With all the DNFs it's pretty clear this has been muggled. No sign for me either.
We are on a day trip to the Brunswick area.
Found with Wozzle68, Misscheif18.
We had to DNF your cache Mercantile Parade on 28/09/2014 2:45 pm. We searched but didn't find the cache today so this cache is a DNF for me.

Couldn't find this on a day out with highrod and wozzle68, despite the descriptive hints.
Hmm, we took the hint on board and checked out both possibilities (The hint depends on which way you face, I suppose) without luck. We even ventured to the other side of gz to check out the mirror image, just in case, without luck. Oh well, friends live nearby so we'll probably be back someday.
Found with LouiseAnn and sharkiefan. The final cache of the day.
LouiseAnn had found this one before but me and sharkifan got to sign the log.
Thanks for the cache kmmndavis!

Found with LouiseAnn and ostara74 after the event today. Last cache of the day. Tftc
On a rainy day hoping for a quick spot and it was as geosticker facing too me. Out it back with sticker at back. Cool urban cache. Tftc!
Found after looking on the wrong side of park, stupid GPS. Easy find once in right place. Tftc
We did enjoy finding this cleverly disguised cache in the lovely park this pm. Had to wait for a few muggles to pass by before we were able to sign the log and return the cache to its hiding place. Fortunately there were no muggles in the playground nearby. It was great to see the lovely green lawns of the park.
TFTC kmmndavis and bringing us to this very nice area that we had not been too before as we enjoyed seeing it.

At the second try Cooper found the Cache! Thanks to best dog I know in Australia tftc
My GPS had me at the tree behind the hedge. So had to read the hint. I changed the clip lock bag the log was in. Tftgc
Find 1021 at 19:36. I was out caching with Burge tonight on one of our usual night caching adventures. We decided to target a new area on this trip and so we were heading out towards Melbourne Airport and grabbing caches along the way. All up we found 21 tonight and this was find number 3.
I think this was my third visit to this cache. It has been bugging me for quite some time! Burge had recently visited the spot and managed to find it so he was able to give me a clue that finally allwed me to cross it off my list. It was the type of hide I was expecting to find here too - not sure how I've missed it all these times! Thanks for the cache, kmmndavis!

After been here along time ago and was muggle central I decided to return tonight in better spirits. And luck was on my side. Nice quick find on what has been a very successful outing. Tftc Tnln sl
I had decided to have another bash at clearing out caches from my 10km from home circle. My last go at clearing out these caches was way back in July last year. I picked this cache up at 1:21pm. It took me a little while to interpret the clue correctly, but I was pretty sure I knew what I was looking for and on making the find, it turned out I was right.
Thanks for the cache kmmndavis.

Tried this morning on the way to babysitting in Eltham with no luck. On the way back I tried again and spotted the elusive little container. Log signed and then I headed for home.

A lovely park and a perfect day to visit in the glorious sunshine which had finally arrived today.
No troubles spotting it, and was able to quickly retrieve, sign and replace.
Thanks for the cache.

I wasn't precisely keen to put my hand where the GPS said to,but it was worth it. Tftc.
Found on one of my Friday adventures. I'd seen a container exactly like this earlier in the day, so all I had to do was wait for a muggle-free moment - not an easy task, as there were quite a few kids around, especially nearby. I played around on my tablet for a bit until they disappeared to the other side of the park, extracted the cache, signed and sealed and moved on. Cheers kmmndavis!
As we were hunting a boy approached and asked if we were geocaching, he knew as they hid it! Sprung....TFTC!
Melbourne was doing its best to put me off finding a cache today after work however I had to get my 14th cache for the 31 Days Of Geocaching. So the blustery wind, bone chillingly cold 8 degree temperatures and enclosing inky blackness were not enough to deter me. But when my GPSr began leading me in circles, with no potential cache locations in sight, I resorted to the hint. And a very helpful hint it was. No more waving torches around in the dark freaking out muggles who might happen to glance in my direction, straight to the cache's hiding spot and then back into the warm car ASAP
Thanks for the cache kmmndavis, this was my first cache of this type, I liked your camo.
Took nothing, left a mark in the log.

As Sir Pilkington said the clues in hindsight are spot on! Took a little digging to find but great spot.
Enjoyed my stroll around this part of Kensington, and a cute disguise for this cache. Isn't it funny how all the clues people give make sense only after you no longer need them? The clarity of hindsight. Had to be a little careful returning this one after signing the log as a couple of park workers had stopped nearby in their truck. Or perhaps I was just being paranoid. It happens. Thanks kmmndavis for this one.
Nice Cache container. had to be careful of muggles. lady nearby gave us some encouragement.TFTC.
Just checking after a couple of do not finds that everything was where it was supposed to be. All fine, cache still in place
Another great find. A first find of this type of cache for me. Beautiful sunny day at the playground.
Not sure if it was muggled or not, but even with the clue we had no luck at all.
Interesting streets and houses, but hard to drive around. Quick find using the hint, great camo. Thanks kmmndavis
I had driven past this area on a weekend several months ago but abandoned any thought of search due the plethora of people on the lawns and surrounds. Today it was deserted and a thankfully quick search after all the work put into Kensington Views. I've not seen this container before and it put a smile on my face!
Thanks and cheers!
Thanks and cheers!
We decided to try some geocaching while we waited for our daughter and grandson to get home. This is our second find as we do so.
A good cache well hidden in a lovely area we have visited with a then very grumpy grandson quite a few months ago. It's amazing what a walk will do however and this is where he went to sleep.
No thought of caching at that time, but it was good to revisit and collect it.

No need to use the hint for this one, younger brother in law decided to take a run to gz and was very glad to find the clever container, think I may have passed on my geoaddiction though by the size of the grin on his face! TFTC
On a delightfully sunny afternoon took a couple of hours to wander around the Kensington/Flemington area. I'd lived not far away and am well familiar with it. High tide was approaching and many fishers and their families were out along the Maribyrnong.
This was my first excursion into this close-knit suburb, and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. Just as I spotted the container, a 2 year old girl bolted past me and was about to run onto the road. She had escaped from her tribe at the playground across the park. I got her attention at the same time her mother was running to get her. No harm done, as there is so little traffic here anyway. It appears to be a very safe place for kids.
The next finder should probably bring a little shovel to dig the container in deeper. T4TC kmmndavis!

Been here before to discover it off line - didnt read things properly so when we saw it back on tonight we headeed here. Quite exposed so we rehide it a ittle so not quite as exposed for you. TFTC
After so many personal DNFs on this it was a relief to finally grab this one.
The hide was not hidden where the clue would suggest but because it was laying out in the open above the ground (where the tree used to be) was easy to spot.
I nestled it back to ground level like a native would be but am sure it's not as intended. You may want to check
Thx kmmndavis for bringing us back here, again and again, and your patience!
cheers
a fav from me just because i love this estate, especially the round buildings in the middle

Super fast find for me today, with no billy cart boy in sight. I had not seen this type of hide before but knew it would only be a matter of time.
This find justifies all my fruitless searches in similar camos that never panned out.

What a funny find this turned out to be in the company of Nancybird.
We searched for a while with no success (lots of muggles)
Then this young lad with his billy cart came on the scene, saying are you looking for a cache.
(just like in a previous log). Answering, yes! He replied it's there. Thank you, saved.
This time he claimed it belonged to his brother.
It happened to be covered fairly well with leaves, soooo, take notice of the clue.
Thanks for a wonderful cache, worth a fav tick just for the funny experience.

Wonderful part of a suburb that I have driven passed a few times, but never ventured into it.
I was looking for this cache for a little while when a child on a bike approached me and said "Looking for the geocache". I replied "yes" and he gave me a little hint on where to find it. I was lloking in the right area, but just didn't spot it at that time. Turns out that the it was the CO's son, so he told me. He pointed out an obvious thing that I did spot before but didn't click onto it.
Well done, nice cache !!! TFTC!

I can confirm that this cache is still in situ and waiting to be found as I found it easily today. I used the hint and found it very quickly. Love the camouflage on it though I have seen this in other caches. Took nothing, left nothing but signed log.
Thanks for the cache kmmndavis. It is great to find something different.

Looked but did not find. Maybe a bit too dark tonight. Found a used nappy and beer bottles, ugh!! Better luck next time, anyway TFTC
After spending a lot of time in the Bayside area recently, Burge and I decided it was time to head back around Melbourne's West to pick up some of the newer caches in the area (and some of the older ones we haven't had a chance to get to!). We were targeting traditionals and this was DNF number 3 for the evening on a night that produced nearly as many DNF's as it did finds!
This was now our 3rd DNF in a row and so we were keen to pick this one up. We arrived at GZ at 22.20 and spent a little while searching around with a torch. Unfortunately it was not to be and like those before us, we were unable to locate the cache. We had an idea on what we should be looking for but we'll come back another day to give this one a try... perhaps during the daylight hours!

I've got to admit I don't like these needle-in-a-haystack caches very much. But I looked for about 10 minutes then moved on as it wasn't very obvious under the hedges.
With the last couple of cachers not finding this, I've added an extra bit in the clue that should assist
It's really not that difficult
It's really not that difficult
Tried this one in July after the tree went walkies. Tonight we tracked in from Doncaster to try again but still no joy! Any clues? Help!
Some park renovations means this one has been disturbed for the moment.
Will replace once park works have finished.

Third in a short walk around this part of Kensington, picking up the caches conveniently close to one another. I've ridden through here many times, but it's a little different on foot.
Each of these caches differed from the others in placement and container, so boredom was never going to be an issue. This one contained something that screamed out to be shown to my little one.

I did a bit of caching in Kensington area with Driftwood Sound before heading home.
There was a family playing in the park; this did not cause us any problems in locating the cache.
