Day 57 of our West Aust wander finds us in Leonora exploring some historical sites. Thanks Teamdjbilo.
On a remote goldfields trek, i passed by to grab the cache. Took pathtag and left a pathtag in its place. Tftc
Had a bit of fun looking around the area. Quick cache find and an overnight stay as we arrived at 11pm. Plenty of near-suicidal roos on the road in. TFTC
Cache container in bits, perished beyond revival. Have replaced container with exact contents after I signed log. TFTC
The cache itself was in a terrible state. The lid was broken and the rest of the box was brittle so I logged my find, replaced the container and put it back with all items from original cache box inside. TFTC

Continuing our meandering route back home from Tasmania found us wandering around the Golden Discovery Trail, and managed to talk the muggle hubby into stopping for a few caches. This cache has a damaged lid, but it is out of the weather so hopefully will be ok until a new container arrives.

Ditto previous log. Problem is visitors to these remote caches probably travelling light and not carrying spare containers etc. TFTC.

Geobaby enjoyed a stint out of the car seat and on his dad’s shoulders while exploring the nearby mining debris. Cache fairly exposed, covered with an extra rock after signing log. TFTC
While traveling through the goldfields we had a stop at this lookout for a leg stretch. Even though we weren't looking for a cache we just happen to find this one by accident. Good spotting by Mrs Geo. TFTC

check out this section of the loop trail.
No need to move heaps of rocks, it's on the side you parked your car. Try not to destroy the wall in your hunt

Drove right ip to this one and pulles the first rock I saw and bam it was there. Nice quick easy find.TFTC!!
Taking the dirt road to Leonora from Lake Ballard and hope to grab a couple of cahes along the way. This one was an easy find.

A great spot to stop with our group of motor bikers and 4 wheel drives for a breather - there was a lovely breeze too! We loved the historical information along the trail - those prospectors were amazing people. Had the cache in had quickly, thanks Teamdjbilo. TNLN
