Was wanting to complete the run on the caches in this area but no luck with this one today. Has been a little dumping of foliage which maybe covering the cache, but I am unsure. Looked for about 10 minutes before moving onto next one.
Way too tricky for me .... lots of plant debris and every drink bottle and tin imaginable. ..but no v bottle. ....
Inspected every suspicious concretious item ...and every wooden item....

Quick find once I read some previous logs. Was over thinking the hint a bit and got really confused. Nice chilly and rainy night so there was no one around

I looked in lots of places, none of which fit the hint, before I settled in on a place with potential. I found the cache, but I still don't think it fits the hint. Maybe I should come back with a sledge hammer and make it more obvious. No, not really, but, yeah. TFTC.
We really struggled with this one. Almost gave up, in fact we did give up & started walking away before going back for one more try. Used recent activity for help & finally we were cache in hand. Most satisfying. Thanks!

Nice easy find, just had to wait for the muggle hosing his driveway. Someone has left an item of food in this one, not keen to eat out of geocaches...
We had seen this street when we had started our caching hunt - and while travelling on it, were a bit concerned we were going to be asked for ID or stopped on the way!
Mum went searching for this alone as Dad went back to the car. The hint made it easy for her, and she found it really quickly. Last one for the day - and what a wet day!

Got it found the rest of the series 2 yrs ago but didn't look for this. That's 9 Glyn caches in a row without a DNF.. Not sure that will last

took a couple of minutes to find this, had to be careful as school was just out, tftc
"Local Traffic Only" is an unusual peice of road signage and might confuse those without advanced navigational skills. Luckily Lostcourse is here to translate this arcane terminology. This is simply a formal means of communicating the existence of a very convienant shortcut. Chees for the cache placement!

Gee, that road is sure busy! I had to wait ages for a break in the traffic to occur. Spotted cache jutting out a little. I hate it when people stuff the logs right down in such containers - makes them very difficult to extract.[:(!]
A Glyn cache i could actually find!!!!! Did help it was sticking out of its little hidy hole though.
Well blended hide that took a moment to spot, but then I was off again as the day progressed, TFTC
Easy find with kiwiz@gz sooo glad i had them with me was my second attempted at it and they came up with the goods last time i was completely in a whole different place and was very gutted that it was sooo obvious.

The hint had me barking up the wrong tree for a while. So I stood on the old footpath and had a bit of a think, and there it was, right in front of me.
After a dnf for our last search, glad to have a nice quick find to restore spirits

I was getting out the kindle with the cache descriptions and LittleMelon had already opened the cache.
I dont know how many times I have driven past and yep there it is but have not had the time to stop. Well today was the day..and boom!!! Thanks for the adventure on this one. Log is full, sorry I had run out of logsheets and didn't have any on me. So guess what I am doing tonight...printing logsheets to put in caching bag. Thanks for the fun!! TFTC

Have never set foot in Glenfield before, so time to do a chunk of caches in the area and get some fitness in at the same time. Quick find, TFTC.
Easy find - added plastic bag for log as we found it very hard to retrieve from container. TFTC

Tried to do this cache a little earlier but muggles in nearby house just arrived home. Came back after doing some others and was not a problem. TFTC
Quick find while pipe viewing. Cache was not quite what I expect from the famous G-2 brand of caching!
Found with Biggles while caching in the area. We only saw the signs at the wrong end - I hope the locals didn't mind. On the way back to the car is tried to give a local back his pen thinking it was Biggles following me. The guy just looked at me strangely.

TFTCFound on day 1 of a 3 day Auckland cache raid with Kiwi Explorer. Approached by road from the other direction and didn't get the significance until we parked round the corner and walked back to GZ. Quickly found once there though. I think it took longer to cross the road than to find the cache. Then I had to wait for a walking muggle to go past before I could replace it. He was also accosted by Mr KE who tried to force my pen on him which must have made his day!

2.45pm. The start of an afternoon wander along the coastal walkway - full of optimism that we would find all the caches enroute. We were delayed at the start by a muggle and dog but a quick find followed their departure. A good start!

Took little miss 5yr old BMNZ out some geocaching tonight and she wanted to 'drive'the GPS. We hit this cache up first and once I read her the hint (she cant read yet!) it was all over in about 30 secs. TFTC.
Out with snakelion walking the coastal trial and started with this one, no problems and a nice way to start. Nice and quiet out - the locals must be winning... TFTC
