Stopped in to find this and it looks like it has been muggled again.
If we found the spot correctly the container has a hole in the lid and the contents gone - maybe the horse people don't like it where it is?
We will be back in the future so will keep my eye open for a replacement?!

We could hear the wildlife tonight but none came through the fog to greet us. A pleasingly quick find by torchlight. The lid and bag are damaged but the log is fine. TftC
Drove to the park and got mobbed by hopeful geese. Great hide. Returned to the car and the geese had crossed rhe road but when they saw us they came rushing back. Quite a heart stopping moment as there were cars using the busy road. Thanks. It seems that while I was finding some of your caches you wete finding some of mine.
Great park plenty of ducks tftc

Followed the GPS and went a bit too far, however after turning around and retracing my steps, the neat little hide showed itself. I remember the first here, grabbing that a couple of years.
Thanks for the re-plant and another find for today.

Decided to do some caching around the Terrace today due to a newly published cache. This was number six.
Ducks and geese everywhere but we didn't have anything to give them, but they looked well fed. Maybe next time. This was an easy drive by with a short walk. Thanks Jumpedin2it.

I stood in front acting as cover while Blackie_71 made the retrieval and logging duties. There was a man fishing, but I'm not sure if you would really catch any fish in here????
Cheers from Browngang

There was a muggle fishing in the pond as we arrived, I'm sure he was wondering what we were doing but we were wondering what he was going to catch, carp perhaps?? Browngang shielded me from the muggle as I signed the log, nice hide. Thanks Jumpedin2it.
A quick find by mrs A/dust A great spot .

After a nice walk down the paddock we find this cache very secretly hidden.
There had been people feeding the ducks when we arrived but they had moved along. Lots of puddles for the ducks to enjoy.

MrsFish is Roslyn so we had to find this one, near a nice lake and heaps of ducks and geese, mostly feral. At GZ you are either going to spot it straight away or not at all. Thanks for a good hide.
Found this one but some muggles around and I forgot a pen so not wanting to attract attention i returned it to its hiding place without a signature but i will return to sign it soon.

Arriving near GZ, My son got a little scared as I was only telling him about how agressive Goose can get. It was funny to see all the ducks and goose start to walk towards us , when my son started running off into the direction of the cache ( I was beginning to think there were chickens here too). Anyway, geoson got to GZ and had the cache found and signed before I could get there. He was saying come on Dad whats taking you so long, I tell him that I was just admiring the chickens. TFTCM

Found cache not realizing it was disabled, we replaced the log and the baggie and it is in good nic again. SL, TFTC []:)]
We will be back in Newcastle for a visit next weekend. Will replace the log then.
This was a funny spot.
When we arrived there was bread every where and it was really fresh.
So we threw some in the lake to the ducks and then took some towards the cache and the geese.
We fed the geese and found the cache.
When we walked back to start something huge under the water ate an entire roll.
Wow that some filthy big fish in there, carp obviously and hungry.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Took the bread as advised and yes had all shapes of waddling birds (even a maggie) were trailing after me!
Great hide.

Found easily walked straight to it and saw cache straight away. All the geese left me alone.
Find #199
Found without any darama from the ducks or geese.
Had to dodge plenty of duck poo though.

Mr L&L went ahead and found the cache while I tried to distract the geese with 3 dry crackers! Didn't last too long. What a racket that lot make. Geese do make excellent gaurds, just don't cross a cranky goose but that is another story from my farm days!!
A trotting horse was getting a work out on the nearby track.
TFTC and bringing us here.

Oooo, well done. A nice hide and very neatly executed [^]. Had to run the goose gauntlet on the way to GZ, but when it became apparent we had nothing edible, we were left alone to sign the log and make our way back to the van.
There were a lot of ducks and geese when we pulled up. But the cache was farther off and a nice easy instant find. Thanks
Interesting hide - easy to spot, but I imagine very difficult for anyone to actually remove.
The ducks looked like they expected us to feed them, but we escaped before they could see if we were edible.
Thanks

Nice hide and a different approach to from last time when I hunted the original. Plenty of waterfowl about, thanks.
TFTC.
Brilliant Hide.
Had a good laugh at all the ducks and geese blocking the traffic off.

Mrs R whizzed off to take a quick find while Mr R took heaps of photo's of the locals, lol, thanx for the stop
Amazing place. I've been living in the area for the past 15 years and never visited this fine location. As soon as we pulled up we were harrased by about 100 birds all waiting for a handout but forgot the treats. Beautiful place, we will be back for another visit. TFTC
Found on a drive around town on a nice warm morning. Geo-Amba liked the walk and all the ducks too. No muggles about so a quick easy find. TFTC,

Easy find once I got over the difficulties on approach.
First the google maps brought me in from the top of the hill.
Then I was accosted before I could get out of the car (SEE PHOTO)
And at the end I couldn't open the cache without a lever
Anyway, a nice cache

I was on my way to football across the road and called in to grab this cache, it was a little dificult to spot in the fading light but saw it soon enough. Watched a car doing circuits of the troting track before heading over for my game.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Swampy shoes... They were purple, now they are more of a dull brownish colour... TFTC!
Excellent hide - I love these original ideas. The ducks flew in to join the hunt - kind of them. Thanks for the cache.
Wow - attack ducks! They flew in from over the road to say g'day and provided a noisy escort. Great hide - a most enjoyable experience. Thanks.
