Well we searched all cells as indicated by the hint no luck. Mr NZTraveller got covered in little buggy things that clung to his shirt from trees. Trying to brush them off resulted in their grusume demise. T shirt covered in their bloody residue. ....
Loved the cell idea but hated the sappy branches. Ran out of time so will need to return
Out with Reveurs and Anastriel after work to get up their totals. A very quick find. TFTC.
We were attempting to get a lot of caches after work today so Reveurs and I could hit our goals before the end of the year. Lycurgon found it easily, not sure if it was in quite the right place as it didn't seem to match up entirely with the hint but it wasn't hard to find. TFTC
I had wanted to get to 350 caches before the end of the year and totally forgot, until Saturday. . . So out with Lycurgon and friend to try and get closer. TFTC
Got it second time round. Great title. Two guys practicing the soccer ground but too far away to see me

Have been in the area waiting for an appointment at the auto mechanic. Thought I might as well take the chance to find few caches around. First find of the day. TFTC
Took a little bit of perseverance but eventually found. Returned it to a more secure place within cell.
Tried to find this last weekend but far too many soccer muggles about. Also not the best at spread sheets so another reason to abandon well before getting nearby. Was passing today and thought this is about as good as it will get at this place being ANZAC day so took the opportunity.
Got it.
Thanks for the cache sltnln

Out and about for a spot of caching with the Future Finder late this afternoon. Went straight to the cache, but missed it the first pass. Got on the next pass a couple of minutes later. Cheers for the cache placement!
First time we attempted this it was pitch black, in the daylight it was still a bit tough, GPS had us a bit further along the wall, but after searching we finally uncovered it from under the leaf litter. tftc
I've been wanting to get back here for a while and what better day than the 12/12/12

Clever, a most appropriate name - love it! Bit of a miserable day, so dashed out in a break in the weather....and luckily found it!

4.30pm. Thunderstorms, tornados and heavy rain threatened to cancel our caching hunt this afternoon - but we needed one today!! A lull in the downpour allowed us to get out with Oscatello and part of The Pud team later in the afternoon. The park was a bit of a quagmire after the rain but all was well at GZ and the cache had survived the elements well. A good hint had us onto it straight away though Oscatello did get a bit tangled up in the green stuff!!..

Not too bad at the ole excel today and soon had the required numbers to get a result. Park very quiet and in great condition

Had another go at this one today since the cache had been replaced. Only took a few mins to find and a nice blank log sheet to put my name at the top. TFTC
Found where it should be but a bit of slippage has happened and I wonder if erosion from recent weather has moved it.
Wasn't particularly hopeful that I would find this after reading the last couple of logs and sure enough I couldn't find it either. Will monitor and come back again another day. TFTC
no luck on this one, kids ran out of patience waiting for me to check cells, hope it's still there, will try again another day
As we approached the GZ, we quickly spotted the spreadsheet. Nice little hide. TFTC.
Out caching with PhantasmNZ and Furbies on a Sunday arvo, this one was a nice quick find. Thanks for the hide
Nice and easy - only just got the reference to Spreadsheet when Loz and Furbies made a comment.
Cache was staring me in the face before I even started hunting
Cheers!

Hahaha, cache title fully makes sense, and I seriously wouldn't have thought of it like that, but now I see it!
Came the wrong way initially, and ended up behind a wee bit of a fence, and amongst trees covered in empty cicada shells! Gross!! Lol.
Finding took a wee bit, as GPS wasn't pointing that way, and it didn't like me, but I soon found a likely spot/ something that looked like it was slightly out of the way. And I was soon signing the log too!

No games today, top field was fenced off in prep for the new season. Found cache exactly where it was supposed to be.
Have been to these soccer grounds many times. Luckily, no muggles here today. Cache contains log only. TFTC.

Based on hint there may have been some cache creep but we returned it where we found it and co ords quite good. Left uk gc. Fields were empty today and the ground work appears to be complete. GINO TFTC
The fields are fenced off at the moment, but we found a small "gap" to squeeze through, and made the find. Co-ords spot on, and the kids loved the hide TFTC
Easy find! I was worried whether I would get caught by muggles since there were soccer games happening but there were no problems! Their attention was directed at the games!

Going our shopping on International Geo-caching day ? Best find a few caches while I pick up that wireless router . Clever hide. TFTC.
The field has been regrassed and it looks like new light-stands are about to go up. In the meantime there was little activity near GZ on this sunday morning, so we were able to make a quick find of this nicely camoed cache. Thanks.

3887 Well this one has been on our 'meaning to get back to' list for awhile now so... having just finished finding Glyn's Sea Shells cache nearby we decided to make this our last night cache (well early morning now). It was a nice quick stroll to GZ and dogs had a last chance to stretch their legs before bed. Quick find. Thanks Zork.
There is work still happening on the soccer field but I found a hole in the fence and ran along it to avoid damaging the ground. Found the cache quickly thanks to the coordinates and the clue, TFTC
Not sure if the hint is particularly accurate but found this one anyway TFTC
Easy find, they're doing work around that area so I had to be quite the ninja to get to it.
One of 262 finds with Team Y-Cacho's during our 24 hour Auckland cache raid epic.

Managed to squeeze past the fence to get to GZ.

Nice title! One of 262 finds on 24 hour Auckland cache raid by Team Y-Cacho's. TFTC
Found what was a likely holding container but no cache! Request that owner check cache, please!
Grounds closed for spreading of sand on the fields but just able to get to site. TFTC
The field was closed so I had to dump my bike on the side and walk to the cells. Having no GPS and relying only on google maps' "first tree... second smaller tree... third largish, triangle shaped tree..." technique, I found the cache easily! Spent more time walking across the fields than actually searching for the cache.
This would have been our 300th find except we couldn't find it! Stared at the spreadsheet until our eyes were going square and couldn't make out the clue anywhere near where our GPS was pointing us. Given it was found just a couple days ago I guess today just wasn't our day.
It took Tufty and I a little while to find a way to get to GZ. Maybe this cache should be disabled until after the new grass has grown.
Out with BaldEd this morning visiting the caches close to home. The first way was blocked so had to come inside the security fence to get this one.
Cheers for the cache.

Met the security fence, then watched the tractor going around the field spreading stuff. Looked like they were going no where in a hurry so I backed off, to leave it for another day.
With the current work I had to jump the security fence but cache is fine. SL TFTC
Came in the back door, so a nice short walk to the spreadsheet. Only games were a long way off so no problems here.

Did look a little like a spreadsheet. Given I stare at them all day long I quickly found the cache. Looks like they are redoing the fields here. All dug up. TFTC
5268 Quick find after applying excel’s LOOKUP() function, nicely themed cache, many thanks.
found with mondoolix. came past about 8.30pm and the place was CRAWLING with muggles, couldn't park anywhere near it. so we went off to do a few more and when we came back it was very dark and empty. accidentally left the torch in the car so had to search GZ using cell phone light - made it harder than it needed to be! cool cache though, thanks
#589 Having spent many Sat morns here with my boys and their soccer games, had no trouble locating which cell to target. Quick find, pretty quiet here tonight. SL. TFTC.
Loved the title. Zoomed into the cells and got it right fairly quickly! Nice one. TFTC
The 4 legged caching buddy thought the wide open spaces were just the thing for a good run around. Distracted everyone enough for me to make a quick find. Thanks.
nice quick find, we didnt even know this park was a "park", thought it was just soccer fields. Thanks for bringing us here.
hmmm, seem to have seen NZ's highest finds cahers stamp alot today. Had just enough time to get in another find for the after shopping. Walked passsed a young couple canoodling on the bank as I headed for GZ. No problems locating, could even see the cache but the couple kept looking my way so I couldn't retrieve. Sat and looked through my bag, drank my drink, and after a few minutes they stopped looking behind them to see what I was upto. They must have thought it a pretty odd place to stop and sit down - the grass on this bit of field has been sprayed and is brown and dying - not your ideal nice spot for a rest. - canada souvenire + dog shaped clip.
