Amazing what you can see from Up There when you have X-Ray Vision! And helped find the cache quickly! TFTC Team Canary
Help!! Idk whether it was because the bridge was recently renovated but I can't find it anywhere!!
Found it fairly quickly, was abit more difficult finding where to park...I am terrible at puns tho so not even going to attempt haha.TFTC
Out for the first time in a while with goingplaces2 for a bit of caching. Enjoyed the day and found this one OK. TFTC.
Today looked like a good day for a drive through part of the Blue Mountains with ilook4geo, finding some caches along the way as well. This one was not as quick and easy find as it should have been. We investigated some more subtle hiding places first before checking out the easier option. Thanks for the cache placement go to Team Canary.
Another Canary cache found enroute to collect teenager from Upper Blue Mts. Nice sandstone wall layers. With TBs Canadian Flag, Swiss Duck, Pittiplatsc, Corona Express Cruise Ship and Bierkrug in tow.
Catching up on my logs after our trip to Katoomba. Had a great time walking the tracks at scenic world, and doing lots of stops on the way home.
We had a weekend away to Katoomba and picking up many caches on the way.catching up on my logs.
Found with swamp_skink.
The log has been waterlogged and previous logs washed off. We entered our details over older ones. The log looks like a palimpsest.

Out for a morning's geocaching with Lurliners he was determined that we would find this one & we did. TFTC
Wonderful colours on those rocks. Cool view and a nice strong magnet. Thank you
Very sneaky little hide. Was about to dnf it when our friend called back. Another look and we gotcha! Tftc
After carer's responsibilities reduced my finds in 2021 to a single cache and only one other in 2032 I am now back in the saddle. Ninth of eleven finds this afternoon.

Like everyone else I felt like a Proctologist. But a systematic search resulted in a find. TFTC

I am gradually catching up with my logging - am currently only a month and a bit behind. But that's still over 100 caches!
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
Only a few Adventure Labs and my First2Finds have been written up in a timely manner - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
Nevertheless, I have kept up with my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Thanks to all the CO's who have made it possible to keep my goal in sight. Most of the finds have been Traditionals, but a few Puzzle series and the odd other cache type have been grabbed where possible.
Sorry the logs are very generic, but I'll never catch back up otherwise.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Decided to hit the Bluies for a few calendar finds today - hoping for at least five to appease the Calendar Caching Gods. Got six before heading home.
That'll do!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Any cache specific comments will be added here.
If none, then it was a good cache and easily found.

We are on another short (four day) caching holiday in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains, staying for three nights in a park cabin at the Ingenia Nepean River BIG4 Holiday Park at Emu Plains. Planning to collect some of the solved GFA puzzle caches around Luddenham and Wallacia, then visiting the Blue Mountains from Springwood to Wentworth Falls (over two days) for numerous Adventure Labs and other targeted caches.
Today (day 2) we collected caches and Adventure Lab stages from Linden to Wentworth Falls, then completed an Adventure Lab around various parts of Wentworth Falls, before ending the day with a walk around Wentworth Falls Lake to complete an Adventure Lab and collect some more caches that we passed along the way. This was our 6th find of the day (day 2), and 22nd find of the holiday.
Up up and away we soured above the traffic speeding along the road way below us. The cache was a reasonably quick find, after needlessly sticking our digits into a few empty cavities. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Team Canary.

That catch phrase more has me thinking of TAA, but I am old so most won't know what I am talking about.

Reluctantly stuck my fingers in holes which was totally unnecessary. Great spot early in the morning.
To help stop the spread of Covid-19, the NSW Government has ordered everybody to Stay At Home, unless you are: shopping for essentials, receiving medical care, exercising or travelling to work or education.
While some people would regard going geocaching as a form of exercise, exercising has been limited to your Local Government Area or within 10 kilometres of your home. Additionally people are not permitted to leave certain councils except for authorised workers.
Who knows how long this current lock down will last? What I do know, as a health professional, is that every one of us has an important part to play in helping to keep our families, friends and the wider community safe in the fight against the spread of Covid-19, by staying home.
Due to the health authority’s directive, my observations of people breaking the law and finding geocaches outside these rules and the risk that if an infectious person finds one of the caches and another person comes along they could possibly become infected, I have decided to disable this cache and request that no one search for or claim a find whilst this cache is disabled.
Thank you for your co-operation. I look forward to enabling my caches as soon as the Stay At Home orders are relaxed.
Stay safe, Team Canary.

We went out this morning with an augmented team, to find a mixed bag of GA/GC caches, managing 8 in total (6/2) with a pair of DNFs.
I hadn't planned to come back here today, but noted it right in front of us as we swung off the highway, so parked in a side street and set to searching again. I started getting a little de ja vu when I couldn't find it, but then the kids Grandad came up with the find. It is sort of embarrassing to have missed it! TFTC!

TFTC bit scared of the spiders and the heights but it wasn’t too dangerous in either respects
Found it without much trouble. I was careful to put the car key in my pocket and the GPS on the footpath whilst searching, so as not to drop anything.
It's a fairly high traffic area so may have been moved. Checked every angle I could think of.
I found It was very cold and I didn't bring a jacket but I still found it. It was a quick find.
What a cold place to hide a cache. At 9pm the wind just tears right through you. Checked all the spots I thought of but to no avail. Lost feelings in fingers in just 5 minutes. Might be gone.
I was thwarted here by Mr 6 who started crying after a minute at GZ, then a freezing gale blew, and it was raining. I still managed to check what seemed like the likely spots several metres either side of GZ without success.
we searched and searched, came back and searched again. Can owner check if it's still there?
I love that the spot was chosen to exploit the pun - which in the scheme of things is quite a good one. The container was in top shape and the magnet strength was super, man. TFTC.
Tftc - found this on the way to swimming, geoson kept the log in his pocket. After realising back at home, had to come back to place it back.

Up in the mountains today with Calypso62 to attend the Christmas in the Bluies event at Wentworth Falls.
We made the detour of the highway to go up up and . . .
Got to GZ and started searching. We had trouble finding this one. I think the Kryptonite might have been blocking my eyesight.
Calypso62 made a call.
I then had another look and bingo. I am sure I checked there before.
I completed the log and placed it all back.

This one literally flew out of my hands and onto the path when I saw what was guarding it.
This bridge is some what unnervingly high. Probably cos of the angle its on. Very high...

Out with frazeydaze for a mornings caching around Woodford. After parking in Station Street it was only a short walk to GZ whereupon frazeydaze soon had the CIH. Great view from up here. TFTC.
This was a lot easier than I thought. Quick find. And I didn't need Superman strength. TFTC Team Canary

After finding a near by trig point I pulled up where I could park safely and walked to GZ. Quite a birds eye view up and down the highway from here.
Cache located quickly, log signed then the cache replaced as found. tftc

Not too keen on heights but this location is certainly a superman site with those cliffs on both sides. But my appreciation did not find the cache. Checked the typical locations of this type of construction with no find.
Streak Day #1308 - Nice drive in the rain [actually i hate driving in the rain as people do not seem to know how to drive in the rain hahaha] Arrived at GZ and made a quick find. TFTC
Came for a drive up this way after work today with Snoopy1976 for a quick and easy find in the rain. TFTC
Out to do a couple of caches this morning. This has been on my to-do list for a while, so headed here early. Parked nearby and a short walk to GZ. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
Quick find after some nearby Woodford finds. We cross this bridge all the time so it was good to tick this one off.
Came up from Sydney to see the Isobel Bowden botanical drawings exhibit at the Woodford Academy... and to do some geocaching too! Came over the bridge into 'town', parked on the north side and walked back to GZ. We looked harder than we needed to and found two!!! containers. We filled in the blanks of the clue, referred to the placement of the container and that the CO was a bit confused about what a pun was. Until we came back down the highway, that is. We noted GZ and the name of the bridge. A pause for a few seconds and it dawned on us. So funny! An excellent pun! So good we can't think of a come back! SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
