Fairly confident I found where it should be, but no sign of the cache. Will keep an eye out for it to be seen again and come back
Aside from my pen inexplicably running out of ink all went as planned. Beautiful sunny day and not a muggle in sight. TFTC.
Found this with a friend who introduced me to geocaching but because I hadnt became a member I didnt sign the log, now im addicted. Went back on my day off when I was around the area and signed the log. TFTC
I like how you managed to squeeze several word plays into the cache name, and the hide is pretty good considering how exposed it potential is. Nice and quick find, TFTC.
August 8 - Cache 8
I walked around GZ the long way and only saw the dangly bit after a full circumnavigation.
An excellent hide and I really like the log book very compact but spacious. Well done.

Thanks to a previous visit when this cache was out of commision, I knew exactly which tree to look around. Once I located it, I certainly needed grippy fingers and small hands to reach the container. Signed and dated, and I was off.
Thanks for the cache tygriffic.

Woo found it. Me and my brother were assaulted by mosquitoes and ticks on trying to reach it. Probably serves us right for going after a full day of rain. Still it was a great find.
Found on the way home from Jamboree while visiting a muggle friend (not so muggle now) and she spotted this one. A great way to create a new cacher TFTC
Go go gadget fingers. found easy enough, getting it out was a whole other story. Still got it though.
My partner called into her head office nearby so I went looking for a couple of caches while she was there. Found this one - TFTC
Found it, boys had a great time running through the grass with great excitement of finding the cashe.
I told my little nephews about Geocaching and they wanted to go out and find some "treasure".
In between showers we took the chance and also tested out the big one's new bike and went out for a quick ride around the park. OMG - I forgot the mosi replent and almost got eaten alive!! [xx(]
Whilst I was making entering the log the boys smacked all the mosies and I ended up with only 34 bites within 30 secs![B)]
Thx owner for bringen us here to this magnificant tree.
Thx boys for rescuing me.

We were able to meet up with friends DiMorgan and got together to do some caching around the Newcastle area. It was a fun day out and this was one of the caches we were able to find. The clue helped.
Thanks to tyggriffic.
Thanks to tyggriffic.
Headed to Newcastle today with Liz & Bruce to find a few caches & to visit the many locations around town. A nice quick find after arriving at GZ. It was the good clue that made it so easy.

2nd time lucky. NO! looked for another 15 minutes and found both chains again. Can the CO please check if the cache is still there? Thanks cccritter7
Cache is gone. Checked both chains and spent an hour on the tree. Needs replacing.
Found the chain but no cache. Looked around the area for a few mins. Patches108 and i couldn't find it.
This fig should have been a mulberry bush cos we kept going round and round, then spotted the clue.
Found at 10.10am GAFF1 in the company of Robmc. We were discussing the issues that we have with caches hidden in these structures, however today we were able to walk straight up to it and pull it out in the first spot we looked - has to happen once in a while doesn't it?
Thanks tyggriffic.
Thanks tyggriffic.
Sometimes these items can be a pain to search, but Pprass walked straight up to this one.
Despite all the recent rain the park was quite dry today.
Thanks, Robmc.

Our first cache for 29th Feb and its in a fig, hope these aren't going to become a memory too.
Managed to find this one but the hint did help.
Don't mind these tree's as hiding spots, not too many places to look.
Thank for placing this cache, cheers GUIO

Cache was quickly found as it was reflecting the sun. Watch out for the spiders! TFTH.
Did this one with noodles while riding our bikes throughout newcastle.
Watch for spiders!
Watch for spiders!
Had the wrong tree at first oops easy once we had the right tree! Spiders keep it pretty well guarded though
Lots of spiders & webs around this one. Found it easily once we found the right chain. A LOT of 8 legged mugglers around this one. TFTC!
Its a sad week for Figs in Newcastle. Thought we needed to give those remaining our moral support.
Finally came back to this one and found it open and exposed, better spot than where we looked last time amongst the broken glass and god knows what.

A quick stop on my morning wander of the area looking for caches, and finding them too.

had a spare container so put a new one there change it if you want TFTC
