wonderful cities, landscapes and meet nice Kiwis. While staying in NZ many cache owners gave us the opportunity to search for very well hidden treasures and we thank them very much for preparing and maintaining them.

On a big Easter caching mission with ZaraBus and TaybeeDragon. Lots of crawling through mines, climbing hills, walking through bush. And yet we only covered a tiny bit of the West Coast, between Greymouth and Hokitika.
Another great little bush walk. I noticed the walk was not on the maps, so I have plotted it out and added it to Openstreet map. just now - it will update on your cellphones within an hour or so.

Having been here before with a DNF, I decided to run away from my teenagers at home and enjoy a bit of nature.
Just did the other Bellaire at the start of the track and decided to try again for this one.
Went by the hint and the cache was in hand within a couple of minutes.

Stopped to check out the camping area which was great but as it's raining we decided to keep driving. Not too wet to find the cache though....well it was really but we did. Tricky little hide! TFTC Annie & PB.
I had spent the morning in the local camp site, so it was a pretty good occasion for a little morning walk. Very nice little forest, The cache was a bit hard to find, but I managed to spot somehing like that mentioned in the hint.. and the cache was found not too far from the path

6792. Back out Hokitika way today from our base at Kumara. This was so we could do the Treetop Walk. (What a great experience!) Decided to do some geocaching while driving around the area. this was cache number one of fifteen finds for the day. Did this on our way there. This was a lovely walk. Great to hear the clear bird calls. Thanks for the cache. Rodney and Iris.
Stayed at this campsite, very cold night but some nice short walks around. As bonus we found this cache, easily thanks to the hints.

Very nice area of the Coast. The flying vampires were out so a lump or two to scratch over the next few days. Well placed but easy enough to get. TFTC
DNF, no internet here, so all I had was a coordinate, but without any hint. Now that I can read text and hint, I must admit that my search area was a bit wrong.
We'd just done the tree walk, and thought we'd grab a few caches on way back to Barrytown.
The cache was a bit exposed, so re-hid it a bit better

Lovely walk. Didn't see or hear any bellbirds. Maybe it was a bit late in the day for them. TFTC .
Out and about with Mrs Nofs on a lovley West Coast day. Managed to take in lots of views and snag a cache or two while we were about it. Thanks for adding these to this part of the world.
Looked and looked, recent storm damage in the area, will check again another day
Lovely short walk through West coast forest. Log absolutely unuseable - needs replacing. TFTC>
Short evening walk from my campsite. Lovely sheltered campground. On my bike this time but looks like I'll be planning a return trip with the kayak.inquisitive weka managed to get it's head stuck in my front wheel while I was cleaning the bike. And most indignant when it freed itself. At least it didn't hurl itself at my face like one did one night when I shone my headtorch at it. Silly me.....
A lovely bush walk. Thanks for bringing us here. dex had his caching naus with him today and had a quick find. Tftc
