Looked for ages, did a good search, with GPS too & we were in the right place. GPS showing GZ. Had to give this one a miss.
GPSr send me off in the wrong direction but nice riverine location for a stroll and a troll hunt. TFTC
After finishing the Talbot Forest Reserve series of tracks, we ambled alongside the Geraldine River walkway. A lovely spot for a cache! Thanks Bitsprayer! Logging as part of the Rambler's Reward Challenge.
Good chance to walk off the Christmas dinner; a quick look around near GZ to see that coast was clear, & quick sign of log before troll returned. TFTC
Found this neat cache during the 2012 Mega Event. Apologize to the CO for the late log but issue's have had us put some things on hold for a while.
Many Thanks for the neat cache.

Wasn't sure where the troll would be hiding when we first pulled up. But followed the GPS and sure enough there it was. Found on the way to the mega
Was surprised to see all the dismembered wasp nests along the pathway. Good job to get rid of them! Cache soon located and SL.
No goats or trolls today so we grabbed the cache, signed the log and departed before they all returned TFTC.

A nice quick stroll to GZ, hid from the troll but managed to retrieve the cache. Thanks for the cache placement.

Even though having lived in and around Geraldine for a number of years, didn't know this track was here, thanks
Quick find, didn't take the shortest way in, but I did take it on the way out. SL TFTC
Parking was more of a struggle, than finding the Troll.Nothing difficult here.TFTC
Easy find with ADHDave and SleepyT on our way to Wanaka. Parking was more of a problem than finding the hide. SL, TN, left a Texas glitter sticker. TFTC!
Drove past the road side a few times looking for somewhere to park but ended up down the river - the track is just fine! TNLN Thanks
Is there anywhere that the Bitsprayer Troll hasn't been? Glad it wasn't raining. Thanks for the cache.
We drove along the nearby road, but missed the track down to the cache, instead discovering a really interesting vehicle track alongside the river, which bumped slowly along in our AWD car, and walked up to the cache, discovering the obvious, from that direction, track to the road. TFTC
I've never been down this end of the walkway before. Nice quick find. TFTC #1918 dropped off smiley TB
3517. A bit mucky here tonight but nevertheless, a quick find.

We walked from the parking spot to the cache and then discovered the track much closer and had a quick walk back to the car. TFTC
Very short walk! We managed to stop close to a side entry to this walk way which is close to GZ. TFTC
Managed to park right by this entrance to the track, so Annie made a quick find. TNLN TFTC
Would never have expected this here.. Could have driven past it a 100x and not known it was there.. Thanks for showing us this spot and the cache..
Another nice easy find. Didn't realise there was a walk here. Will have to come again.
