After seeing Etherlords post I decided to have a look as this is very close to home... I must have walked past it a hundred times!
Another clever hide by Me&Him. Thanks for placing these caches - they are still providing me with enjoyment even after they've been archived

Was walking past on my way to another cache and looked down. It's still there! 2 1/2 years after it was archived, the container is still ready and waiting to be found! (although yes, the logbook nothing more than a sodden lump of wood pulp)
What a crafty hide. Did quite a bit of clambering around given the terrain rating, before finally understanding the hint. Log wet through, so I took a photo. Gets a FP from me.
Had these caches loaded in to the GPSr some time ago so didn't realise that they had been archived. Couldn't see any likely hiding spots at GZ on a initial look but the hint provided the 'aha' moment and the cleverly hidden cache was found. As previous cachers had mentioned the logbook was somewhat soggy and in no state for logging our find so we settled on adding our log to Popmac's piece of paper, which was still somewhat dry. Took a photo too just in case.
Perhaps this hide can be reclaimed as I'm sure a Sistema container could be retrofitted to provide a weather-proof cache? We would be happy to restore a new cache to this location if this was an option?

In town for the Manawatu Geocachers Club Inaungural meeting and popped out here for a walk. Great cache but the logbook is saturated and needs the immediate attention of CO [:0]. TFTC
Very impressive hide however serious problems with logbook needs immediate attention incredibly wet tftc!
Tftc, FP for the cache design loved it, however it isn't waterproof and is soaking wet needs replacing, especially log book, couldn't sign due to water but have photo proof for CO if they want it
Awesome hide but the log was so wet I could hardly open it, I kind of wrote in it using the vivid supplied.
I drained the water out but I suggest placing a new log and somehow making it a bit more water proof.
TFTH.

Took me a while to find the cache but I found it after a good half hour. Log book was soaked though so I couldn't write in it. Brilliant hide though, TFTC!
This one had me stumped. I looked in the usual hiding spots but was getting nowhere fast and I started running out of ideas. I decided that I couldn't find it so I changed the status on my gps to 'Not Found' and started to walk away.
As I was walking away I had a flash of "well you haven't really check along here" and whatdoyaknow! Fantastic hide......it had me beat for some time but I'm super glad I persevered.
Yeeehaaa!!
Like other cachers I found the log was too damp to sign but have photo if CO would like proof of find.

Quick fine, I like the clever hide. Water in the container, log book too wet to sign, left a piece of paper with date and name.
Easy find and cool hide! TFTC, a serious amount of water (container full) meant that logbook was unsignable, but I took a picture if CO needs proof

Another mornings caching in PN - east of the river today, starting with this one. Once some muggles had passed, the search was on. Cache soon found. A clever hide. TFTC.

I love caches like this one where the owner has put thought into its hidey hole. Would never had known this spot was here. Be a great place to walk the dog if I had one. Contents was getting full of trinkets so I took the trackable Jeep.
Nice hide. I‘d looked at it earlier in the search and passed it off as nothing.
Walked on to here after finding GC20981 a bit up the track. A quick find and a very nicely done hide. Signed log, TFTC!
I hadn't intended doing this one today but found myself very close on the way to another one. Nifty hide. Cache was full of water but log fine. TFTC 3577
found with EtherMiss and EnJay.
We started down the GeoTrails but came up empty handed.
After searching a bit longer, we resorted to the hint and found it within seconds!
very nice hide!!! definite Favourite point material

We did a bit of a loop to get this one then climbed to the park above for the return trip to the car.
Nicely hidden.

Nice hide and a quick find on a day's caching in the area. Have walked through here before but today decided to do what we could by car rather than walk the whole way around. TFTC
Looked on the way back from getting cheese cake on 08-04-2012 with no luck.
Went back with Sarnia89 and she found it easy. TFTC

Drawing closer to town and therefore closer to tea, so made this one a quick find by parking on the main road and crossing the field. Got the numbers again, nice camo. TFTC

Awesome find for Rebekah! We got wet feet getting this one as we went off track through a vacant section... Needless to say, it was not the smartest route to take! Thanks for the cache!
Kaikawaka and I continued on from #4. We had no trouble with mud and extra climbing, so the slip has obviously been cleared. I found this one immediately, with the help of the hint and prior experience of similar disguises. It's really neat! I took Gerry the Giraffe because he complained of leg cramps and said he needed to step out into the world again.
A great walkway. Enjoyed all the walkways in this series today. Nice hide here, missed it on my first pass and spotted it as I took a second look around.

Very neat hide in a nice little walk way. Beautiful day for a cache.

Another awesome hide. Came here after finally finding VW1 on my third attempt, having already looked twice for this one too, and having already found caches 2-4 in the series. As it turns out I had correctly interpreted the hint on one of my earlier visits, but the co-ordinates had led me away from the right spot; this time, VW1 had given me a better idea of what to look for, and I found the cache very quickly. Very nicely done.
Dropped off Team Lumpi's geocoin.

Haha great placement here too. With the previous 4 GC's in the series collected we were ready to do the puzzle and locate #6 ...
Did this one in isolation, with 2 other caches not in the series...loved the hide, looking forward to tackling others in the series. Wondered about the clue, became clear when i got there.
I was pretty sure I knew what the clue referred to. It turned out that I was right but I did have some doubts before I found the treasure.
Enjoyed the walk around this area, Nice spot for a quick find. No sign of TB in cache
#1880. Took a circuit walk for this one. Excellent hide.

After doing #4 with no gps, had to shoot home & grab it to get this & the final.
Had more or less figured out what clue meant on the walk in & once reached gz was a quick grab. Inventive hiding spot.
S/L
Now off to find the final...........

Having successfully located the first 4 on Christmas Day we just had to complete the series on Boxing Day. Each cache is more cunning than the others which adds to the fun and this one is no exception.
1245hrs. We enjoyed the walk while visiting from Australia. Took a bit of looking tillI spotted the camo. Great idea. TFTCSL
Scratched my head about what clue might mean on way in, then when we arrived on gz I immediately guessed what it referred to. Love the hideout for this one, very creative! Logged with Doomwheel and tastefulpi. Thanks for the hide!
Another nice walkway in the valleys around Palmerston North, this walkway was quite a nice found cache quickly without any issues and then back to the car, thanks for bringing me here. TFTC TNLNSL (2361)
Very clever cache - liked it. Helped a bit from fellow geocacher. Found it just before resorting to the hint.
A great hide, well done on the camo! Out for a morning stroll with Edvern and Mapper Ted. Staying nearby. TFTC
Good camo work. Didn't take too long to find with no muggles around. Left a pet rock - a chick in an egg
Didn't know what option to take with the clue so took both options. Second time lucky had me still questioning the where about's until something looked out of place. Very clever hide. Signed log, left signature trade item. TFTC.
A short walk, including over the rather muddy slip, and this cleverly hidden cache was soon found. TFTC
Had to walk over the slip to get this one, soon had the cache in hand. My favourite hide of this series TFTC
Really liked this one. The big slip is still there but not much problem really, as there is a bit of a track over it now. Useful hint and a quick find - liked the effort put into hiding the container. SL TFTC
Slipping has certainly made a bit of a mess of parts of these walkways at present. Another clever hide. Took yellow car; left police van. TFTC
