Found this the other day with eimajesordaman and forgot to log. Nice and easy. Log signed as TRNZ.
Travelling from Manawatu to Hawkes Bay today, and caching along the way! This was our sixth find for the day, after a few unsuccessful attempts. Nice to make a quick find here, TFTC!
Decided to go for a Sunday evening drive. Had to wait a while for someone down the road to leave before I hopped out to begin my search. Nice easy find. Thanks for the cache!
I stepped through the long, thick grass. I'm pleased you don't have snakes in New Zealand. Then dug through long grass to make the find. Cache and log are okay. TFTC skindo.
With Gap (of Fap and Gap)… We’re on a big Easter weekend excursion visiting Vikings and anything else in between.
Easter Sunday: Our big plan for today was to relocate. Anywhere on the western side of the ranges would be ideal. Our main focus was mostly on completing AdLabs… Since we had to travel via Woodville, we chose a route following the Manawatu River. We were able to pick up a small trail of lonely caches.
It was good to get away from Highway 2 at this point. This cache brought us onto a quieter route with easy roadside parking. Another good find here - Thanks Skindo. TFTC.

Found on our road trip from Blenheim visiting family in the North. All good here. TFTC
Stopped off here for a quick find as I head south because it looks as though it will fit into one of the challenges I am currently working on. TFTC # 18,686
In the Manawatu to complete the PWGT and of course get a few other caches. This was my first stop for the day. Thanks skindo

On the way back to Palmerston North from Napier, decided to stop and grab this one. I remember the silos that use to be there. Thanks for the cache.
400 Caches!!
It has been so much fun getting to 400 caches.
After a long road trip today I needed a quick park and grab to get me to this milestone.

After a DNF on the cache entering Dannevirke we added this to the programme after seeing the link to Fonterra. We are returning from a trip that had a focus on helping our daughter settle into her new home in Auckland where she works for Fonterra. It was an easy find and we soon returned to SH2 as we were heading for Lower Hutt.
Thanks.
Thanks.
First of seven caches located today (not including the five credited for an Adventure Lab outside Palmerston North) on day 10, sadly our last day, of our motorhome summer holiday to Hawkes Bay. Today we travelled from Dannevirke back to Wellington, picking up a few caches along the way. This one was a quick find. #3704. TFTC.
I decided to use the opportunity of having a quiet few days off work to drive over to the Hawkes Bay in order to be a cacher in that region for the first time.
It only took a moment of hunting around before I made the find. Cache was nicely hidden away in an obvious spot (for a cacher). On opening the container, there was nothing untoward found with the log, which was signed before the whole lot was replaced back where I found it.
Thanks for setting this cache up, and I wish you a happy and prosperous 2021

The start of a long fun day collecting skindo caches with Denomynator. We’ve come so far north the cache names have Hawkes Bay after them!
Found while driving through from a visit to Taradale after a few days in Waipukurau cycling in the area. Lots of quiet scenic roads and manageable hills. Thanks for the cache
Well we both work for Fonterra so the Milk Train is a little special to us. This was a quick locate and we are also intrigued at what the key is for?
Found with little blue hen. We decided that travel overseas as planned this year was now a distant memory and as we hadn't been to Napier for over 10 years a short break was in order. Woodville was our stop for breakfast and coffee and a few caches locally were on our to do list. From there we selected a few caches between Woodville and Napier and managed to nab a few despite wet weather that came and went. Thanks for the opportunity to stop and cache. Tftcsl
The lockdown has lifted, but with our International wings clipped, a domestic road trip is in full swing.
A nice little spot, Thanks

On a weekend road trip to Napier to see sir Elton, and finding a few caches on the way. This was one of them. All good here, TFTC
Quick find today en route to Gisborne. All good in the hide, while we were there a long goods train came by, lots of cars and vehicles but no milk. TFTC
Found by Blenheim Bear on a work trip from New Plymouth to the Tararuas, got to break up the journey so let’s do some well fav’ed caches. Thanks for the cache Blenheim Bear
#908. The rain has nearly cleared on this Wellington-Napier road trip. GPS bounced me around, but finally sussed out which Skindo landmark hid GZ. Didn’t get too wet. Only some scrappy bits of paper in the cache, so I put a new log in.

Another classic skindo hide. Like the previous finder, I too wondered what the key is for? TFTC. Cheers
We are visiting from Toronto ON Canada to spend 25 days with our daughter who lives in Wellington NZ. We have planned a driving tour of both the north island and the south Island. Quick stop at GZ. Found at 11:08 AM. Thank you Skindo for placing and maintaining this cache.
This was the sixth day of my twelve day trip to go to the Wellington Mega. So much for the preliminary caching, I am finally heading to Wellington for the Mega.
The log is now completely full. TFTC.

Mrs S found this, the last one before we really need to find a place to stay overnight and the place we have chosen is still quite a long way off.
Thanks for another smilie Skindo.
Thanks for another smilie Skindo.
I found this one on the way back to Woodville from signing off 29 caches south of Dannevirke and wanted to round my smilies to a nice round number.
Cheers for the cache.

Found on a round trip in NZ. A short stop at the place and signed the log book. TFTC.
It was time for another break on our journey north and we headed for this cache, which we soon found. Then it was into the town for coffee and cake. Is the milk train still running?
Quick stop on our way north. Interesting to see the huge depot, though the railway siding hasn't been used in some time
Another little detour off the main road on the way back to Wellington, and another quick find. TFTC

Found with technz. Very interesting about the milk, thanks for sharing we never knew.
Easily found in the dark. Out on a numbers run with Infoferret so log signed either with my name, or for speed, 'IE' or 'EI'. TFTC
On a caching foray with EthNZ into the Wairarapa today - No 48 in the race to 50 in a day, car, mind, body and phone battery willing! I like these quick finds (even in the dark)! TFTC.
We have been on holiday in party of 25 campervans with the Caravan Club from England and have tried to find at least one geocache in each place we have stopped - had a fair amount of luck and the map of New Zealand should show our journey. Thanks to you all for leaving them for us to find.
Searched one or two spots then found it still in place and dry. Interesting details about this spot, thanks. Noticed a couple of the milk tankers a bit later on the road. Greetings from the UK. TFTC #7217
Cache soon in hand off we go to Wellington next on our way to the South Island tftc
Found on a beautiful day to travel. IWork at fonterra in hawera . What a hoot

Still not sure what the keys in this cache were for. In anyone knows and wants to fill me in, that would be great. TFTC
A quick find whilst travelling from Kapiti to Hawkes Bay seeking out a few caches on the way. Tftc.
This cache with an interesting information was found while on today's drive to Gisborne. Took a short orientation stop and went for the cache, that i was able to discover after a short search. The log has now my name in it and my geocaching map has another grinning smiley on it in New Zealand.
Thank you to the owner for hiding and maintaining this cache from the german visitor on vacation in your nice country

Heading down to the Manawatu for an over night visit with family. Quick find but nearly lost log getting blowen away with the strong wind. Cheers.
On a short holiday, de-stressing and roadtripping up to Gisborne via a heap of caches.
I was sent out in the blustery cold to retrieve the cache, and with frozen fingers I prised off the lid and scrawled my name in the log. Farmer was out but I went undetected, TFTC

#2329. I have been up in Napier over Queens Birthday weekend attending a conference. Heading back today to Wellington with several work colleagues, two of whom helped me geocache on the way north and one who is getting her first taste of the sport. We stopped at Dannevirke to grab some lunch from a bakery and drove on south hoping to find a picnic area to eat it. Eventually I spied this cache on the GPS and we decided to stop here to have lunch. Only then did I realise this was one of my target caches for the day. A quick find in the first spot checked. Also found another object that I suspect the owners don't realise is next to a geocache. Signed the logbook and returned the cache as found. Cheers GSEL
