A nice quick find on this one while my sister turned the campervan around somehow. I was keen to get this one as it ticked off another minute for the latitude minutes challenges I'm workingvon. Thanks for the cache!
Located with Ricardinho Another quick park & grab off the road by a cool memorial. Day 2 of our road trip to the Geo MEGA in Dunedin. Today we were travelling from Christchurch to Dunedin & my only request to RNZ was a compulsory stop in Oamaru. I love it there & wanted to visit the old quarter again. RNZ is targeting those caches that had decent fave points, on our side of the road, or generally looked interesting to him. He also made a detour to place a cache & scope out a location for another cache. A very busy & successful day & the weather was lovely TFTC
A nice memorial here just off the main road.Cache was found pretty quick, but it was missing a lid. Rock on top, but needs maintenance.TFTC Bitsprayer.Day 2 of our trip to the MEGA. Today was Christchurch to Dunedin. We started the travel early as we had the idea it might be a long day. And with a few detours and traffic holdups, as well as obligatory stops for caches, it was. We just winged it today, depending on how we were going for time. But we targeted those that had decent fave points, were on our side of the road, or generally looked interesting. Add in those detours, including a cache placed, and another maybe in the pipeline, and it was a full day. Thanks all COs and lets hope the weather for tomorrow is not too bad.
tmann421 and I are on our way south to attend the MEGA, picking up a few caches on the way.We enjoyed all the caches found and thank the cache owners for their efforts in maintaining these for us to findLog signed tm/ww NZTFTC
Nice find with woolwood9 today. Heading slowly down towards the MEGA in Dunedin.SL *tm/ww NZ**Thanks for the fun cache* Only half container in place with wet paper.
Scanning through some other logs appeared to be in the right place but, no where to be found.
The cache is dry and in good condition. Unusual ? to find a memorial away from a settlement; TFTC
On a trip to visit my sister and getting some caches for a challenge. This was one of my target caches for a hidden date challenge. Thanks
Another interesting spot I planned a ski trip with hubby and friends. Then I had a couple of biopsies dine on my arm. So no skiing for me so I decided to cache instead. Thank you Bitsprayer for this cache.

Cache was a quick find with Busypaws and I love caches that bring me to memorials
Apologies for the cut and paste logs for these few. Out and about on a stunning day getting lots of smileys in the wonderful back roads of the Geraldine area. Lytteltonwitch and I had no problems with these caches, most being quick and easy finds. TFThides C.owners.
A quick find. Thanks for bringing me to this spot! Helping with a challenge I am doing.

A little awkward to park so I decided to walk up from just down the intersection. TFTC!!
Nice spot to eat our ice cream from pleasant point on a drive around on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Nice easy find. TFTC
A peaceful spot to sit and have our picnic morning tea. Thanks Bitsprayer and Happy New Year.
#18237. The road layout was a bit confusing (on the GPSr), but we managed to work out we had to turn on to the side road. Cache was a quick find. Not sure if the nearby stone was supposed to be on top (it wasn't when I found it, but I left the stone on top). TFTC.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on day one of a 4 day trip down south to Oamaru, a consolation holiday for us, as in a COVID-19 free world, we would currently be in Seattle .
An unexpected spot to find a memorial, as an out of the way location. Parked on the wee triangle separating the roads, and walked up to GZ. Nice view point. TFTC.

School holiday request from Miss 8. So off we went for a cute family adventure. We spotted this area from the previous cache, possibly the quickest yet!
Super quick. Daddy Nige cleaned out the kids making Mumma and Daddy Nigel 2-0 up on the kids for the morning thanks
2nd of our 6 Day Adventure down to Oamaru for [Oamaru Geofest 2017](https://coord.info/GC6M2V0).
A nice quick find here. Its so hot out but the car thermostat says its only 15° at the moment. 15/48 caches for the day and 250 for our trip. Thanks for placing the cache and adding to our smilies

Found while on a weekend leave pass with Karma Reprint, heading up and down the Waitaki Valley with a few bike rides and wanders on the way. Ahh, another spot that one dosen't expect to find in the middle of nowhere. Cheers
Came out to meet friends in temuka for a caching day had some spare time so ducked out to grab these. Great little bit of history here and I would have never known it was here if it wasnt for this cache. tftc
On a cashing weekend in South Canterbury with my sister NZ Bozzy

Went and got 3 more this morning on my way to the Clandeboye site for the mozzarella plant opening today.
On a mission around South Canterbury/North Otago. 114 found caches today. Thanks to all the CO's for their effort. Sorry about the cut and paste. TFTC.
I came to Pleasant Point to attend a caravan rally and then to sign off as many caches as I can. This was my last day here and so I ventured a bit further afield. It is amazing that a memorial is in the middle of nowhere with no other buildings around it.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
A 4 legged muggle of the pussy cat kind was keeping an eye on us as we cleaned our shoes after stepping in the usual country hazard. TFTC
It always amazes me how many Kiwis were killed in wars far, far beyond our coasts. TFTC
Staying with family in Temuka for Christmas, I had a couple of hours spare to do some caching. Decided on a loop through Pleasant Point and the hills behind Timaru. Great views over the downs and to the North.TNLN SL TFTC!

It was easier for the the boss and our guest to find it following the hint, than for me with the GPS!!!
Thought it was time I caught up on logging my found caches.
Thought I would try this different way home again and see how many more I could find.
BINGO! Another smiley to add to the list.

Took a bit of a detour on the way back to the motel after work to grab a few caches. The GPS suggested I drove to this one via a fiord...was game to give it a go until I saw how muddy and rocky and unsuitable for non-4 wheel drive vehicles...So backed out and went a more conventional way...easy park and grab.
