I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, flange_1&tribe, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by flange_1&tribe and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

This is our 1000th cache. GPS had me about 7m out but MARS was spot on. Thanks MARS for helping us reach this milestone. TFTC
Found it after awhile. hard spot , nice walk. Didn’t note as no pen! 08.01.2022
This afternoon was free to collect geocaches in the North We decided to head to George Town to collect outstanding caches in the area.
Once again nice walk to this gz. Took a while, very clever and tricky hide. TFTC

This cache is alive and well. Gr8 find when we eventually got onto it. Well hidden but spotted from a distance.
Has anyone checked this lately l? Last comment said it could be out in location. Spent a good 20 min.
But will be back another day.
But will be back another day.
A lovely path to cycle (or walk) and made all the better by the caches along the way. This was tricky than I thought it would be - and a previous log with a numerical reference was a great (or GR8) help. TFTC
out and about caching with 1 Lil Rafa in the Low Head Georgetown area, TFTC TNLN log dry easy find with clues this time we had time to tidy up loose ends or caches unfound from our last trip. this was one of them. everything is good at GZ.
Thanks for the cache FLANGE_1&TRIBE.
Spending the weekend in Low Head with RLD4963. After a slightly delayed start today (due to hot water issues at our accommodation) we headed out for a day of cacheing.
This one was a nice quick find, and we were soon able to add our names to the log. This is a great little walking trail, and great to have some caches along here.

Now even further along the Kanamaluka Trail and as I approached the bridge I wondered if I should stay on it or off, I decided to do the later and very soon had the cache in hand and signed the log book to complete this little stroll. TFTC.
Well today the location function on the app has not been working no matter what I did ! So all caches found today in and around Low Head have been found via description, activity logs and the hybrid satellite map option. We still bagged eight ! This one took a little while, but we got there in the end after widening the search just a little more. Think eight. TFTC FLANGE_1&TRIBE
I decided that pigs were going to fly before I gave up looking. Fortunately no airborne pigs in George Town today. Found thank you for placing and maintaining the cache.
Tassie Trip Day 216 - Out and about for a drive and cache collecting in the nearby area and this was a good morning of collecting a few caches and seeing some interesting places along the way.
What a wonderful walk to GZ and at the GZ a quick find was made however the X was not found but the prize was located. The log signed and then all returned to the spot it was found.
Thanks FLANGE_1&TRIBE for bringing us up the path to a great view point.

Made the nice walk along the path to collect this, the cache was a nice and easy find once I put my head over. Not sure what the hint meant though.
Today I made a late decision that I would head to g-town to collect some caches, a bit of a hit and miss here, I found some harder D/T combos but the easier ones seemed to be not there.
I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. Given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After over 5000 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 70 words. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my task before the end of next year. It's surprising how much is has increase since doing this.

Thankfully no Trolls here today, really deep meaningful quote on the bridge today inspired me and i quote “You deserve the entire forest, but i’m just a crappy tree stump” wisdom right there

Our final day enjoying Tassie, starting in Georgetown. We have loved the variety of coastal and inland scenery and walking tracks. Thanks for the cache and the beautiful weather.
ewe found it. nice easy find and very accurate co ordinates. that how I like them.
The morning was overcast a little cool with some drizzle. Fortunately it was dry as we walked to the boardwalk. We found the container quickly and SL without being disturbed. TFTC
I am still no wiser as to the origin of the name Kelso for this cache after finding the actual cache
Doesn't matter really
I got a smilie to claim and a view across the Tamar to enjoy
TFTC
Oh hang on a sec !!
I've just found Kelso on the map,
just across the Tamar
There is a suburb of Bathurst, NSW, that is also called Kelso
That is nowhere as pretty as this spot [:o]

Hi there flange_1&tribe.
We found your cache **"VIEW OF KELSO"** at 11:19:00 AM today. (This brings our total find count to 18645).
We are currently staying at East Beach Caravan Park. The family has gone back to Launceston (& work) so we can concentrate on geocaching between relaxing - or is it relaxing between geocaches?
We were very surprised to see that this cache hasn't been found since 2016, our GPS led us right to the spot where we found a 400ml Sistema container that has been painted brown. (We didn't find the "X" though). Doesn't anyone log their DNF's, or has every searcher since then been put off by the the last true find date?
We ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes on our journey today & had an absolutely wonderful drive. Our count for the day was 5 finds (& 0 DNF's).
Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places to visit on our nomadic wander around Australia.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache exactly where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Relatively quick find and enjoyed the walk TFTC This is a lovely area and we're enjoying our second day's caching in the here. Also looking forward to the event on Monday evening to meet and thank all the Tassie CO's who have added so much fun to our touring here TFTC
We've now only got four weeks left of our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we're having fun finding the caches we didn't even know were here!

Quick stroll along the track to the GZ, found the cache without any problems. Great view across the river.

Travelling around Australia and now in Tasmania!
Today we did some sightseeing around Low Head, oh and found a few caches too.
Beautiful clear sunny day, although the breeze was a bit chilly at times.
Mr Felix got a grubby/wet trying to find this one today.

Another days touring and what better way of checking out an area than by spending it caching. We had to wait for some muggles on their morning walk but Coords were good.
Thanks flange_1&tribe

A quick find once I worked out which side it was on, minor mishap with keys.. thanks..!!
We pulled up the car and already the kids had decided they were sick of caching today. We enticed them out of the car with the ripe blackberries on a nearby bush. That worked, and then they actually enjoyed the walk to gz. Took a bit for us to find it but all good in the end. TFTC
We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the Land Down Under" ...
Found after a short search.
Thanks for the fun flange_1&tribe!
