Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
4 months ago I dropped a Cachekinz travelbug/geocoin - there's been plenty of finds since then but the TB/GC is still in my inventory. I presume someone took it without logging as no mention has been made of its presence in the cache in the logs? :-\
Checked this morning - Box missng and I mean GONE.
Will replace as soon as I get a chance.
Sorry guys.

A quick find @ 21:00 in the company of the geowife and emeraldflame. Every time I come past this area I intend to stop here - but it just didn't seem to happen. Well tonight we had a few minutes to spare, so finally changed that. I was already aware of this area, but that doesn't change the fact that when you come along here - it seems you are so far away from the rat race that is only 100 metres down the road.
My thanks to Unit562 for giving me a reason to come back down here. TNLN

found @ 21:00 with mum and dad (ross47)
We dropped someone off home down the road and so came this way on our way home.
Nice easy find, super quiet, even though cars were going past on the other road.

This cache was our meeting point with Monch's Mob. We got together and had a huge chat before moseying on down to find the cache. Fairly visible, but quite safe. Next we investgated the boat moored nearby, and considered finding the the owner to talk about a charter. Thanks for the hide.
Missed the turnoff at the fork but was soon on track for a walk inside the cathedral and a quick and easy cache find. Dropped off a Cachekinz travel bug and one of my personal path-tags. TFTC.
Out with my Geoson to grab a few caches today.
This was a sneaky hide, lucky I had my geoson with me.

I had decided to take a day off from work (being such a wonderful day) and try for 50 finds in a day. Ultimately it was not to be for many reasons, including a few DNF's, the need to pick the kids up from school, and some difficult caches. In any event a good day was had by jsmyong55 and myself and this was one cache we were able to find. If all the caches had been this easy, a 50 would have been achieved. Thanks Unit562.
Trailrunning had asked me a couple of days before if I was free on Friday for a run. I had classes till early afternoon but once he told me its his birthday and he will be aiming for a 50 cache run, I knew I had to have a go at that, eventhough if it meant skipping class.
Aiming for a 50 cache run with only 7.5 hours was a little too ambitious. Of course we did not manage 50 but I got to about 35 which was pretty good. We had started off well in the start, but a couple of long trail runs, heavy bushwhacking and off-trail hiking really threw us off. It was a lot better slowing things down and enjoying the adventure than racing for time.
Stopped by at the side of the road and before I even got out, trailrunning had the cache in his hands. Signed log and off we went. TFTC Unit562

there was a few passers by so went for the hint
pity I din't look at that first I wouldn't have had to go back
quickly found after a slight miss calculation
signed from in the car and quickly replaced in record time

15:35. This spot would be magnificent at the right time of year. At the moment it looks a bit drab but even so you have to admire the beauty of such a tree lined lane. Time being of the essence I had already looked at the hint, which made no sense at the time, but once I got here I laughed and thought "brilliant". Found the cache easily - a custom fit - isn't nature nice to do that. We retreated to the car to admire the contents and sign the log. made a couple of swaps and returned the cache to its hide. Thanks Unit562.

At first the GPS did not look like it was going to help us so then we started counting and found the cache in the place you would expect it to be. However it was not retrieving the cache that was the problem but the smell I noticed when I got back in my car. I had managed to find a fresh dog mess to steep in. TFTC
In Melbourne for work, down for what i thought were 3 days, but had to go home that night, so i was only able to grab two in this area. This was one of them. Found with one of my caching mates, C@H. Eventually found the hide, after thinking we were looking for a micro for some reason. Great spot, no green today, but still a great cathedral. TFTC.
(90 found) Beautiful place - thanks for the cache. We especially liked the boat! Wombat deposited. Took badge.
Thanks for the cache Unit562. Found today at 1355 on a successful day's caching. I used to work in this area but didn't know about this street. Left puzzle and took Singapore girl postcard.

Yes we did keep going, our curiosity got the better of us, you (fellow cacher) made it sound lovely. We hit it around 9pm? I know the daylight would have been perfect but I must say the head lights from our geo-mobile gave it a stunning tunnel perception ,... maybe a little spooky even. Again thank you very much for showing us. StaceV
PS: swapped a gem stone but also left a pretty pink watch with gem cover on it.

Today I am going to explore Warrandite State Park. I have not been there before and I noticed a few caches in the area, so that is an even better reason it go and have a look around.
Initially went down the wrong road, but GPSr was telling me to go into somebodys yard. went back and found where I should have been Nice hiding spot. Love the avenue of trees.

13/06/2011 16:04 Found: #516 I almost didn't drive in here thinking it looked like private property but as it had a street sign and no gates so I went in anyway. This is a very pretty avenue. As there were locals driving up and down I figured it was better not to go further along than the cache GZ. The cache was an easy find but I have no idea about the clue. I see that I was the second person to find it today. This place would be worth a visit in spring when the trees have foliage. TFTC Unit562 TNLN SL
A good find and start to the day, found by Mrs Beama a nice hide too, and so close to muggles. Thanks Unit562
A lovely green driveway, and found on a very wet and cold morning. TFTH...SL...TNLN
Good find at 4:50 pm. Had to return as to many muggles around. Had Geokids 1 & 2 looking out. Love the clue once I worked it out.

The first cache of a lovely day out caching. I was grateful for the hint although it wouldn't have been that hard really. Thanks Unit562. In the early days many farms/orchards had these sorts of avenues.
~17:00 King jr and Geoprince#2 FTF?
I was reading about OpenCaching and thought I would come out to this one. My youngest geoprince also wanted to be in "Daddies Carrrrrrr".
On route I discovered this was a dual listing with GC.com which is always a problem for me as while I want to record the find on both sites I dont really .want to distort my count - I seem to treat each time I come across this in a different way... Today I will do both...
The cache itself was an easy drive by find, no sooner than I was out of the car, I had the cache in hand - I was also helped by the fact that the external cammo gave it away.
Our thanks for the cache and an opportunity to log our first OX cache - as for the first to fiind - nope many have logged the GC before us.

Very interesting little area considering how close we are to suburbia. Left lizard, took TB Luigi. TFTC
I ended up parking at the start and just taking the short walk down the avenue. GPS a bit off when on the road due to all the trees. Good intro for Pop Gol3m though. TFTC
I found this cache today at 4:55pm as the 1st of 2. Till today, 21 Feb was the earliest day of the year that I had not yet found a cache on so I addjusted that date by finding this cache. An unusual little road left over from days of old. The cache is rather large for it's hole and with a bit of unusual cover. I enjoyed the visit. Thanks from D B-A
Parked at the end of the street and enjoyed the short walk under the cathedral of trees to GZ where a quick find was made. Signed the log and took the TB that was in the cache. Beautiful little spot. Thanks for the hide.
A quick count and race to GZ for geokids. An impressive avenue indeed. TFTC TNLN

I had the day off and wanted to head up towards Maroondah and check out the water levels in the area after the big rains of the last couple of days. This was pretty much on the way, so I made a short detour and was soon parking right at GZ, after which, the cache was a nice, quick find.

Thanks Unit562 - sorry for the late log, I'm way behind with my paperwork

When I saw this one get published I was curious to come and see what it was all about, and today we had that chance. Funny area around here, where urban borders rural... And I guess this is a prime example! Great avenue - I love the forethought that people had to plant these..... I'm sure they never expected it to be looking like this today though.

Last one for the year. No birds home, but some horses came to see what was happening ( do they count as muggles??)
All in good working order. I took Bugs Bunny's car and left James Hird. Thanks Unit562.
This is a really good cache - something that shows you something about an area that you would have definitely missed otherwise - great stuff! We took an eiffel tower keyring and placed a couple of textas.
Nice easy find in a beautiful place, and thanks for the history of the area, Unit562. The trees here are magnificent.

I saw this one in my email this morning and wondered if it would still be unfound when I arrived, la Kedi luck was with me today as I opened the log book to find I had got the FTF on the cache. I enjoyed this area the trees looked great and I was curious as to what that boat was doing in that pond. Thanks Unit562 for the cache and showing me this location.
