Whilst this is a good location, I will archive and either open it up for someone else to place a cache or I will place a new one at some time.
Alice trip 2017. Day 3. My third day of lone travel and it took me from Renmark to Burra via Barmara. A real mixture of caches today, including a great walk by the banks of the Murray near the border. No luck for me either.
Thanks.

The log at GZ was completely submerged in the recent flood. We couldn't find ant cache.
Should've used my GPS as my phone app was going in circles! Quick find once we worked out roughly where GZ was! TFTC!
Beautiful location. Perfect weather and great little hide to spend some time at.
TheCatBandits family day out caching on this freezing cold rainy day we had a great family day out anyway. Found cache no worries it is a lovely spot to have a quick break and take in the surrounds TFTC crane2
A very nice spot and a quick find. The kids were interested in the large ant colony nearby. We finally investigated the biird hide as well, having driven past many times. TFTC crane2
A great day's caching as I head toward Berri, it was a lovely warm sunny day with great scenery, I enjoyed the find here, and all others I had time to visit.

Not too many ants for me but a nice spider web covering where I suspected the cache was... I was brave & found the cache!
Beware of the large ant nest near this one. The little blighters bite and cling. One of the occupational hazards of caching I guess. Too busy looking at the GPS and not noticing where I had stopped. A few metres away the cache was easily located. Got back to the campervan and noticed that I was still holding the log book though. Duh! Returned it and decided it was time to quit for the day and go and set up camp and have happy hour. Thanks.
Found on the way back from a day of golf, left a golf tee as a momento! Beautiful spot, TFTC!
Found It!
Hart Lagoon was more of a Hart Plain today - no water to be seen...

Today is day three of our trip away. We set off for Berri to spend 3 days caching the Riverland area, joined by earthlight and Gwen from The X-Trailers. This was a good opportunity to find (or DNF) caches while trialling out our new tent and camping accessories, gearing up for when we head off to the QLD Mega at the end of March. We started out in temperatures of 38ºc before that first evening brought light showers, although not enough to dull the 41ºc temp for day two. Day three was a much nicer day as the day cooled down to a nice 28ºc. We managed 200+ finds on this trip. On day two we found caches in 3 states in 1 day being SA, VIC & NSW, that was quite a highlight. No snakes were spotted, guess it was too hot for them but we had one roo bound slowly across the road in front of us. Next trip back here will be with the boat, there are plenty of river caches to hunt for and naturally all the ones we didn't have time for. TFTC
Walked along from the caravan park at dusk. Only to discover it was the same walk we were planning in the morning. Did the longer walk round the lake area in the morning it says 5 km but is 6.7 km longest walk since the accident 12 months ago. There is a lot of wild life in the area.
Riding through the area on the Bicycle SA Annual Tour, travelling from
Adelaide to Renmark and stopping at various towns along the way with 200
other riders.
Riding day 4 from Morgan to Waikerie, a short easy ride only 50 km.
A very interesting peaceful spot
An easy find

Still leisurely touring South Australia after the Mega
Camped for a few days at Holder Bend we decided to head out and explore town. We started off visiting the tourist info centre then to the Cholcolate shop... Oh wow, oh wow. [:X]
Then off to explore the surrounds and some history. Lovely spot here, been no rain for a while so no problems with mud today. Picked up the poor orphan TB.
Sadly there were a few DNF's today but such fantastic weather.
Thanks for the cache and for helping us explore the local area.

At first I thought the cache was the gross shoe, but then I found the real one. TFTC.
Found while visiting South Australia for the OzMega Event. Thanks for your cache crane2
Found this cache while In SA to attend Oz Mega. Travelled today from Karoonda to Berri. Enjoyed the variety of caches along the way and the many novel hides. Thanks for your cache crane2

Serene place as the evening comes in. The light on the water at this time of day is really something. Tftc
We thought the cache was an old shoe for a brief minute, but was found soon thereafter
Found at 8:45 AM GAFF5 in the company Robmc and BB#. After a few days of unsettled weather, we hit the jackpot today! A wonderful still morning with masses of water birds floating on the water. The morning sunlight also lit the area which just gave us a wonderful sense of peacefulness.
Found the shoe as well as the cache!
Thanks crane2.

# 5293. Robmc and I are in SA to tackle a few of the many Series and others along the way. We have now been joined by pprass to join in the adventures.
Today we decided to do some caching around Waikerie and Loxton and try to finish off the Wandering Heroes Series.
This was our first cache for the day down by the lagoon and it was nice to see the pelicans cruising around. I gather the water can rise a lot higher here when the river is high.
Thanks crane2

A busy day with BettyBoo3747 and half of Pprass. In the morning we tackled local Riverland caches, and in the afternoon the end of the Wandering Heroes series.
It is good to see these areas are being rehabilitated. The insects can be horrible otherwise.
Thanks, Robmc.

Day 4 of a caching long weekend to Mildura with Aussie M&M and mogni. . Having parted ways with mogni who was caching her way to Melbourne we began to cache our way home. I have renamed this Hurt Lagoon after Mrs. M took a tumble on the way to the cache. Interesting camo. Thanks crane2
This was the last day of our Sunraysia caching adventure with mogni and brisal5. Sadly it was time to travel home. We did a couple of caches with mogni before parting ways and the two M's and brisal5 then made a slow and quite indirect journey home picking up what we could along the way.
The lagoon looked wonderful as sunset approached. Mr took photos, Mrs M had her customary fall, and brisal5 made the find. Fairly eventful really. TFTC crane2.

Darknstormy and i wanted to head out for a big caching, photography and sight seeing day while staying in Morgan for the weekend and this one was found in our travels sorry for the generic log but it was a huge day and i dont remember details of all the caches found Thanks Crane2
Miss GG and I wanted to make the most of this beautiful weather, so we put some caches on the GPS and set off for a day of caching, sight seeing and photography.
We clocked up some KM's and saw some great sights, took some nice photos and had a good laugh..
Sorry for the generic log, we tried to add little notes for them all, but some times you just forget.
Great location to very nice at this time of year For this I will award you a favorite

Stopped to take some pics of the salinity. Ah the salinity. Noticed this one nearby. Found quickly but the cache companion made me tread carefully in retrieval. Thanks!
