That was fun

We are in Waimate early and its a beautiful evening. So time to wander around Victoria Park. Quick snag and tag here. Cheers.Day 3 - Christchurch to Waimate today, with a few Geo stops along the way.Zara, Toby and I are on an adventure, heading to the Dunedin Mega with some extra days along the way. Caught up with TaybeeNZ on 22 Oct for a day caching around Christchurch. Then made my way down to Waimati for the night. Arrived in Dunedin Thursday afternoon. Beautiful day Friday to cache around Port Chalmers. Mega Day was cold, wet and miserable and Sunday not much better. Sophia arrived on Sunday for a few days. Teamed up with TaybeeNZ for next three days touring the Catlains Monday, Stewart Island Tuesday and Milford Wednesday, then started making my way home, arriving Friday Morning.

Staying nearby at the NZMCA park, and headed out for a bike ride here. Didn't take long to track this one down, TFTC

Staying in our motorhome at the NZMCA Park down the road. Have been meaning to come for a walk around these gardens - no dogs with me today. Nice quick find. TFTC

A wee walk around the park after dinner. There were a few muggles out throwing frisbees and a party going off at the bowling club but no worries crawling in here for the cache.TFTC

Found while out disc golfing.tftc. cache is a lil damp and I forgot my pen

Farmerkeith went in and found whilst I chatted to some disc golf players.

I entered GZ the hard way, but it resulted Ina quick find as it was *right there*

Signed the log, which is slightly damp and almost full, but holding up OK.
If a future finder could bring a plastic bag and new log paper it will be good to go.

Found a much easier way out, surprising some Frisbee golf muggles
TFTC- a nice walk through the gardens while me' old Dad waited in the car with his scratchie tickets

Cache 878 staying in waimate over night so grabbing a quick cache or two, got to GZ and a tree has been cut down and ringed up I though Oh No but it wasn’t the spot I needed PHEW, quickly spotted what I needed and signed the very full log, cache is in great shape T4TC

An early start on a big day geocaching, headed up from Cromwell... well I was halfway there Exploring Waimate and surrounds, a town visiting for the first time. Time for a stroll around Victoria Gardens to nab some caches. This was an easy find after a bit of a hunt though under the trees coords seemed to be out tftc

Thirteenth day of a two week motorhome excursion, heading via the Coast to the lower South Island, then back up to Christchurch, picking up a few caches along the way – 10 today. Making our way from Waimate to Geraldine today. Managed to find this one reasonably quickly. #3413. TFTC.

This one had o be searched a little longer and finally we had to ask Google translator the meaning of the word "canopy". Then it was a rather quick find.
