Hi there youngoldfella, we found your cache Turtle Trail - Corymbia today. This is day one of our Barolin Bike Bonanza power trail" experience. Ian is riding the bike, and Penny will be reading a book and providing recovery support. Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking. Cache Condition: Good. Regards Ian & Penny (Found and logged using Cachly).
Out caching with KabbellaQld and Danielle46 signed as KTD quick and easy find Tftc
Decided to tick off more of the caches in the nearby reserve before the heat sets in. Meandered around with ToucanKB and Danielle46, signing KTD. Then collected two in this zone. The redolent odour and hundreds of seeds that hitched a lift on our clothing made lingering in this location unpleasant. The stump referred to in the hint is now lying on its side so look for that rather than an upright stump. Tftc
Teen Tribe Homeschool Co-Op kids are with us today and really enjoyed finding their first cache! Thanks for the challenge.
Hubby has a SUP race on this weekend at Elliot Head with a plan to stay in Bargara. Since Ive not been up here for a couple of years, I thought I would tag along and grab some caches all of the way and while hes racing.Since Hubby will need the car, I have bought my trusty e-bike along for the trip.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I found your cache, Turtle Trail - Corymbia today. This is my 3178 find.youngoldfella, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
Saw 2 massive kangaroos which was really cool. We were really close to finding it but we were greeted by a snake so we aborted the search.
Spending a few days in Bundaberg and out in the Barolin Nature Reserve caching with RoddyC, Hatzofff, chamad and GEM_54 and using the name BUGARAS for these. Lots of walking but good paths. Enjoyed the day.TFTC
Whoo hoo! Cache number 3000! Nice to reach this milestone at last. Cache all in good order, signed and replaced. TFTC!
Lots of high grass and was worried about snakes so I couldnt search too hard. Maybe next time
I found it!!! It was hard at first but then I found it.. Thank you for planting this.

Logging with the permission from the CO. This was our last hunt for our long weekend away in Bargara and it didnt end that well. We were actually on our way to recheck another DNF that we had from yesterday so why not compound the situation. We have to extend a very big thank you to YOF for all the caches and fun you have brought us in Bundaberg and surrounds. We have left a few around the traps so we can come back again for some more great times in the future. tftc
On our way to check on a DNF from yesterday we left with another one. In fact it will be on our last hunt in Bargara so we will be leaving with a bad taste in our mouths. Hopefully the Pork Madagascar at the Spotted Dog, Railway Hotel and a few beers will remove it. Thanks anyway

Went out this morning and found a new GZ. All good to go. Amended Description
I had some one check this one today for me and the council are still in the close proximity to what was GZ for this one. I will visit this one every week to see when council finally their tidy up after the project work.
About to leave for Longreach and will not be home till the 25th September. Still work in progress in this location.
Saw the DNF log and went for a drive. Dirt everywhere and right where the cache hide should be. Will disable this one till the construction works ( laying a new pipeline) are completed
A quick search for this one using phone GPS as hadn’t planned on caching. Unfortunately couldn’t find in-between regular muggles passing by. Looks like lots of people have been looking and scratching around. Maybe next time.
A good Search for us today in this area, but no luck sadly
We did enjoy walking through the trails of this beautiful forest park.
Thanks Ozibags

Took time with my wife to head for a walk along the trail here. A very pleasant afternoon weather wise and an interesting area to check out. Grab 8 or so caches along the way, and all were found without issue. Passed a few others who were also out enjoying the sunshine.
Thanks again Ozibags...all good here.

Didn't expect to find it in that location, but all other hints helped make sure we kept our heads down and focussed!
It took a while to find this but I am happy to say it is the first of hopefully many.
Gps accurate but confusing it is a great hiding spot

Was a bit tricky to find, look low and don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. Geo-location is accurate
No luck unfortunately. We read a few logs to help us, but nothing cache related was uncovered.
This one was a little trickier but Master 9 says "Looking up, will force defeat! Keep your eyes down at your feet". Good luck
Took client looking for treasure but was unable to locate. My gps kept moving so made looking for small item almost impossible
Found 0800 hrs
Took Black Betty for a bit of a spin this morning to grab a couple of local caches while staying in the area.

I was advised by a cacher who had found this one previously that it was no longer there. I have replaced this one for the CO and it is not in the post any longer. Base grounded. I look after this cache and a few others for the CO as he lives interstate.
This is our second geocache, very cool as this is the first one we found. Great fun on a great day.
Found this one, my phone show me over the top of cache, but told me I was 3m to left, I stood and studied surrounds and found easily. TFTC.
Found it 23-07-22. Council has cleared a big part of this space for further tree planting. I was concerned it may have been bull dozed.
Very fun walk from one cache to another. Fairly east to find! 3 year old found it.
Coongoola & Geodog are on an adventure after attending the Townsville Mega event in Qld. We found your cache today 22 May 2022 2:49 pm , while enjoying another day out adding to our tally. TFTC Ozibags
We left Nielsen park after finishing our esplanade walk and one of the adventure labs and headed off on this turtle trail for a bit.
Soon spotted the hide near the Moreton bay Ash bearing its name but the container is indeed missing. I signed a small piece of paper and poked it into the lid as a temporary log but it does need fixing.
