There has been a great deal of engineering done here and now there is actually a bridge nearby (rather than a Bridge Club which is what the original CO named this cache for).
Due to the engineering and the relative openness of the original cache, I am going to archive this cache making way for a new cache nearby.

Over the past few months I have looked for this cache five or six times. Today while out cycling I decided to give it another go. It is a brilliant winter's day with clear blue skies, no wind, remnants of snow on Climie and plenty on the Tararuas. I did not find it.
I believe that last year a new bridge was built and the footpath sealed.
I am reluctant to claim that it is muggled but the GPSr is very definite about the location. Maybe the CO could indicate the status of this cache.
Thanks.

no muggles ariund today but a few arrived as I left. all in good order was sitting out in the open so I hid it better on replacing.
A reasonable quick find once we actually found the bridge! (Doh!) We made this much harder than it needed to be, but eventually located the cache. TFTC!
Found with Trina
Quick find on a rainy day visiting a friend from out of town who is in the Hutt for the week on business. Tftc

Cache was lying exposed out in the open. Replaced where I think it is meant to be and made sure it was hidden from casual passers by. TFTC
All quiet at the bridge today but it's in the cards this could be a busy location .
My 2nd seek and super sensitive about being seen by a trail bike rider; resorted to the hint. Great spot, thanks CO.
Nice find on a sunny afternoon. New track over new bridge passes close to GZ now so beware of muggles. TFTC
New cache log sheet was in perfect condition. Had to wait for muggle to disappear before safe return
Cache back up running again. Please ensure log is placed in bag and bag properly sealed.
I've recovered the cache and will dry it out properly before replacing the log and cache. Give it until 25 June 2014 and should be back in place.
Had a close run in with muggles lucky I was running so said I had pulled a muscle and was stretching - lovely they offered me a ride home but caching was to be done.
Log book is ruined I left a dry note with my log but unfortunately didn't have replacement items. It has leaked and the log is just drenched needs replacing.

Found on a cycle ride up the River Trail from Melling, We will need to go back at some time as while we found the cache, we didn't see the bridge. TFTC
Dog and I got rather hot waiting in the car for a man to vacate the spot by the tree . Got the prize quickly after that. Tftc
easy find. did have to wait a week to get this one as lots of line/cable men working in the car park. But they have moved off to dig up another street. TFTC
Driving in and seeing the Diaz gave me a heart attack! Glad it wasn't in the flax maze!
Was driving past the park when I suddenly wondered if there would be a cache hidden there: it seemed likely. Stopped to check and saw that there was. Cache was a nice easy find, all safe and dry, no muggles about today. TFTC
Couldn't work out why my GPSr map didn't show a bridge, until I arrived at the GZ.
Had to take a short walk until the muggles moved on.
Quick find.

Although I did find it with sjme, I disagree with their log. I won the race. Found it very fast, parked right by GZ but only realised it when we had a look at the online profile of the cahe. TFTC!
Cache # 1,212 - quick find, although I did take the long way around to the cache, and a shorter way back to the car. TNLNSL. TFTC!
Wondered what the was all about as looked for the bridge was but it all fell into place during a spot of early morning caching along the Hutt River
Fourth of 8 in the Upper Hutt area today. Straightforward. And yes, a good name for it. #282. TFTC.
An unexpected day off due to yesterday's earthquake (no one allowed at work while my workplace was being checked by building engineers), so I headed out to Upper Hutt with the recently converted CarolinaZoe geoteam. Try as I might I couldn't see a bridge like the one on the listing page... Interesting container, and some flour on the ground nearby. TFTC
No trouble finding cache pity it was raining so hard after all the fine weather we have had. Got wet through while having a walk.
Easy find in a nice park. Got a bit of tree sap on myself crawling for the cache...doh. Dropped of TB. TFTC.
A popular place today. Muggles preoccupied with other things. TFTC

After a drive to the Hutt, I had 3 energetic dogs that needed to use up some energy so we went for a looooong walk to tire em out and got some caches along the way. TFTC...ps. the dogs are soundly sleeping and I am knackered too - lol
