Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.
I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

No response by CO , CO has not been active on GC for nearly 12 mths and cache location appears to be in an area fenced off for environmental protection.
Searched for 20 minutes. A lot of erosion & trees down on the bank. Maybe washed away?
Found GZ no problem. Searched for 30minutes - DNF. I suspect the erosion has affected the location of the cache. It's either buried in the sand or has been found by a muggle who may have placed it outside the search zone. Would be nice if the owner could confirm that it has disappeared. Or place a new one.
I made a half-hearted attempt at this one but, given the recent string of DNFs, did not expect success. Nice spot though, despite the erosion. Thanks anyway.
No sign of a "Slice of Paradise" despite the GPSr locating GZ. With a metal (or similar underground)detector may have had better luck...
No sign of this cache today. was wary poking through the longish thick grass in summer. Bit risky. Not comfortable poking round in a bush regeneration area.
Poked around for a while with no result. I thought I was going to be joined in the hunt as two people walking along staring at mobiles came near, seems they were just looking at facebook or whatever.
Found what seemed to be the likely spot, but only found the remains of some sort of container. I don't think it was the cache as it had no black paint on it.

Dammed if I could find it. I even consulted the photos. My GPS even took me to exact spot with 0m. ?? Not sure. I spent 1/2 hr squashing and looking in every spot that would hide it? It certainly wasn't as hint said unless underground! Ideas please??

Nice easy find on a good walk next to the river.
Picked up trackable bear and will move it along to another nice cache.

Ha ha. Thanks Peppa. Had to admit you were looking rather like a geocacher yourself! Thanks for the honk and the wave. We approached from the water side as suggested in the clue and soon had it. We then went on to do Trippy - see you did that one too. Labufam.
Took me longer than it should have to find. Great view of the water. Dropped a TB that is sure to be liked by any GeoKids who visit. TFTC.

Not the coffee jar we expected to find but it would be excellent to keep your bickies in!
Geocaching with my daughter who is on her first real holiday in 11 years!
And loving it!!!

Great spot by the water, unbelievable how many trees have fallen because of the bank erosion. GPS took us straight to it, nice easy find. TFTC
So, there's a bit of a story behind my visit to this cache today
I'm kind of new to geocaching, and only recently became a Premium member. So now I get alerts for newly published caches.
Today, I checked my email and was excited to see a string of new caches (four in total, from Alstonville up to Banora Point). So, a quick flurry of preparation and I was in my car and chasing my first ever FTFs!
My chase ended at Banora Point, which put me quite near the coast. And I had this Fisherman Dave trackable, whose mission is to visit awesome fishing spots. I rescued him from inland (Stanthorpe of all places, how much good fishing could there be out there?). So, now that I was at Banora Point, I checked the map for a nearby cache that would suit Fisherman Dave... and this was the perfect cache!
Thanks for the cache Joeru, and I hope Fisherman Dave enjoys his stay here

Took us a little bit to forage but we found it. Nice outlook and good items to trade. Thanks for the adventure!
Little bit confused by this ones description. Found it in the end. What a treasure box, spent the night on the other side and now continuing to breakfast at another gc we spotted. Thanks from tamargoren and me.
A slice of paradise for sure ! Enjoyed watching some hardy locals swimming in the creek while on a morning drive around Kingscliff from where we are house sitting in Fingal. SL TFTC
Heading North for a couple of months (Winter Migration), en route to Caloundra...

A nice cache with that new smell, Thanks for the fun. Top spot.
Thanks to Joeru and clear skies from TeamAstro.

This one took Dav81 and myself a small amount of time to find, with a few muggles around today we tried to be as stealthy as possible. I eventually made the find, a very unusual container! I signed the log and then replaced the cache as we had found it.
Thanks for the cache Joeru

A short wander to GZ.
A few out swimming but not bothered with us.
No coffee jar here today but something else of the liquid variety.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Joeru All good with this cache

Found on our 2 day trip to Kingscliff. What a lovely spot. Drove to the end of the road and watched the tide start to come in. TFTC
It was not difficult at all. However I passed the cache a few times because I thought it would be rubbish. Tftc
I was over this way and decided to check on my Trippy, then have another look for this cache.
An easy find although the container looks a lot like geo-litter and may be removed by Council or a litter-picker-upper sometime or take on water.
Happy to have converted this one to a smilie
TFTC Joeru!

We were down this way visiting family who were staying at the Beach Caravan Park. After spending the day relaxing we decided to grab some caches on the way back up the coast. Heading into this one there were plenty of Red Tailed Black Cockatoos in the trees and we slowed right down to watch them crunching away. Arriving at GZ we set about looking for the replacement cache container. It wasn't long before it was spotted. Good job with the makeshift replacement. Log was signed and we raced off before it got too dark. Thanks for the cache Joeru
So I found this easy, but couldn't handle leaving it with the broken glass so it's all been transferred into a makeshift container now, should be waterproof but will be easier mistaken for garbage....it's a soft drink bottle with a bag and a coffee jar top. Sorry, best we could do
Found easy enough. We had to remove the broken glass hazard so we made a makeshift container from the original containers lid, a sandwich bag, and a soft drink bottle. Best we could do.
Great cache. Geopug did nothing. Jar broken. Took a while. Thabks for the cache
What a great spot for a swim. We swam across the creek and had a surf as well. The cache is not painted black as described and unfortunately the pens did not work. TFTC
Awesome view of the mouth of the creek! Would love to do some fishing here. TFTC.
Nice easy one, great spot to watch the SUPBs.
TFTC Joeru.

Tried this one ages ago and had a muggle problem. Found easily today as it was a bit rainy. Pity about all the erosion.
Found today with Rusty85, had us stumped for a while but while walking back to car Rusty almost walked on it so to her an easy find:) It could do with some maintenance as it is a bit wet and musty. TFTC in one of my favorite spots, but I could be biased as I was born at Kingscliff:)
Great day fishing with the kids, caught my first flathead but too small to keep.. The coffee jar is no longer black.. Tftc.
So close to home. We watch people enjoying the beach near the cache every weekend. Baz stepped right over it.
Cache was quite damp inside. I admired the swimmers doing early morning laps along the banks Tftc
Today was the day for a major assault on Coolangatta/Tweed. trying for a new PB and hopefully puting smiles on the dials of each of them.
The GPS was all over the place so I was checking everywhere.
When I finally did find it I realised that I had examined an object within 10cms of the cache 10 minutes before!!!!
The log is wet.
Thanks Joeru TFTC SL TNLN

Found this one fairly easily, although explored it below for a bit before concluding it was up top. Nice walk from Peppers resort. Greetings from the USA. Thanks for the fun!
Another day out and about caching on the Gold Coast. Today was fantastic, as I was caching not only with Poynts95, but with Roostaman as well, one of my best caching buddies from down south. We had a great day, just going on a bit of a tour around, picking up caches along the way, grabbing a few mysteries, a lot of trads, an earth cache and an event. Thanks to all cache owners for hiding and maintaining their caches.
------------------------------------------------------
No problems here. Thought we were looking at a big walk, but the road led almost straight to it. TFTC.

# 6203 Found on our 2013 winter escape trip to Qld.
Met up with Blacklegend and Poynts95 once again and had more fun finding caches.
No muggles around here today, except for the little Suzuki car having trouble going over the bumps.
Another slice of paradise for sure, a quick find logged and off again.
TN LN SL. Thanks for the cache Joeru,
Roostaman.

Today is International Geocaching day.
Today is also a day in the August challenge month.
Two very good reasons to find a cache today, attend an event and get two souvenirs.
Another find for the day with the event to come a little later. [^]
A short walk and a quite a bit of searching and I had the cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache.

This spot lives up to its name. And great hide but the log is a bit damp. Had to wait for a couple of Muggles to move before finding but found it in the end TFTC
