#15,561. Park, walk and grab off Vanguard Street in Nelson. The GZ was fortunately all quiet at the time of our visit. Found after a short search and using the helpful additional hints. Good hide. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.*Thanks for the geocache placement, and for bringing us to this site, and **.T h a n k s. .f o r. .t h e. .c a c h e.**.M a u r u u r u. .k o e. .n u i. .a t u. .h o k i. .t e. .k e t e r o k i.*---### LET US HAVE A BLOCK PARTY!!! ###On **May 3rd, 2025**, we will be celebrating 25 years of geocaching in **Rotorua, New Zealand** with a special **Block Party** event. I originally (1yr ago) found the cache for the one true ring and logged it as that. That hide seems to have disappeared off the map and my record was shifted to this cache, which I had never looked for. Found it with Rouille1 on 1 Sept, so am logging it this way.
Good find on a quiet Sunday. Bit of water in it but not too bad after a huge thunderstorm the night before! TFTC
Arrived in Nelson early and had some time up my sleeve before on of the shops opened. This cache was close by so came to check it out. Got rewared with a tub of water down my arm but the cache container was all dry thankfully. CheersIts International Geocaching Day and I am after my souvineer so the event in Nelson is on my radar so its a trip over the divide today. An early start on the road with some caching and shopping before and after the event. With the finale the new LAB in Marsden Valley to check out all the awesome fairy houses. Thanks to all COs for an awesome day.
Had to do a bit of crawling but once we found it it seemed obvious. Careful when you unclip it because it was filled with water
323. Hey from Aus! Found yesterday. Love the cache inside the cache. FULL of water in first cache. Thanks for this cool one
Found on the ground with some loose camo covering it, so made sure to click it back up into place once I had signed the log, TFTC
First find for today, spending the morning wandering around Nelson finding a few nearby caches before flying off to Christchurch this afternoon. Nice and simple one, outer container a bit wet but logbook in good condition. Thanks for the cache!
Nice quick find as we do a little shopping close by. Greetings from Canada. TFTC
On holiday amd mum was in the op shop so soptes in you get this. Great cache although no lid on the outer container

Going past on a Saturday, I was able to park and wander around unseen. An interesting stop, I wouldn't have know all this was here. Thanks very much!
Have left Bamford the Lion (version 2) Travel bug TBKKA6. He's heading for the United Kingdom so please help him on his way if you can
Pretty easy to find but was a bit challenging to get off . My retired civil engineer hubby couldn't figure out how to dislodge it, but the Geocaching Queen did . Touring your majestic country from the States. Thanks for the clever hide!
From Picton to Nelson a very curved rod and no easy to stop with some care behind you.
That is not easy when there are people.
Thank for this box.

A quick find. Nice and dry. Left a doll for a young cacher in the future to find. TFTC
In the area to complete the Abel Tasman Walk with NZ Travellers and what better way to check out the area than a wander and some cache finding.
Nice quick find here although there was a lot of water in the container which we emptied out.
Thanks for the cache!

In Nelson with Keylev and kapitikids to do the Abel Tasman walk and had a few hours to wander around the CBD. Found this cache while walking around collecting adlab way points. container full of water. Drained and all good, log dry. TFTC!
Found on our visit over this way from Blenheim for an appointment. A beaut day for a wander around the city. TFTC
Hosing down with rain didn't stop team NZH heading out for some hot caching action after tea. No mucking round here, Mrs NZH was on fire! She found it immediately for a quick signing. Sensational! Interesting spot in the centre of town that Mrs NZH takes our wee-est critter to most weeks - good folk here.
Yip, looks like some fella or fella-ess is sleeping here from time to time (as mentioned by others, but not tonight (or probably any rainy night as they'd be supa-soggy!) It'd make for an interesting find though disturbing a human here at the same time!
To all those involved, TFTC and the maintenance.

Interesting hide. Someone is sleeping at the cache site. Wouldn't be too surprised if it is muggled in the near future.
There was some bedding items here, so someone must be using this as a place to sleep. I didn't disturb those things, but was still able to make the find and return it successfully. TFTC.
Was it really 2017 since I was last in Nelson? Anyway, today was a time to revisit locations, and attempt to avenge some previous DNF's. What a difference almost 4 years of caching makes - I had no problems here today, and the cache is still in great condition. TFTC
This was a quick find while in the area this afternoon, and all in good order. To be honest I felt a little conspicuous while retrieving and replacing the cache but thankfully I managed both tasks pretty quickly.
Thanks very much for the cache.
Thanks very much for the cache.
We just happened to be close by today so went in to find the cache. It wasn't the most suitable day to look for this, although perhaps relevant. Thanks for the cache.
This one has been on my radar for a long time and yep, Saturday is the right day to make a find. All good with the cache and a decent size to drop off a TB that I've been travelling with for a few months. Thanks TeamElliottFamily and Kiwi_Explorer.
Visiting from Tauranga and thoroughly enjoying the Nelson vibe. Once our GPS sorted out which actual corner was of interest to us, we had a good time working out the rest. Interesting cache, thanks. The pen in the cache didn't work, so we added a pencil in case anyone is caught short. Plus a little bit of SWAG as it's a good size cache too. TFTC
