Nice quick find whilst waiting for prize giving after our son completed the Weetbix TRYathlon. TFTC.
Nice easy cache for me and the buggy to find...shame we have to now turn around - next time we'll continue on and will bring the front pack!! TFTC.
Found on a day exploring this area for the first time.
Lovely walk in and out.

This was a cache on my carefully selected list of caches for the day. Meet a few people on the track today. I went bush a little to soon only to find that I ended up right next to the track for the find was fun anyway.

Out for a walk with Lycurgon and he remembered he'd gotten a cache nearby so had to pick it up too TFTC
Our 2nd Sunday in a row exploring this side of town. Nice stroll through the park. Quick find. SL. TFTC.
We have decided to turn around here at this good sized cache and head back to St Georges, the car and our lunch before going to Tahuna Torea nature reserve.
The log book was pretty mushy, so we replaced it with a firm one in a film canister. We swagged it up too. TFTC and bringing us to this lovely area.

Reasonably quick find after I realised it wasn't so close to the bridge; second of a few today while out for a long run combined with caching. TFTC. #83
Quick find on our walk. There was a nice bridge near the cache.
TFTC, greetings from Finland!

Spent a hot summers day with yorkshirekiwi83 caching around the Glendowie area. A nice quick find in this nice area, after a short walk to GZ. TFTC!

On a numbers mission and Vistra decided to join me to grab some for the day, parked close by and found our way to the bridge over the stream, wandered along the path and quickly came to GZ, made a quick find TFTC

Nice little track I haven't been on for years. Watch out for muggles on MTBs - they come up fast and silent.
GPS was bouncing a bit but the hint helped as there was really only one possible location I thought it could be... and sure enough there it was TFTC!
Nice easy find with Miss Davieland. This caching game is taking us to parts of Auckland we've never been to before. TFTC.
Found it. Nice secure hiding spot. Log has got a little damp. Beautiful jog along the water with the dog to get here. Lovely! TFTC
I loved the placement and the unique container. I almost went through a farmer's paddock, but resisted the urge and stayed on the path. TFTC.
Easy find as it was only hidden from one side from the other side it was visible walking up the track
Was replaced with more care

Nifty hidey hole. Left our first cashew nut gang card and a DreamWorks action card for the next finder
Out with a couple of muggle friends who made their first find - we may have a convert! TFTC
Out today collecting a few caches with specific hidden dates that we need for a challenge. Wai O Taika too is one that we want. A pleasant walk to GZ this morning. On the way we watched a couple of people pulling in a net with a few good sized fish. At GZ we made a quick find. Thanks.
Looks to be a very nice walkway all along here. Will have to come back sometime.

Am finding some great walking spots for when we get our puppy who will be geocache trained of course. A find with garball and daughter and the girls of casaba3, thanks for the cache mattandjax.

Went for a few hours caching with my sister and niece (casaba3) and one of my girls and this was one smiley not yet on either of our maps. Wasn't until we parked nearby that we realised the parh this cache is sort of on joined up to one we were on earlier - we could have walked here! (Theoretically because my sister not yet up to that much walking all in one go - won't be long though). I was busy following my GPSr to GZ when my sister called out that it had already been located - funnily enough in a spot I had thought looked like a likely candidate except I was still metres out according to device. Never mind, a find by one is a find for us both when we're out together. TFTC mattandjax.
Found on a mission today to turn my traditionals on my central east map into smileys. The cache was quickly spotted, signed, and off to the next one.
Thanks!
Thanks!
What a lovely little walk this is, I must return and complete the whole thing - when I'm not geocaching, heh heh heh.
My hundredth find with Nzanz, my beautiful geocaching buddy who first introduced me to it at the mount 6 months ago. Stoked. Tftc
Another wendythebean find.. she is way too good for me today.. lovely walk with a lovely lady.. tftc
Last find for the day..... Again kiwi was sniffing around the wrong tree again....... I thought a mention of Glyn might cheer him up after being pip'd to the post.... But he has decided to do one more..... TFTC
Have not been to this walkway before and it is rather pleasant The find was nice and simple in the obvious spot - the main difficulty was just selecting the correct street for access. I will be back another day to collect the other caches down this walkway

The phone battery died, but had found the general area and had to just look the old fashioned way. Glad to find it, though the walk is so nice coming back wouldn't have been so bad. Tftc!
Nice easy find, nice bush walk. Nice cluster of caches, off to the next one. Tftc
Found cache with Rediguana who was quick off the mark while in Auckland for the NZ Mega TFTC
With the GPS swinging, Mum thought the cache was in one direction, and pointed 9YO to where she thought it may be... meanwhile 5YO was like a drug-dog - he sniffed out the correct location and pawed at it until Dad retrieved the cache.
Did a TB swap
2YO was getting impatient, and was gagging to run across the bridge near the cache. We had to humour her on the way back and run across it!

Yep, those gumboots would have been just perfect walking the track after the night of heavy rain ! Ah well, it's all worth it when you find a nicely placed cache big enough to drop of a TB!
TFTC. Left The Blob TB to continue it's travels.

#483 We followed the path from Why Taiki? Why Not? and got very close according to the coords but went the long way around bushwhacking at about 15m out. Once we eventually found the cache we realised we should have just taken a few more steps down the path and approached from that angle. Ahhh hindsight. TFTC!
Toke a nice stroll along this walkway to GZ. Looked in the same spot several times before finally coming up with the goods. TFTC

Today we went for a walk with the "Meetup" dogwalking group. By coincidence one of the other dogwalkers is the cacheowner haha. The GPS was stunting here. The other dogwalkers were already way away and I was still looking for the eventually easy find.
It was a nice walk, loved to chat with the cacheowner and hoping to do some caching/walking again

Although the path was a bit muddy in places, it was a very mild day. I managed to find the cache fairly quickly.
We knew the secret to this one from the first mattandjax cache nearby. Was a great walk. Sunny day but had been raining earlier so path was muddy. This cache is a bit damp though, could do with an air out. cheers
Got it - the last one in this group After a change to our caching plans Davycrockpot and I ended up out here and took a walk around to grab the caches in the Nature reserves out here. A lovely afternoon stroll. TFTC
Found with Geco72 on a Sunday afternoon. Last one for the day... supposedly. Famous last words. TFTC.
Last one before heading back to Saint Heliers and home. A couple walking along here had a rather large dog which was running back/forth along the path!
Quick find, well hidden, tftc

Disturbed a group of young men settling in for a beer fest on our way to the cache... nice quick find - but some loud and drunk men. t4tc
Didn't take too long to find, nice hide getting a bit muddy on this walk today! Log book is a bit damp but still ok to sign. TFTC
