Logs
It seems this cache hasn't been found since 2014. Suggest this one may need archiving as CO hasn't responded to multiple dnf's and maintenance logs.
No response from owner. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Decided to do a few caches tonight in the wind and rain, however came up empty handed here, checked all likely places as per the hint, but couldn't find this one. Thanks for the night time adventure anyway!
I returned for the first time 8 years after I lived in this area for a year. Not much seemed to have changed though... Thanks for the cache. Took me a while to locate this one.
3rd time lucky for me. After 2 failed attempts i was determined to find it this time. When i found it i was annoyed at myself for not realising where it was the previous times. TFTC
With a cheer from the bloke across the way washing his car we found it. I guess he must see a number of Geo- caching people there.
Thanks for a nice quick find.
Thanks for a nice quick find.
Second time lucky. We have more skill now and found it easier this time.

Took us a while but found it! Logs were all wet amd didnt have any to replace, may need to be replenished
Was not sure if I would find it after the last log. Went to the place and found it very quickly and some bird poo on it showed that it have must been there a long time. It is very visible and can't be concealed very well I have to say. May it does wander at times.
Log was very wet and it was very difficult to sign. Didn't have my geogear to help out, sorry.
TFTC, cheers

Found this cache for the August Challenge !! A quick and very easy find BUT log soaking wet and systema lid broken ( probably rotted by the sun!! Replaced with new systema, wrapped in a black napkin and 'rubber banded' part of original camo lid plus a leaf to upper surface. Placed log in new 'ziploc' but unable to dry (log) out. Suggest owner check it out if possible. Thanks......TFTC
Our cache for the day, had noticed this was in poor condition but as we decided to collect this straight after work we didn't have any spare containers to replace it. But surprised it was very dry . Logged and headed off to get Friday dinner from down the road, tftc
This was our very first cache. Took the whole family.
Searched a little while, eventually my wife was bright enough to find it after searching "high and low"
The container is almost destroyed though and is in need of serious maintenance.
Thanks

Left the cache upside down hoping that it will protect the content better than if it was sitting with its broken lid up. TFTC
Found it while visiting NZ for X-mas with Family...
Not so quick find with muggle relatives while introducing him to the sport..
We searched high & low & all around as GPS had us off GZ by a bit it turned out

Thanks Seattle's Best

Couldn't miss this one, its the closest to base. Unfortunately we were not able to replace the container, hopefully someone will soon, it's looking rather sad! T4TC
Yes I agree. The systema container is rapidly falling apart, left it upside down in an effort to keep contents dry.
The sistema case needs replacing. The exposure to the Sun's UV has caused the cache container to disintegrate & it is no longer waterproof
Out and about today doing a few to fill the calendar. Decided to call back to this one to see if it was within reach for us today. Yes it was. Yay. Great to get the smiley on this one. SL. TFTC.
#2918. Quick find. However, as the previous cacher noted, the lid had cracked, and it needs maintenance. Replaced upside down to avoid collecting water inside. TNLNSL. TFTC.
You migth want to check as the cache lid appears to be cracking/breaking up and had water in which I dried out as best I could, TFTC
Out with my youngest on a hot and sunny day. Great weather for a spot of caching. Cache could do with a new log book. TFTC
Found on a grey afternoon. Zero muggles about and quickly found. This was a milestone for me (my 25th find) and it was close to a few of the first geocaches I found. Great camo,TFTC!
In the area today with a client. Had to get a few, so handed him the GPS and away he goes... He had never been up here so seeing the development being made was pretty cool. CB made the find, was taken back by the work that had gone into the camo on the container. Has inspired him to make one and place. So thanks for that one... giving him a little project to do!!
Thanks again for adventure, all looking good. TFTC.

3.23pm. I'm not sure if the cache is in the same place as it should be [?] as it wasn't that high when I found it.
Placed it back in the spot I think it should have been.

Quick find, could see it straight away and was easily tall enough to grab it. TFTC.
Called by, could see the cache, just couldn't reach it. Will need to return with a ladder.
The cache was very high up but luckily hubby could reach it by standing on his tiptoes!

Found with Biggles while caching in the area. I had the reach - but it was quite a stretch. TFTC
Found on day 2 of a 3 day Auckland cache raid with Kiwi Explorer. A more relaxing day all round in which we ONLY found 68 caches. Made this one more difficult by approaching from above. Luckily Mr KE's arms could reach the cache after I spotted its resting place. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice quick find, as I was in the area. Spotted on approach.... I was surprised this cache hasn't been muggled.
Parked by your cache while driving the Team Y-Cacho's Auckland cache raid 24 hour mission
Many thanks for your cache, plan to be back soon with Butterfly_Lady

Was a bit stumped at first but figured it out. Definitely need long arms to reach this one.

#546: Found, but not without a massive vertical challenge! The cache was found very high up and not within reach of an averaged height person! It took a lot of jumping to finally reach this. Good thing nobody saw me, or that would have been a very interesting sight indeed!
Placed the cache within easy reach, as a courtesy to the next cacher.

Yes, we did find this despite the muggle neigbours. Not such a great place for the kids, but thanks anyway..
Good cache but required help from geocaching buddy. Thanks. Log was very wet so added some dry paper.
Fairly easy to work out where the cache was - a bit harder to grab it. Got it eventually. SL TFTC
Only for those over 6' tall!!! Thankfully we have one of those in our team. TFTC.
Didn't have the GPS with us but didn't take us long to find it nonetheless. A few muggles out in their driveways but they were too intent on their own affairs to care what we were up to!

Out on a raid in the near north part of the Shore this morning.
The local K9 gave me a very loud welcome.
Cheers for the cache.

Found quickly. Reckon in publicly visible places like this its best to fess up to the neighbours so they don't get alarmed. TFTC
Just happened to be staying with friends only 100 yards from this one. Waited until dusk to evade the attentions of the neighbour mentioned in previous logs and found the container easily. All in good order. Found with Monkey Momo. TNLN SL TFTC
Yeah! finally we found a cache, after 3 DNF's even with UGTME with me, we were getting a bit dispondant and this was the last cache we had time for. - star (shaped) carabina + Dog (shaped) clip. TFTC
First cache of the day after shopping for car accessories with Helefant and Mr ugtme...nice day out minus the slight rain.
found with mondoolix and the help of the neighbour, who has apparently seen people like us before! the fact that we weren't a novelty didn't stop him calling out his family to watch us as we awkwardly poked about all the places they suggested! tftc though - glad we chose to came at gz from this side and not other way, that accessway didn't seem at all inviting =P
Stoped by and grabed this one whilst in the area. no mugles about in the wee small hours of the morning TFTC.
Tried to log on with the iophone but it didnt do it so heres the old fashioned way, hope it works, easy find verey brave cache, nicely done --Thanks!!

Out geocaching with DKQuadrant...
An easy find.
Met a friendly muggle who had seen others find the 'treasure'...
So we spent a few minutes explaining how geocaching works.
