### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there KRangergirl,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Searched everywhere in the vicinity to where coordinates took us but no luck
Turned over every rock in the vicinity
Many bites from green head ants. In my bra and all
Fortunately no muggles saw two old ladies climbing the fence only to have to climb it again as the keys were left in the car door.

There’s a pretty new looking fence across the track. Don’t feel comfortable going into the forest and fence is Barb wired.
Great little spot in here, love some places caching takes me and this is one of them
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
I went in to find the cache while Shufflehop tried to find a non-muddy place to park the car. The cache was not too hard to locate, the log was signed and we were on our way.
Found. Illegal dumping grounds.stoped by council. All good when we explained what we were doing, nice bloke to talk too
WOW, they really like to dump asbestos in here, I saw 2 piles of suspect materials. Easy find thanks, ziplock useless as torn both ends.
Taking a rest day in Dubbo which means no rest as there are geocaches to be found Stumbled across a fair whack of local history whilst on the hunt and enjoyed the temperate weather
I drove in to GZ and had to use 4WD to get back out onto the road The cache was located quickly. This reserve needs a good clean up, it’s shameful how much rubbish has been dumped in here No respect for the wildlife.

out at Dubbo visiting my newest grandson at Dubbo base, time for a little geocache in the area to clean up some on the SE side , thought we would have no hope of finding this one with the mess around , needs a CITO this area but all good in the end nice hide keeps this safe from the muggles
Only new to this geocaching thing, but this was the best cache we’ve found so far. Although the amount of rubbish dumped in the area is very sad.
Found quickly. TFTC. Greetings from the UK. Shame about all the rubbish dumped, just awful.
While spending a couple of weeks in Narromine over the Easter and Anzac break we decided to head to Beni State Conservation Area and the lovely little town of Wongarbon to enjoy some rural caching.
We enjoyed the little track into the forrest, which I’m sure would be very spooky at night but were very disappointed to see how many trailer loads of rubbish have been taken in amongst the trees and dumped
These morons give no consideration to the environment, other visitors and future generations.
Many thanks for showing us what would otherwise be a nice area KRangergirl

I wasn't quite sure my 2 wheel drive would make it through one of those ditches on the drive in but then I remembered the humps at lake george. A sinch even though it's night. Cache was found very quickly thanks to good coordinates. Tftc
Horribly littered with rubbish. Not able to write on the log. It has seen better days but the cache is still there.
Parked nearby and walked down the track, saw kangaroos bouncing off in the distance. Got within 15m of GZ when phone sats gave up but managed to use geo-senses to get cache in hand! Love the hide. Forgot to bring new paper as mentioned in previous logs but found a bit of old log to sign.

TFTC. Easier than expected. Someone left their pen lid behind. Kind of gave it away. Ooops! Log needs replacing.
Travelling in and around Dubbo to see how many we can find in a couple of days.
We may sign small log sheets as CG.
Thanks for the cache KRangergirl.

Thank you for placing this cache! Can't understand why people have to dump rubbish, you see it everywhere though... Signed log : )
Found it- we drove in some of the way on a side track and then walked the rest of the way.
Quick find for me and my muggle friend that I am converting.
Thanks KRangergirl -

We were able to park very close to this cache and found that it blended well with its environment, but close observation soon meant we had cache in hand. The log was duly signed and all was replaced its correct place. Thank you kRangergirl for bringing us to this area and for placing this cache to be found by us as well as other cachers.
Took a while but finally! Very sneaky! First cache in Dubbo for me found here with aussieben!

An awesome little diversion driving to the cache, however unfortunately there is a lot of litter in the area.
A tricky one to find. TFTC

QLD Mega trip 2015 with Sol de Lune. On this almost 400km road trip we drove from Canberra to Stanthorpe caching in all the towns along the way with mostly great success. Around the Mega there were heaps of caches to be done including a few power trails. Despite the weather we got all of the planned caches done.
On day one of our trip we headed from Canberra to Dubbo. The caching was in the second half of the day at small towns and around Dubbo itself. Mostly it went soothly. Thanks.

Found with Albida33 on the way to the Stanthorpe Mega......so please excuse the generic log.
The cache was found without any issues and the log was soon signed....then back in the car and off to continue our travels.
Thanks for the cache and adding to the fun of our Mega trip.....

We'd made camp in Eumungerie for the night on our way from Canberra to the great outback and as there were no caches in the immediate vicinity, trekked back to Dubbo for a few.
Nice easy find for this cache and the getting into the forest was easy. Unfortunately getting out proved to be more difficult even with a 4WD - at one stage, we only had three wheels on the ground and it was VERY tricky trying to get out. I wouldn't want to take a 2WD sedan into this forest I have to say.
Thanks for the cache and the little adventure.

Nice quick find. Thought the adventure would be along the Spooky Forest Track....but no.....the adventure was trying to get out of the track.
Encountered a steeper than thought section & the truck only had 3 wheels on the ground. A bit of manoeuvring by Genghicat got the 4wd outta there. Now that was spooky hah

TFTC Krangergirl! Bit of a thunder storm around which made the walk through the forest just that little bit more creepy.
Today we explored Wellington and surrounds using geocaching as a guide and completing 200 Ks for the day on very scenic roads.
Thanks to all cache owners for placing and maintaining these caches for our enjoyment.

It's so nice to finally be crossing some of these caches off our list. Lovely drive into the spooky forest, glad we brought the fun vehicle.
The log was really full and has been wet. The plastic bag is also damaged. Didn't have anything to replace it with.

We also stopped here to find this cache on our 4 day trip from Sydney to the beautiful Billabong Safari Wilflife Camp at Dubbo Zoo.
Thanks for showing this nice places and nice hidden spot

Taking some time out today to go geocaching with my daughter, gangstella, and adding hours to her learner driving log. She seemed to enjoy it - she just joined up right now! Tried to let her find this one on her own, but took a little guidance. haha. Believe it or not, we had just seen a box of these kinds of caches in town and thought about how they would make good caches. Otherwise it may have been a DNF.
Was indeed a spooky forest. And sadly well rubbished along the track. Took a spooky photo for you.
TFTC.
