I think the gardeners hot this one.....I left empty handed today.
This one needs a CO check please.
Interesting rail history though, thanks

Interesting rail history though, thanks
It would appear the previous location for this cache has been muggled by gardeners. CO needs to check if this cache still exists or archive it as it has not been found since Oct 2106.
No luck for us here today. Log notes told us to look in a slightly different place than originally described but were thinking some gardening work has taken place since the last find in October. Never mind, the history was interesting. We'll watch to see if someone else uncovers it. Cheers... Gaztek
Found it pretty easily, however that was with the help of someone else's picture that basically showed the hiding spot. The container is not/no longer a film canister but rather a mint tin wrapped in duct tape as pictured.

Quite an easy find in the end, though I had my dog with me and the grass is over-run with bindies so I had to carry her. Ignore the hint, at least the part about tree type.
It says it is a film canister but no it's not so.... Well it wasn't a gum tree either. But it was still fun finding it. TFTC
Sketched the gums and nothing, Escher a nearby tree and found what I came for . TFTC
Found on our Mothers Day cache expedition. Lid was damaged and separate from container. Replaced container. TFTC
Had to do some quick talking so an elderly muggle on bicycle did not come and help me look. Apart from that I agree with a previous logger not a gum tree but that tree is near a gum tree.TFTC.
Nice easy find, great hint. Cache holder has broken lid and needs replacing. TFTC
needs maintenance - cap broken not weatherproof - tried to replace to water wont get in - easy find
Slowly plowing my way through my caching calendar (I'm not very dedicated) and saw this was on the way tonight so decided to have a look. Cache was found easily enough but that container definitely needs some attention, it has become very brittle and is in no way any kind of water proof, lucky it hasn't rained for a while I guess! Anyway coords took me right to it, thank you!
We have visited some nice parks during our trip today in Northmead, Winston Hills, Baulkham Hills and Bella Vista and found this nice cache.

Found this one earlier today. On my way home from having coffee at Winston Hills shops with my folks. I have wanted to get this once since starting this hobby finally got it today. TFTC.

We came for this one at night but there was still plenty of light around for us to make the find. It wasn't where we expected it to be but shouldn't be too difficult as long as your remain thorough. TFTC!
Found this one with P&Q on our night time caching. So many trees to pick from. At first we were not sure we had found the cache or something else. Log was full but we managed to find a spot to sign.
In the dark we were not sure it was the cache or some drugs parafenalia. Logs are full but managed to scribble or names:)

13:45, 22 July 2015. #214. The cammo wasn't as apparent as it should have been and the lid is cracked, but otherwise in good condition.

Found it, not quite where I expected. But reading the clue. It was where it says it is........just different. Log running out of space, may need replenishing soon.
I could just be a moron, but I am certain I was at the right spot and honestly could not find it.
Stopped on the way to Baulkham Hills to grab this one. I didn't know there used to be a railway/tramway in the area. Interesting history. TNLN, SL Visited a TB. TFTC steampunkned.
Found by GK6 as the rest of us looked about for the siding. A neighbour from across the road was walking his dog and seemed to be heading over our way before veering off. TFTC.
11/09/14. 6:55 AM. Cache #1832. Streak Day #81. 2nd of a pair of caches this morning before things get too busy. After finding the multi "VK2ME" near Carlingford, I wanted one more for the day and a reasonably easy looking traditional without a bush walk. This one looked the goods and didn't fail to deliver - it was easy enough to get quickly before the traffic starts getting too heavy. TFTC }:)
Nice quick find. It was a bit dark to discover any evidence of an old train siding. SL #1563 on streak day #783 TFTC
Was close by doing the " breathless" cache so popped over this one. The photos had me looking high but the hint soon put me right. TFTC
It was a nice quick and easy park and grab on our way home to have lunch.

Wow, you would never realise that there used to be rail here. Cache was quickly found and log signed. Assumably the cache was painted in the past? Not much paint on it now, but it was still well camoed when I found it. TFTC!
Found it. Great camouflage. Missed it the first time but came back 2 hours later and bingo our first find. Great work Andrey and Nanny.
TFTC found in a storm.

Quick park and grab. Muggle traffic on the road was a bit much so had to do this fairly quick. Re Camoéd as per previous log states. Not so noticeable now.

Geocache: # 1,144.
Found on: Thursday, 23rd January 2014.
Current streak: # 177 days.
Today's finds: 1 of 1.
Caching party: none.
I headed out in the afternoon with the geo-pup to keep the current streak alive and also take him for a walk. I needed to travel a little further today towards the Hills District because the local caches around my area caches are starting to dry up. Once at Ground Zero, it was quick find and soon had the Cache In Hand. I performed the signing duties before returning the cache to its original hiding location. Signed Log, Took Nothing Left Nothing. Thanks For The Cache steampunkned.

Had to dig around, but I found it! Lots of yellow flowers on the tree next to it!!
Last cache for the day. Interesting about history. Signed the log. Thanks steampunkned.
#177 (1 of 3 today)
Easy find even without iPhone actually updating to let me home in. Admit to worrying that some neighbour is looking out a front window... One started walking their dog as I arrived.

Finally found it after quite a bit of scratching around in the super thick layer of freshly laid mulch. TNLNSL / TFTC
As the wind tore over the ridge top at 100km/hr and the gum trees threatened to break under nature's fury I collected this little cache. Almost lost the log sheet into the tempest but managed to SL before ducking for cover.
Grrrr buried. Struggled to sign due to sprained wrist. Grrrrr muggles from bus. Grrrr tftn
Found it! This one was my first micro sized cache. More difficult than some I've found. Went in the early morning so it didn't require much stealth.

Never realised this park was here. Quick visit and find on a pleasant morning. TFTC
Ahhh finally.
Another third attempt, was pretty certain I wouldn't find this one today as the whole area has been re-mulched, so I figured it would be gone.
Nevertheless, had a quick look from the road and spotted it within two minutes or so. Walked through, made the quick grab, signed at the bus stop (Log is full), then placed back and headed off.
Great to finally have this one off the list.
Thanks for the cache.

Good spot. Found after a little searching (the clues were a little misleading). Log needs to be replaced (no room left to write entries).
