Solved the puzzle but could not find the cache - should have read the previous log. Great views inthe evening.
A beautiful morning for a visit to the beach although these puzzles give one a feeling of deja vu as I think that I have probably visited most of these signs in the Paraparumu area by now . A quick solve of the puzzle and then grabbed the cache in between groups of muggles. TFTC
We had DNF'ed this cache last year and have been meaning to return ever since it was replaced.
Finally today was the day, so we were disappointed to find the cache lying in the open, with the lid off, with various swag scattered round, no sign of logbook or trackables
Retrieved all that we found, including an empty plastic bag, in which I placed a piece of paper to act as a logbook. Replaced the cache where I thought it should be and covered with driftwood and a piece of concrete that was on the ground.
Sorry to report bad news.

#3655. Our second visit (first time the cache wasn't there). I started to redo the calculations, but didn't get far before Troodles found the empty container. Good place for a cache. TFTC.
Quick and easy find. Although it reminded me that I'm running low on my marmite stash
Found after a short search. The tide comes up much higher than I would have thought! Bemused to see that the container is a marmite jar, given the current shortage. Dropped Edward's purple car trackable. TFTC
Nice wee multi for a beautiful afternoon at the beach. The numbers tumbled out quick enough and the location found shortly afterwards. TFTM
Beautiful view, our 4th cache today! Trackable not in there so maybe it's been moved today but not logged yet. TFTC
Have come past here many times but never turned off. Completed in yucky conditions - I though they talked about the sunny Kapiti Coast?! TFTC
Once again Mama Rattling had to take a closer look at the coordinates then it was sorted. TFTC Good spot for long lining too!
Sorted out the location then a young mum arrived with baby and sat on the seat nearby for ages. Decided to wait, and then zoomed in for a quick find. Great sea front. TFTC
8.15am. Thank you bkj97 for replacing this one. And for being so prompt about it too. Really appreciate that. Thought I should come today as there seems to be more bad weather on the way!! Added a piece of concrete from off the beach to the cover which may or may not help.
Thank you. David.
Thank you. David.
Indeed Nono was.... right mother nature had claimed not only the cache but its cover as well. New container in place with rock in a vain attempt to keep it in place. Get in quick before the next big blow.
Have been here twice today without success. Has yesterday's storm rearranged the terrain too much? Couldn't see the cache or the small slab of concrete. I will have to put a watchon this one. Am here for another week so may be??
we are back today to do this one what is a mico cache not a small, Jr taybee
was looking for a swap here TFTC
was looking for a swap here TFTC
Taybee was right, cache had gone awol so new eclipse container weighted down by small concrete slab.
Sorry to log a DNF on this one . we will be back to do Jr taybee had same fun on the Beach Thanks
High seas and ships and seals and sealing wax mean its gone awol. Will replace soon.
Got some coords that fitted the hint pretty well, but could not find the cache.
Heading south to get the Picton Ferry we stopped by to pick up a few multi caches. It was interesting to catch a glimps of the South Island from Tainui Beach Access. Thanks.

What's that smell? ARGH! Someone had put a large decomposing fish head on the rubbish bin! [xx(] Got the cache regardless!

#1724. As we were leaving, a group was taking a really big catch to the beach ... to release back to the sea perhaps? TNLNSL. TFTC.
Found with Edvern and Geodatum while on bjk97's great cache hunt Assemblage de College Paraparaumu.
A quick multi, this one. Found with Boogie-O and geodatum during the Assemblage de College event - thanks for all the fun bkj97.
Found with team Lost & Loster (brucewwnz and SAROC) an easy multi, which we managed to stuff up, but were still able to find the final TFTC
Another great beach cache. Found during Assemblage de College Paraparaumu Event.

Nice to meet Arahura here, helped him out when he wasn't even looking for it! TFTC co-ords were out slightly but went off the clues and found it no worries
Found with agcnz, boxhill and -gonefishing- as part of the event day, no issues here, just a bit slow and missed out on the FTF, Nice to be brought back to the beach again and learn some more information about the area and the beach itself, a very was to solve multi, solved and found quickly. Joint FTF with Richargr and Down Hill 4th of seven FTF's in a row by some orienteering map reading skill, local driving knowledge and good team work. This one brought back memories as we used to live 50metres north of this with wonderful beach access. Unfortunately we only rented. T4TCSL
A quick find as team “Lost and Loster” (Skindo, Brucewwnz and SAROC) while partaking in Asssemblage de College, Kapiti Coast caching event, as the experienced team of Yeetrees, -gonefishing-, agcnz and Boxhill were just in front of us. TFTC. TFTE

One of the easier Multis of the day, found with the rest of the team. TNLN SL TFTC
This turned out to be a quick find as the boxhill, agcnz, -gonefishing-, Yeetrees team was just departing GZ as we arrived.
What can I say but that I found this one quite by mistake. I have not done many multi's before two in one day is just to much.
