Hi everyone
Unfortunately the cache appears to have been muggled so will no longer be available. We no longer live in the area so invite anyone else that may be keen to plant a new cache to plant one around the same viscinity. Hopefully another one can be planted around the area as it is a lovely place to spend a day.

Lovely spot, but no success after 20 mins.
Given previous logs I have to assume it is my failings rather than a lost cache.
Will try again soon.

#1650 (9/26 on day 2 in Nelson). Once the GPSr settled the cache was soon located. TFTC.
Easy find on my way to Nelson to get a tooth pulled.
What a lovely picnic area, was fairly quiet today. TFTC

Nice cache in a beautiful area. GPS coverage was marginal at GZ today, but the clue led us (more or less) straight to the spot. TFTC!
Managed to drive within 30m or so of the cache, had a quick dinner at the picnic table, and then a quick find. Cheers Gav [6981]
Got to this one via a walk about to get all the ones in this area and thought at first we were in the wrong area but with a bit of methodical checking cache was soon in hand TFTC
It is always nice to wander in this park and we were having a not to strenuous caching day in the area so a wander was just what we needed - signed log thanks for the cache
Good little hiding spot. Used to come here with our son to use the flying fox. Replaced holey ziplock bag. TFTC.
A parked up to find cabbage patch and when I clicked on find next this cache was right beside the car.
Quick find. Coords spot on.

it was time for afternoon tea and a quick look around in the trees a few minutes later cache in hand tftc
The family out in full force today. A vote was taken and playground won 3:1. After feeding horses, flying fox, swings and whatnot, we finally went to work. Thanks for a nice hour at a great location. TFTC.
A beaut frosty morning, great for a drive out to Wakefield. Quick find with good coords. TFTC, Biggles.
Nice One!!!!!!!Great cache location for a comfort stop, that well deserved cup of coffee or tea and the letting the kids loose for a few minutes. There are other very unique historic caches in the area. Co-ordinates were spot on for a find by the Grandson Bryn's mate Ciaran who was caching for the first time. Much fun! Thanks
