We were passing here chasing an AL and detoured. The cache was found and logged, but our pen was not great so our log can be read but is fading. Thanks for a good hide.
Approaching from the house itself made for more spiders but a better angle to spot the cache from
I’ve driven past this spinning house many times on the way from my place to my girlfriend’s, never gets boring driving past it!
Although at the moment there’s a bunch of construction work between it and the road so hopefully it’s still visible afterward!
Signed the log and replaced as found; TFTC!

Wouldn’t necessarily call it forked but I think with it having had fallen off so many times, whomever put it in its current spot is much better
After much searching and failures and forking around. We found it on the ground. Returned to a fork. TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.
A quick find while doing a nearby AL today ... thanks for the hide Rainbow Spirit.

Gave it 15 minutes but a 5yo made anxious by the spiders around won out so left empty handed. Based on the comments, it may have fallen to the ground but I didn't notice it there either.
The coordinates pointed to the exact location, but still this was not an easy find for us and we almost gave up. Luckly, my son wanted to give it another try and we found it . Phlphotos, that was really a heavy stuff you put on top LOL.
Well that was forked. Took a bit of finding but got the correct raindrop in the eye to find it. Tftc

Like the previous finder it was on the ground again so it took a while to find as looking a little higher
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced something like the hint. Put something heavier on top. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache Rainbow Spirit

An interesting artwork which I appreciated as I initially drove past, hoping to find a parking further down the road. That was not there so after turning around I parked at the opposite shopping centre.
The cache was found on the ground, so after logging I hid it back into the tree next to it.

It was an overcast and pleasantly cool morning so caching was on the program for the day with ilook4geo. We selected just a few caches to find that were in some of the sectors that need a boost in our circle.
Found this cache while doing some others along the Georges River. Container condition was good with plenty of log space left. Thanks to Rainbow Spirit for this cache placement.

Found this one without any problem, along with goingplaces2. Had a good walk around the area. TFTC.
OCW Ziggiau and GZed. This one took us a few minutes to find. Replaced the brittle and signed the new one. Interesting house too! TFTC!
Was in the area doing the nearby LAB cache so thought we'd take to opportunity to grab this cache.
The nearby artwork had us in a spin.
Thanks

Such cool art! The cache however I couldn’t see for looking! Lol. Thank goodness I had some back up, or I may never have found it lying at my feet. Returned him to his hidey hole. Thanks for the cache!
Now that was really cool! I really liked it, the spinning house and the cache.
Enough to give it a favourite point.
I've never been through this intersection before and approached from the north, parking where suggested.
From there I walked across the road. Now I'd read some previous logs so I carried a TOTT with me which must have looked bizarre to muggles in vehicles at the intersection.
Firstly I looked at the house and its optical illusion - very clever!
Next I went and found the cache, that was clever too.
Then off I went heading south for more caches.
It wasn't until I was on the homeward leg passing through the intersection again that I gave the house a quick glance, and well fancy that, it was spinning around! What great optical trickery!
And I definitely would never have come this way if it hadn't been for geocaching.
Thanks for bringing me here Rainbow Spirit, I think its great too.

Finally able to rectify my dnf. Definitely not what I was looking for but well hidden that’s for sure. Wasn’t planning on stopping here and didn’t have a pen to sign the log. I’ve got a photo but don’t want to spoil it for others.

Dan was paddling by and decided to park his inflatable SUP, scramble up the bank, climb over a fence in his usual uncoodinated style and go in search of the cache. The cache was soon sighted. Being tall was handy. Needed a natural tott to gain access to the log. Very well hidden. TFTC

After running the Panania ParkRun I decided to find a few caches on the way home. I'm not familiar with the area, so the "feature" was new to me - I'm in the "cool!" camp, even though a tree is down in front of it which slightly ruins the effect. Once at GZ I took a little while to make the find, eventually spotting something from the right angle. TNLNSL TFTC

My last one on my mini spree after work, I must say, this one took forever to find. I was actually about to head off when I thought I would have one more look and sure enough, there it was where I had checked many times before. Great camo! Tftc
Found with SebofSydney. This is my second attempt here, the last time was almost 3 years ago. I love the house, we need more of these illusions around Sydney I'm very happy to have found it this time! Well camoed and a great hide!
Well this was an unexpected find. I'm doing an epic old school cache with directions from a brains trust in Canberra. Thanks to a muscalculation, I'm here. Lol. TFTC Very cool optical illusion
Rainbow Spirit I found your cache In a Spin on 11/5/19, 4:25 pm. This is my find 2363 and find # 15 today. No problems locating this cache. First time up close to the house. Always see it spinning as I drive past. Thanks for the cache! TNSLLN
As we were driving past this morning geoboy noticed the spinning thing and we decided to stop by and investigate it. I always notice this when im in the area but never knew the history it represented so the plaque was an interesting read. We then headed over to find the cache and spotted it quickly on approach. I’m sure this is not where its supposed to be. After signing the log I returned it to a place that better matched the hint and the D rating.

Was on the way past with Smigglepot after looking at some pianos up the road when we noticed this really interesting emplacement. The first thing that came to mind was, this is such an interesting feature, there must be a geocache here. We checked, and ... YEP ... Rainbow Spirit provided the service!
In pitch darkness and drizzling rain, we activated our 'torch' app on our phones and trudged in for the (thank goodness) easy find.
Must come back in daylight and better weather to do some videos.

This has been on my radar for many years and today was the day I finally attempted it - and got it! Thanks RS. Although it was sighted on approach, it was at the right altitude to match the description and hint. We said hello to the little skink before leaving him to his cache protecting duties.
My quickest RS cache ever. First and there it was.

Last night in sydney. What better way than to find one last cache. Thanks for the hide.
Happy New Year Rainbow Spirit and all. This was a pretty easy find except for the parking. It was not hard to find but did not see the spinning gizmo. Camouflage must have been too good.
Have a great 2018.

#150 Have always been fascinated by this artwork and can see how it may distract drivers, oh well, the price if being different. Thanks for bringing me here rainbow Spirit.
Can't recall how many times I've driven past the spinning house which is actually an aircraft hanger. After the event, I made it a priority to stop this time. Parking was not a problem neither was crossing the busy road on a Sunday afternoon. Ziggiau and dingoman007 came along and we had no trouble finding a well camoed cache.
After a great GCNSW Christmas event, we stopped in on the way home to find this one and spin ourselves out a little.
It's one of those caches that you drive past often but never end up stopping for. Today, after the the GCNSW event, Tronador said that she was going for this one and we decided to join. A quick find at GZ, but it was fun to step back and look at the house from different perspectives to see how many times we could trick our brains. Thanks Rainbow Spirit.
Out picking up some furniture and just couldn’t pass by without stopping. It pretty much wrinkled as I drove by. Parked across the street and then made my way past Camofleur to GZ. Like others, I found the nicely camouflaged container on the ground and, like others, I placed it where I thought it belonged. Excellent cache! SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
I have driven by this structure many many times - and I have never even noticed it there. How did I not see it? It really is quite amazing and, yes, it 'spins'!
So today I was driving by (again) and saw that there was a cache there. Parked the car across the road in a fast food outlet, and then it was a quick dash across the road dodging traffic. I headed towards the house and assumed the cache would be there, but the gps took me further afield. I walked up to a likely structure and the hint made sense, but I didn't really need it as the cache was lying exposed on the ground. Picked it up, signed the log, and then replaced it more securely where it should be according to the hint. Thanks for the cache and bringing me here to discover the spinning house. Now every time I drive by, I'll be looking at it spin!

Wow, driving by the art work certainly did have us in a spin. The D rating on this one attracted us and the we realised on approach GZ was not on the spin but nearby. Fortunately a quick find was made. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC.
After reading the description I had an idea of what we might see as we approached from the South.......I was wrong!
The sculpture is amazing and really does spin - I love it !!!!!
Once at GZ I made a quick find as the cache was on the floor. After signing I replaced it in the place that matches the hint, with its camo.

OCW Delloro. Luckily the predicted showers did not arrive so a few caches could be done today.
Enjoyed the little walk after parking across the road and walked a part of the track to GZ.
The hint and coords were spot on and we soon had CIH.

Found with Sensible Shoes and Shoes Junior. We checked out the cool house and then went to find the cache.
I hung out with Dad while he enjoyed his birthday present, then we went to look for the cache. The nearby house was pretty interesting.
#1317 Second of three quick finds on a morning out to get packing boxes. TFTC
Didn’t know what to expect this “controversial spinning object” to be from the description alone, and even though the “inspiration” for the cache location was clear on arrival, it was only after reading a plaque nearby and looking back on some photos I took, that the clever effect was realised. Cache itself a quick find.

Third RS find for the day. After playing Frogger just to get across the road I was at GZ in no time. Spotted the major hint, looked around but no cache. Then I spied the minor hint on the ground. Not where it's meant to be I think, so I replaced it a little higher and with some natural camo.

On a day that had started badly with two long DNFs in the heat, I had finally redeemed myself with a find at "The Incontinence Pad" at Alfords Point and was starting to head for home. Realising that I would be passing by this way, I thought I'd give it another crack and see if I could get 2 finds today.
I parked at the BP and had a bit of a walk to get to the camofleur and then to GZ. I remembered what I had been looking for last time, but this time I was able to spot it within a few minutes. Signed, replaced and headed for home. TFTC.

#2595 (2 of 2 today) (Streak day 240)
Decided to head south today to pick up a brace of caches. One I decided to go for as the CO has gone quiet of late. The other I've driven past before and wanted a closer look near GZ.
Got them both in the midday heat.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
Short drive to the car park over the road from this cache.
Crossed the road and took in the "building". Pity someone has seen fit to graffito the back.
Made my way to GZ and with 0 metres on the iPhone could see nothing - but a very likely spot was about 3 metres away.
So I checked there and very quickly spotted something familiar. CIH!
Completed signing duties but I must say I'm not convinced that the cache was in its right position. Replaced more appropriately within 10cm.
Possibly the CO may want to check this placement at some point.
Made my way back over the road for lunch. And to get out of the heat.

#3313- I was heading past here today and realised there was a RS cache here. Parked in Aldi carpark opposite and hoofed it across the highway. There was a guy wandering around with a mobile not far away- I asked him if he was looking for something. Turns out it was Egress. So I headed to my GZ- found the cache immediately though not where it should be according to the description. Love this location which has been a discussion point by us every time we pass it. Thanks
