Thought have a quick look, even though all the DNF didn't give me much hope. Like many before me, I too came up empty handed. I think the terrain rating needs to be looked at.
Certainly not where I expected this one to be….given the previous 2 logs, maybe this one has gone MIA. TFTC
After searching for an hour...reading through ALL logs...looking at all pics...checking both sides of bridges .in hollows...holes....under it...around it..on top of it finally gave up when someone stopped and asked if I was suicidal as they saw me sitting on the top....man a better hint perhaps???
# 7469 In Dubbo for the weekend with iPlod65, this time being shown around the town's geocaches. Lovely spring-like conditions which makes a nice change from Canberra.
Took a bit of searching. Hint was no use.
Thanks Club Koala

I'm leaving the new Mrs Mister JD at home while I go to care for my aged Mum in Brisbane for a couple of weeks while my brother visits his grandkids in Sydney. I'm looking forward to seeing
mum but sad to be leaving my wife at home. I'm taking four days for the trip because
I want to find caches, and long trips are way in my past due to my crook back. Caching is ideal as I can stop and start practically as I like. Today's leg is home to Dubbo. I got off to a late start, and found the traffic out of Canberra was horrendous, so I took a back road just out of town, and finished up doing part of a power trail before I got to Yass. I really enjoyed that road, but took too long and found only a few more on the rest of the day. I did stop quite a few times for my back and to give Sophie GeoSchnauzer a bit of a run. Sophie is a bit sad, we have just lost her lifetime companion, Oscar GeoSchnauzer at the ripe old age of fifteen and a half.
This is day 2 of my journey, driving from Dubbo to Tamworth via less traveled ways. We started in Dubbo, collecting caches, fuel and supplies, then headed to Dunedoo, then on to Coolah, Breeza and Carroll. finding caches and a couple of delightful power trails along the way.
We headed out for this one, and found it after a bit of searching on the wrong side of the tracks. The dog got a walk out of it.
Find no 3 of 25 today. Thanks, Club Koala

This was quite tricky. I had the right idea but came up with nothing. Did a wander around and the right idea turned out to be correct. Very clever spot.
Found by Mary and David at 11:30. Only 30C today, much better than the above 40C temperatures we've had further north. Lunch in Parkes soon. .A lot of smoke haze everywhere from the bushfires. A quick find and, no, we didn't bump our heads. Our thanks to Club Koala.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

A lot easier than I thought that was going to be.
What a shame to see a car burnt out near here.

Hi there Club Koala.
We found your cache **"Watch your Head"** at 1:31:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 17376).
Today we cached around Dubbo. We ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes hidden along the way. Today we found 4 caches (& DNF'd 1). Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards

Last day on the road with LuckyL10n as we head for home after our road trip to Alice Springs and Darwin. No problems with the finds we had and all was good.

#7330 - 12:00; Day 30 and the penultimate day on the road for the Alice Mega Road Trip with Sol de lune, albida33 and fitzy_1965. After attending the Red Centre Experience event in Alice Springs and then heading north to Darwin, we are now headed for home. After a night in Nyngan, the plan for the day was to collect the local caches before heading over to Nevertire, Warren, Trangie and Narromine (signing logs A.L.F.S.). That's where Sdl and I would leave the other two and head over to Dubbo (signing most as LL & SDL or vice versa) for some GCA caches, before meeting up again at Peak Hill and going through to Parkes for our last night on the road. Most of the caches we located were in good order, including this one, our first stop in Dubbo. TFTC Club Koala

We had been trying for this one yesterday, but did not have any success. After having read some old logs, once we had internet connection, we realised that the cache might still be there, even though not exactly at the given coordinates. Passing by today again, we stopped and widened our search area from yesterday. It still took some time, and the place where we eventually found the cache did not match the hint in any way we could understand.
Woo, tftf, GPS was sending me in circles haha, took a swing from the name and found it.
Sorry, don't particularly like climbing around this sort of stuff. Poor phone & internet, hard to get bearings. DNF
Found at 1629. Had a bit of a look around the GZ before spotting a good cache hide tried it and there it was. TFTC.
