This is close to where we are staying so geoP, Skulldaddy and the Queen went for a wander and a look with no luck.
What we did find was a lovely NZ sunset, then sun disappeared below the water just as quick as it does in Darwin NT Australia ..... Blink and you'll miss it. A few muggles were standing around on the beach and path mesmorised until it went down the they went on their way.

Despite the list of DNF's on the cache it was too close to our accommodation for the night not to give it a try. There was quite a bit of rubbish near GZ which made our search quite tentative, we did however see a spectacular sunset so all was not lost. Thanks for bringing us here Moneydork. Cheers from Australia [^]
Hunted for this while on a break from filming at the holiday park but no luck at all. I really pulled the place apart too haha. Maybe it has gone walking? Will go back later I think cheers the www.barekiwi.com film crew.
After checking into the campground it was time to go find the nearest cache. Interesting to note that cachers from all over the world have signed the logbook.
A quick walk from our camp ground very nearby. Nicely covered but easy to recognise. Greetings from Singapore. TN L-a shell. TFTC!
Our campside was nearby the cache, so we did a quick grab.

#1040 Cold and wet walk to the beach but found the cache ok. Visiting from Oz so took the "Heroes" coin to go back there with us. Thanks Moneydork.
We stay at the campground close by.
Thanks for the cache.
I didn't spot a plane today.
Cheers

To tired and wet last night to do this even though we were right next door - but the lovely warm spa instead gave us the uuuummph to get up in the morning and tidy this up before we heaed up the coast home to Mot - certainly enjoyed our caching on the west coast thanks
We were going to head away today and we were staying next door we decided we had better do this one . We were heading to come to it lastnight but the spa pool became far more attractive as heavy rain set in . Was a good grab before heading our way home after a great few days on the coast . Already looking to do another trip but first need to correct my PQ system to stop allowing archived caches comming thru GRRRR!!!. TFTC
Nice quick find out at the beach - fairly cool this evening! But a lovely view of the moon on the rise. Cheers Gav [9479]

Had to widen the pirimeter to find this after wandering down the beach. Cheers.
A quick find today after having been previously unsuccessful at cache near this spot some time ago. TFTC
A sad looking airport, Except for a cache we would have no reason to call here.
A quick find with Mr B from the beltfamily looking on. Found it in the first place I looked. Don’t you just love it when that happens. TFTC.
Was here to witness boxhill do a speedy job. So I still haven't found this personally
Definitely the closest cache to where we are staying. A quick find by Jnr after a very short walk. TFTC
Wondered if it was still there after reading the DNF logs, so very pleased to find it easily on a short stroll from the nearby campsite. SL. TFTC.
Had to wait for a few people to move past, once they did it was a quick find. No-one in the water as it was quite rough. TFTC
We're on a trip around the world, doing 7 lovely weeks in NZ. Today we made a knife in Barrytown, that was great. Tonight we did some caching. TFTC, dropped a tag. Greetings from the Netherlands.
We found the cache on our morning walk from the campground nearby. Enjoyed the idea to hide a cache at that place. Thank you! Karen and Thomas
#1542 (18/18 CHC to Greymouth). After a long drive (with a number of detours) we finally reached our comfortable accommodation at the nearby Top 10. Went for an evening walk to find a couple of nearby caches. This one was straightforward (we did one near here last visit that was rather more troublesome, due in part to me reading the wrong cache description). TFTC.
A quick stop before heading to the East. No aircraft buzzing the geocachers today, TFTC
Nice one. As long as they are not landing on the beach I guess its all good! TFTC, Biggles.
Annie went hunting this cache with friends in the school holidays, and only then realised that she'd never found this one before. So PB had to hunt himself tonight - which was no trouble of course!! Went for a stroll along the beach track after finding the cache. Lovely sunny spring evening.
