Bugger, loaded the Dakota with the Brisbane caches back at the end of March, so I didn't get all the recent logs. Obviously was gone by the time I got here on the 7th. Hasta la vista. And didn't get a coffee either ..... sigh
Visited here this morning and verified that this area is indeed set to become a construction site - a lot of nearby businesses are relocating.
Turns out they are bulding a new Australian Tax Office bulding ont he site! Typical really more Tax - Less Coffeee!
I will disable this cache for now until I figure out what to do with it.

Just a heads up! The coffee shop owner told me the building is to be demolished. Today is the last day of trading for the hidden coffee shop, so the building demolition cant be far away.
Haha! Found it, amongst the coke cans etc - great advice on the collection technique! I used it. Also had a coffee at the hidden coffee shop. TFTC
Arrived in Bris and first thing to do after checking into hotel was find a good coffee!!
Thanks to this cache we did and we also found Irish Murphys and had a few pints after the coffee
Thanks for the cache DRML

Easy find once I found the way in Cache needs a wee bit of attention - magnets seem to be getting weak. Great to have a cache close to the hotel (so I at least get one on this trip). Many thanks!
Mr man in a suit looking at me a little weird - but I'm looking for something! And I found it! And I enjoyed the coffee!
After dealing with dodgy gps signal being in the middle of the CBD is was on my way towards GZ.
It is amazing places like this exist, very melbourne. Very muggle prone but not impssible if you have patience.

Sunday afternoon and I looked down the lane to see a number of muggles loitering in the area I was interested in but I still took the walk down amidst an increasing volume of heavy rock music.
I arrived at the spot and after reading the description again I knew where I had to look.
I has a 10 metre clearance from the nearest muggle and managed to see and get my hand on the cache.
After extracting the cache I moved away and the mobile rang. I accidentally hung up on my wife and was trying to call her back when I was accosted with "Are you looking for something?". "No," I replied " I am just trying to call my wife." He moved along.
After completing my call I was signing the log when the music stopped and a hoard was disgorged from the building. They were swarming all over the place but not moving away. It must have been intermission. I didn't have time to wait for them to return to the concert so I discreetly moved over and with muggles less than 5 metres from GZ I put it back. I moved away and waited for a minute out of sight to see that the cache was not approached by muggles. I think I got away with it.

After our lunch (which was perfect; we went to the MAD Cafe at George Street; excellent food and very friendly people), we went for this cache. It was not difficult to find this one during business hours; no muggles at all !
TFTC and greetings from Holland.

Found log today after a abortive attempt last Friday - too many muggles then but perfect today. Found but didn’t sign log, will need replacing in a few more visits though. TFTC
A nice quick find near the end of the day's city exploring. There was no one about and no coffee shop open either at this time of day. I'm surprised there'd ever be any customers at a place so hidden. TFTC
I looked for this one a little while ago but too many Asian muggles to have a proper look. I found this one tonight with Stairman1. TFTC
Thanks to the clues, this was an easy find. I wouldn't have had a hope without the clues as the GPS went haywire. There must have been a sixties night on in the club behind the caches as the ally was crawling with 50 to 60 year old hippies. Cool Man. Anyway SL and left. TFTC. Oh by the way the coffee shop was shut.

Thanks for introducing us to this secret little hide away . Overlooked this cache a bunch of times before I realised it was there.
DaBuddDad tried this one around knock off time and nearly got taken out by a car. TFTC
801 - Went for a quick walk down this lane way after a nice dinner at the Pancake Manor just around the corner. Found the cache in good condition in the logical place at 6:55pm. All was quiet down here at this time of night, so it was an uneventful visit. TFTC DRML.
This was a cool urban cahe good directions and hints that made it a success.
I wish the cafe was open when i got thereit looked very cool.

I ran Ann st. Story Bridge, South Bank and back to the hotel.
At the last moment quickly picked it up.
I didn't write in the logbook as I didn't bring a pen. As usual while running.
Happy birthday from down under Alle-Jan.

Found while in Brisbane for work for a few days. Got muggled by two cops walking by so I didn't sign. Tftc
I don't get it. I must hae looked at the cache about 10 times before I found it today. No coffee on Saturdays?
Out and about early this morning and not a muggle in sight as I made the find. Pity I was too early for a coffee. I shall return another time for a coffee. Thanks DRML for a new Brisbane city cache.
Got it on a brief hunt for caches on Australia Day. I love the slogans on the lids of these tins, but the best part of this cache is a few meters around the corner where a she-devil watches over the trash cans. If you're over 18 check her out while she lasts! TFTC.

First time around found the cache easily enough but it had fallen to the bottom of the surround. A muggle sitting on nearby steps prevented me from getting at it. Came back an hour or so later and there was no-one around. Easy to get at using a long retrieval device found locally. Surprized to see that another cacher had retrieved the cache in the hour between my visits and I didn’t see anyone. The magnets which are supposed to attach the cache container to the steel surround are rather weak and a slight bump puts it down at the bottom again.

Quick walk-by this morning. I'm amazed at hoe many people were coming and going from such a hidden cafe! Might have to come by for a cuppa later on.
We actually found this one yesterday just by looking around sans GPSr but with some recollection of the listing from when it was first published.
We had got off the bus and had two things in mind - there was a cache somewhere nearby and a friend had mentioned that there was a coffee shop that served great coffee and was a bit unusual.
So we explored the Elizabeth acrcade - nothing at the elizabeth street end, a coffee shop in the middle and nothing but a police beat at the other - not looking promising.
So we returned back to elizabeth street and headed uphill. We then spotted the hand-written sign to a coffee shop down a lane way and a gate at the top. Searched the gate - nothing. Oh well let's at least find the coffee shop, so down we went.
And then we found another gate, a cache and a coffee shop. No pen so we went off to work, came back an hour later with aforesaid friend for a coffee.
And came back today to sign the log.
Coffee was good, staff were very friendly and worth a return visit.
Thanks for the cache DRML.

After pretending to be talking on the phone and having several police officers walk past (they'd been at the coffee shop) I found the blighter! TFTC.
Found by team micra at 14:30. Fairly easy find after going to the wrong arcade. Cool little lane. We live about 200 meters from here and never knew about this place. TNLN. TFTC. SL.
I found the cache a lot more easily than I found the coffee shop, in the end! I actually walked back to the alley's entrance, defeated, before I noticed the little map on the wall and returned to locate the coffee shop. Although we got there just as they were closing, they were really nice and stayed open long enough to make us two coffees, which were very good (at least, in my non-connoisseur opinion). I liked this cache for the fact that we got to discover an unusual spot TFTC! ='.'=
Wandered through here Tuesday and thought, what a great place for a cache... It popped up, I knew exactly where to look, so thought coffee is in order. Sweet, new book, and my first FTF!!! Being where it is, I am surprised it lasted the 35 minutes from email to find.
Oh, and great coffee as well! The only thing that may be a challenge is the traffic.

I got a SMS from SVN07 saying there was a new city cache up for grabs, had a look at the cache page and thought hey just three streets away, and then looked outside at the pouring rain and thought bugger that. Anyhow I think aquilla had done the deed by then.
Walking to the Myer Centre after work to where the ghostmobile was parked, the curiousity of a hidden coffee shop got the better of me and I thought I would have a quick look for it. Anyhow a quick look around and I knew where the cache was going to be, and there wasn't a soul about. So gave it a go, and found myself a cache. Though I didn't find that coffee shop.
Anyhow DRML tahnks for the cache.
