I don't know why, but this wasn't showing up in my GSAK as archived - so without realising it wasn't there, I went for a look. As would be likely on an archived cache, I didn't find it, and it was quickly turning to dusk. I gave up, but about where GZ was, there were a few little bits of soggy but now dried paper on the ground, so I picked them up, put them in my pocket and came home. With good light and careful dismembering, I dissected a few remains of (a small bit of) the logbook, and I could make out a few words of what was probably the first page of the log book: Sc (beginning of Schoolies vs Skaters) and on another scrap the other side of the page "aters" Pl (beginning of placed by) on another scrap "Red", and underneath the "aters" is "Kangaroo" and "21 Oct 10". There was another snippet with the date 29 and TF (presumably half of TFTC) (maybe a bit of beetles or OldSaints log?) and quite a few bits of the lined paper with no writing on it (If I sign it can I claim it as a find? Ha ha). Photo uploaded.

Ohh... we loaded this cache onto our GPS in mid-November... then wandered over today, and found a likely hiding spot but no actual cache! Then we checked the web site again. Decommissioned. Ah well, it was a nice trek.

Archive due damage.

Disabled for maintenance and repositioning.

Quick find at new co ords as per last log. Area is very muddy and alas the cache is soaked through.

Didn't see previous updated co-ords....quickish search for a no show.....didn't have much time to spare....will try again next time past...Cheers.

This one took a bit of searching. Resorted to hint and still had to look for a while. Our GPSs were pointing to a GZ that was about 10 metres from the actual GZ. If the next finder is having trouble maybe S42 41.725 E147 14.982 might be of help. Tim The Enchanter will be back here with his Mountain Bike for a bit of Jump Practise. TFTC Cheers Quilter

Heading south to collect some of the mystery caches we have solved when we noticed a couple newer caches at Pontville and this one. Took a little while to find but we eventually nabbed it. But not before we turned over a lot of obstacles. Thanks.

No luck at new coords

Hint added for new coordinates. Cache definitely still in it's hiding spot.

** Coordinates Changed From **
S 42° 41.797 E 147° 15.029
Distance From Old: 501.4 feet or 152.8 meters.
Cache moved to discourage muggling.

Replaced in a safer spot.

This cache does appear to have disappeared. Sorry guys.

I will replace and consider a slight move to a less trafficked area and see how it goes.

Sorry, but I think this one has been muggled. Had a good look for it today but no joy was to be had. Checked with red tag to ensure I was in the right area; still no success. It was a great hide for your first one. Welcome to game and hope you enjoy caching. Cheers OldSaint.

FTF to Swampy! It has been a very long time since I have nabbed an FTF.
Nice sunny morning and a bit of wind but still pleasant.
A mother muffle and her 2 offspring at the skate area but I was able to recover the cache without any problems. Later in the day could be challenging though...
TNLN. Thanks for the cache.

Not sure how much we missed Swampy by but looks like we have to wait even longer for a FTF Sad
