The cache has unfortunately gone missing and needs replacing. Had a good look around and after searching through the bark found a piece of old ziplock bag and a lost travel bug.
Harriet's first GeoCache and loved finding some treasure in a tree trunk with horses running past.
Found it and as of course while I'm sitting in the grass about half a dozen muggles chose that moment to go past , awkward as hell waiting for them to go
We planned a roadside caching afternoon today, as master 3 year old was coming, then changed his mind! It rained anyway, so perfect park and grab weather, less muggles too.... Newcastle out to Paterson today, 12 finds and 2 DNFs. Great weather for ducks.....
We love country roads, even this hyper-corrugated one. The cache was in the obvious spot at GZ, contents all very dry. TFTC....

Say we found it.

Quick grab. Cows were staring at us and we saw a water dragon. Left some toys.
Very quick find on the way to a party. Took a slight detour with my wife and son, along this very picturesque road. The cache was located very quickly as there really is only one place it can be. Took the cache back to the car to sign and let my son trifle through the swaps. Returned and were soon on our way. We continued on and were relieved when the bridge was not out.
Thanks for taking us on this really lovely road with amazing views (and the cache)!

Everyman and their sock puppet has found this, log is filling up with Muppets. TFTC
Nice quick find. We had a silhouetted figure watching us from a distant house, took the camera out and took some shots to cover suspicions
Tftc
The corrugations almost killed the car but still found and signed the cache so I didn't have to go back over the gravel.
Love getting out to these new places

Found it. Thanks for the cache. I also left two trackables for someone to help on their journey.
TFTC!! I had never been down this road before! Very peaceful. Snails everywhere tonight. Great spot =)
I love country roads. Nice and quiet spot with no one around except a few sheep.
Belated log! Love the fact that you could drive past this every day and never even know.
Lovely warm day today, great enjoyed around maitland caches... easy to find as good spot to GZ and hide well, thanks....
There has been lots of rain lately and flood water everywhere.
There was a Road Closed sign but we went around it and had a look.
You can still drive right up to the Caches hiding spot. ( 17.3.2013 )
My son found it by himself.
We took the Small plastic container out but the Smurf that was supposed to be in it was gone.
We are going to use the container as a Cache container so keep your eyes peeled for some more local hiding spots.
We put a Frog in because we thought it would enjoy all the water.
And a snake because of all the long grass nearby.

Came up to Maitland today to grab a few old and new caches.
Quite a bit of water over the road on the way to this one but no problem for the Forester. A quick drive by. Nicely placed cache. We also like driving on country roads. Thanks morgans2320

good hiding place. did this with my friend. i found it after doing the little digger down the road
Found it. loved the beautiful horses and hare bounding away as we approached "the shortest" Reminded my son of the story of the three trees and their destiny. (watch this traditional folk tale at- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mHXS1XvMrM&list=PLE302D57731C0C68B ).
After spending the morning at the Maitland markets it was time to do some caching. We were organized today and even had a list of caches we were hoping to find. This was one of them and we enjoyed the hunt.
Thanks to morgans2320.

After finding Little Digger up the road, Possum Blossom and I drove down to this cache's location. On the way we saw some cows and horses and, of course, we had to stop and take a look. A quick find followed. We continued along the road toward Cessnock Rd and found it to be quite corrugated.... a typical country road. On the way out we found some more horses and these were close enough for a pat. Thanks morgans2320 for a most enjoyable drive in the country this afternoon.

Poppy and I loved driving down this country road. I easpecially enjoyed seeing all the cows and horses. There were lots. After we signed the log and returned the cache we drove by the creek and found more cows to look at. My Poppy spotted some horses nearby and we could give them a pat. I really liked that. Thanks morgans2320 for showing us this lovely countryside.
