Headed down south once again, so grabbing some caches to break up the drive.
Just about gave up on this one, but while a rang a friend geo-stepson kept looking and hit the jackpot. That makes 3 for 3 for today so we're happy. Tftc

Sad to have to log a DNF on this, spent half an hour searching but no luck.
Didn't find today
Way to many spiders and tall dead grass
Will try again in winter when less snake risk

Thank god for front facing phone cameras to look in places you're too scared to. Tftf.
Getting dark when we found this one, but really wanted one more for the day. TFTC
My partner in crime found this one & promptly forgot it It was # 21 out of 43 on a very hot day, so she is forgiven for usurping my role as the resident geriatric. Thank you for placing this cache for us to find
Pommie Parkin2 was missing just one date off her hidden dates grid and with choices limited we decided a trip to Bunbury would be quicker than solving a puzzle that no one else has yet to solve.
I solved a fun puzzle down that way and rather than it sit in the solved and not found basket for too long a plan was hatched. Neither of us had done many Bunbury way so there were so many choices. Plus the 20 odd caches on the way down that neither of us had found.
We set off early to beat the heat - which with a slow trip down due to the numerous caching stops didn't happen and the heat struck us when we hit Bunbury. So more caches were found on the trip down than in Bunbury itself but that just leaves more for next time.
I found this one as I worked along the sign. But Mrs PommieParkin2 could of found it just as easily. Nearly to Bunbury now -caching does really add to travel times but adds to the fun so certainly worth it

SPIDERS WEBS are yuck! But we have to agree, the Ferguson Valley is a great place to spend some time. Try Wellington Forest Food and Wine. There are also heaps of caches! www.thesoloavocado.com
I was on my way down to Pemberton for a cycling race today, and this was the second cache I stopped at on the way down.
I had to round the feature about 5 times and annoyed all the spiders multiple times and stuck my hand in many places it shouldn't have been before I finally found the tricky little cache.
Nice hide, thanks cul8rr!

Nawty used a piece of straw to help with the groping. That worked.

Had to turn back as we missed it on the first drive by. Arrived at gz and had to do a few rounds of host before clever hide was found. Log all in bits so have replaced it with waterproof paper. Left the scraps at this stage. Tftc? A nice stopover.
Found on the drive down to the Anaconda race... I wasn't brave enough to stick my fingers in all the spider webbed cracks and crevices but luckily my husband was!
Catching up on a couple of finds from this week.
Decided to stop on the way past and find this one.
A good hide.
The log paper was a little wet and falling apart and also full. I think I signed on a piece of paper that someone put in.
Thanks

Found this one with Leega on our way to Busselton. Nice quick park and grab. TFTC cul8rr.
TFTC! Found whilst attending the WAGB Event in Busselton. I enjoyed an epic three days caching throughout the South West of WA.
All caches were found generally very well maintained by the local COs. Thanks

On our way down to Busselton for WA Goes Big 2015, we had to find this one. The last few times we have been to Busselton, we have missed this one for one reason of another. Not anymore!

Found this one on the way home from visiting my Mums. Luckily I could drive right up to it as master 3 had fallen asleep on the drive.TFTC
Found this one quite an easy find using the hint given! Picked up TBD and will track this also! TFTC!
Have driven past this spot so many times, thought there must be a cache there, had it in hand quickly TFTC
Since my surname is Ferguson I couldn't miss grabbing this cache! Found it quickly and dropped one of my license plate tags with tracking number on it inside for the next person. Top little spot, easy to get to in vehicle. TFTC cul8rr:)
Thought we had a good enough look but to no avail. Running late plus 40 degrees temp. made the decision to try again.
Woohoo !!! Found it !!! Cache is still in play, second time at this one, can't believe I missed it last time
Kyzabra, AlliedOz and I had planned a trip down this way as a lead up to the WA Goes Big Event. This cache was on the list of our to-do's!
The cache is still in play and was an easy find . A bit scared about reaching in due to the webs but Kyzabra drew the short straw and plucked it out
cul8rr - jinta29 found your cache Ferguson Valley !!!! on 13/02/2015 10:19 am. This is my find #2839 and find #8 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Stopped and spent a while searching but dnf. Please advise if cache is still there.
We were all over GZ like white on rice but failed to turn up the cache
Can the CO plz check on this one, so that other cachers do not stop here in a fruitless search?
Cheers,
M.M.

A DNF today. Examined ever bit of magnetic area with no luck. Is cache still there ?
A short break in the rain saw Mrs SKI dive out of the car and sprint to GZ. Well she walked quickly! She was able to make a quick find and return to the car with barely a drop on her.

Heading down to Bunbury, time to take some time out for a few caches! Easy find first go. Took a while to get back on the road, it is a busy road on a Friday afternoon.
A nice quick find on the way past, managed to park in the little driveway and turn around to enable a speedy and safe exit back onto the busy highway. TFTC
Spent the morning caching, around the northern suburbs of Bunbury.
This cache was an easy find, where we expected it to be.
Many thanks for the cache, cul8rr.

One of 4 found on first day of geocaching ever with CNSykes and Zilvert ... Thanks cul8rr
TFTC cul8rr. Have passed by this so many times on our way to Busselton but never with enough time to stop and do the cache. Nice easy find with a couple of family members who are just starting out with caching. needed to put some more paper in to sign the log.

Found after travelling the longest 900m of my life, behind a huge truck that took up most of the road. TFTC.
Brief stop while driving home from attending an event in Busselton. Thanks for the hide.
